The fact that the customer is right no longer please the consumer is a shame. A recent visit to this store stopped the sell of an item displayed inside their store because this was last item they had they informed the customer who is purchasing let alone spending money with the store that it is the customers fault that the store did not order enough product to sell.

Please beware of Targets online return policy! Out dated and totally unfair! Ordered a Doll for my Grand Baby and online it stated the doll would be shipped to store same day! Went back to the online order and it said seven days! For a doll that’s closer locally! I asked for a refund and was told the doll had to be shipped first(7 Days) and then another three days before it could be processed which makes it ten days It took only seconds for my card to be charged though Non of this is on their website not even upon check out! Very misleading and does not give customers options So who waits 10 days for a refund

I am beyond mad. I successfully ordered the Sanrio amiibos only to get a massage an hour later that my order was unavailable. As a Red Card holder for years and frequent Target shopper I am extremely unhappy with you guys right now. Now I am seeing that cards were placed on the shelves for people just to walk in and pick them up although that is not the way it was advertised is very infuriating. DO BETTER TARGET!!!!!!

Not sure why Target is participating with Instacart. Ive tried 3 times ordering groceries from Target and everytime the order gets altered cuz Target was out of stock etc..Target has really gone downhill and its not all Pandemic related for sure.

This is normally a place I shop without any issues - until now. I was in the store shortly after they opened today. Got my things and proceeded to the self check out lane. Put a $20 bill in to the machine. It wasnt accepted. Tried again, no luck. The associate tried a couple of times as well without success. She called someone else over, who I am under the impression was a manager. That next person took the $20 bill and held it up to the lights and told me this bill seems flimsy. The bill was a little older but in no means in unusable condition. She instructed the 1st associate to go use the counterfeit marker on it. The bill was fine. The associate called the manager over to her counter to show her the outcome. Then, they both scribbled on it again. The associate was instructed to go to the Starbucks counter with my $20 bill. I was thinking that since the bill passed inspection maybe they would trade it out so the machine could accept a different bill . My same $20 bill was brought back to me and I was told it was not real. I was asked for another form of payment. REALLY! I left what was going to be my purchase on the check out line. To top it all off, another person who was having trouble with a machine gave the same associate her money for a drink - the associate simply opened the machine a gave HER change. I took my business to the Walgreens right down the block and used the exact same $20 bill without any incident.

Clean store usually. No issues with customer service so far. The new Starbucks is nice. Always carts inside. Usually pretty stocked in everything.

I love the target app and the discounts. Also, the customer service is great including the additional welcome sanitizing station when walking through the entrance.

The most important reason for the score I selected because of Aireanna she was super nice.

Store was very clean, cashier was super friendly and courteous! (Website said they had lysol but of course they did not)... overall a nice store!

It is convenient and they always have what I am looking for. I love the staff there. They are always VERY helpful! During this particular visit, Richard, in the baby department was SUPER helpful to me! I sure do appreciate it!

It was great for a first time doing it. i placed a late night order after store closing, but received an email before 9am stating my orders were ready for pickup. i was told only one item wasn’t in stock but it was actually and i was informed that of that and given the option to pay at the service desk. it was, quick, easy and i got some great rewards!

My wife tried to order the Little Tikes Light N Go 3-in-1 Activity Walker online for our grand-twins. Unfortunately, there was no space to enter her name on the online ordering form, so we decided that I would pick one up at the store in Harvey, LA. The online price was $18.99. The exact same item in the store is $39.99. We are convinced that this is a classic case of bait-and-switch. I would have scored this a 0 except the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They made me feel like family.

This is my favorite Target location. The store is always clean, organized and well staffed. I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes to check out. Everyone is so helpful and there is the added bonus of a CVS pharmacy as well as a Starbucks in the store.

Theres a guy name Richard and he made me feel so comfortable when I was picking out a pair of boots. He went above and beyond to help me find these boots. If anybody visit the Target on Manhattan, Id recommend Richard as their customer service associate!

We love Target. It isnt crowded and for the most part the staff is very helpful. With that being said, there are several items I just cannot get at Target that I usually buy which is a disappointment.

I was grocery shopping I’m a regular and have a red card, after 830pm only in grocery! Why they sends security back there! He stay back there until we finish and he beAt us to register. Stand onside register. I was so uncomfortable! Guess what I’m black!

The manager Jaron and Regina where fantastic with taking care of me. I usually don’t shop at Target but if I get more experiences like this I will always shop at Target. They were super helpful and polite. Jaron was very down to earth and understood the issue I was having with a product and resolved it. Regina guided me to talk with Jaron and had a smile on her face the entire time. Good job Target.

I loaded up my 1yr old and 6 yr old, who both have the flu and have been throwing up and battling a very high fever bc I was DESPERATE for diapers (I had just used my last one). I drove 20 minutes to Target so that I could use the drive up service bc none of us were dressed appropriately for the store. I followed the prompts, waited for the email saying that my items were ready, checked in, and waited in the designated parking area. NO ONE came to the car. After waiting for 20 minutes, I called the store. I was very rudely told that there were no drive up orders and that I had to come in. I begged someone to take my name and/or my order number, BC I did indeed have an order, and perhaps if they actually took my order number or name they may be able to locate it. I was transferred countless times and eventually hung up on. I called back and begged the girl not to hang up or transfer me. She very rudely reiterated that I was mistaken bc they had no drive up orders. I began to behave this girl for help, but she transferred me anyway. After about 30 or 35 minutes, I finally pleaded with someone to look up my name, and Boom my order popped right up. In tears, I explained that my sick children and I were not dressed and that was the reason I drove all the way to target rather than going into a closer store. At some point the drive up employee came out to my car with my 2 items (diapers and wipes) and began to berate me for not using the app properly. I pulled put the app and showed her that I did indeed do everything correctly, yet they refused to come out to my car. Her attitude changed when a supervisor walked out and handed me a $25 gift card as if that was supposed to make it ok. It was 6:15... I got the email that my order was ready and 4:30, drove straight to Target, and did not get my items until 6:15! It is very insulting to think that my hour of screaming sick children, parked in the parking lot waiting for my items, was worth a $25 gift card. Needless to say, I will not be utilizing this service in the future. This was an all around horrible experience that could have easily been avoided had ONE EMPLOYEE taken the slightest interest in helping me.

Yesterday goes down in history for one of my most embarrassing moments. I was followed out of Target into the parking lot by security accompanied by the police. He said, “Ma’am, Ma’am do you have a receipt for the shorts you have on, that has the tag on them!” Of course I didn’t because the shorts was purchased a year ago from Francesca’s. Then he proceeded to ask me for my receipt for the items in my bags, which I was able produce. Despite all of my great shopping experiences at Target Store Harvey, this one unpleasant experience is the one that I’ll remember......All that for a wardrobe malfunction! I don’t think any customer should be harassed for shoplifting unless the person is actually observed stealing by a trained loss prevention employee. The store is very clean and the employees are generally nice, I Was incredibly insulted tonight though by the evening cashier. As I go to check out, I start to scan my items on chartwheel that I was purchasing when I was asked by the cashier what country I was from and when I ask why she explained that I look like Im from Nigeria and also stated because those people are so cheap and always trying to save moneyThis is the same cashier that refused to give me a discount that was clearly marked and asked me for the SKU number, which I had no idea what it was or where it was located.Am disappointed in Targets Cashier Training and will not be coming back to this location.
