The staff here actually made me feel better about a horrible experience I’ve had with my insurance company and the tow truck driver who brought my car to this business. The tow truck sped away with my house keys and I didn’t realize it until I had gotten a taxi home. Bless these guys hearts, they saw I was less than 10 minutes drive from their shop, so one of the guys brought me my keys so I could wait in the comfort of my own home until they called me. They got my new tires on very quickly, and the process to pick up my car and pay them was under three minutes. A good minute of that was them chatting and making me laugh.I would definitely go to them for any reason simply because of the customer service which is very rare to find nowadays.

I brought my daughter to TireChoice along with me to get her vehicle serviced. The difference in the dealer price to get a transmission flushed and TireChoice was approximately $45.00 difference. Needless to say my daughter was not very pleased with the difference in pricing, when addressed we were told there was not much that could be done about the issue.

We was on our way to my moms 80th birthday party and noticed a nail in our tire. We called this place and thats where we got our tires from so he said it was FREE. We bought the car there and the guys put it up in the air and was about to start. Then he came in and said opps yall bought 3 tires with us and the one with the nail yall didnt. REALLY after you told us. So I told him your going to lose a customer over a plug after we bought 3 tires from yall. We went outside and the 2 gentleman that was doI the work was asking what happened. They was very nice and said thats crazy. They put extra air in our tire so we could get by. My service was excellent, from the minute I walked in the store, Mr. Shane greeted me with a smile and handshake, and was fully concerned about my visit , he took my car in and gave me the exact service I was looking for, explaining to me everything they were doing to my car as his top notch technicians, worked on the full service oil change and trans flush It was time for. **A tire patch and new stem at Twin Tire & Auto Care cost $24.94. Fantastic price. Maybe a little too good to be true. You get what you pay for and in my case I drove away incorrectly calibrated and cosmetically damaged**On September 11th I went to Twin Tire to pick up a Lincoln and drop off a Beetle that needed a new tire stem and a patch.When I walked in Richie stated that the vehicle parked next to my Lincoln was just stolen out of Twin Tire & Auto Care parking lot earlier.Richie stated the Beetle would be ready in 30 minutes.Inside the Lincoln, items thrown a muck, consoles and glove compartment left ajar, all of the change cleared out with the empty containers thrown on the passenger seat. I informed Richie that the Lincoln was a victim of a crime as well. Richie shrugged his shoulders and said sorry. I understand there is nothing that could Richie could have done at that point. It just feels irresponsible to leave customers vehicles unlocked and vulnerable unattended.About an hour later I returned to pick up the Beetle. It was still in the same parking spot that I left it in. Richie was no longer there. The man at the other desk stated that they haven’t started working my Beetle. I told him that was a bummer because I have things to do. I didn’t get the impression the deskman cared about the work plans I made around the timeline they provided me. About 30 minutes later a technician, referenced as Lee Roy on the paperwork, drove my Beetle into the shop. The Beetle was front row center behind a large plexiglass window facing the fight side of the vehicle. It took this technician an hour to replace the stem and patch a hole. The technician ate Cheetos and was extremely distracted by other coworkers the entire time he worked on my car. The technician started to take off the hubcaps on the wrong (front) tires. I interrupted the man working at the desk to inform him that the technician was working on the wrong tires and I am now running very behind schedule. Without even turning around to look at the situation taking place right behind him, the man at the desk informed me that the technician was just checking the tire pressure. I informed desk man that the tire pressure can be easily checked with the hubcap in place. He couldn’t be bothered to assist the only customer in the shop. I was obviously uncomfortable with the situation. The situation of this technician not paying attention to my car as he worked on it. By the time he finally finished the job it was storming outside and I couldn’t check the craftsmanship.The next day, September 12, I dropped my Beetle off at the Volkswagen dealership to have a speed sensor and the ignition button replaced. Parts had to be ordered. I picked my car up from the VW dealership on Tuesday, September 18.On Monday, September 23rd, A caution light illuminates on my Beatles dashboard, there is a tire problem. I don’t put many miles on my Beetle, I’m not surprised it took a couple days to register there was a problem.While it states on the Twin Tire & Auto Care invoice “ ((SET AIR in all TIRES to DOOR SPEC’S))”, they in fact didn’t do that at all. The Twin Tire & Auto Care technician put 55 pounds of pressure in low profile Beetle when the door specs obviously state 29 PSI. Only the rear tires had incorrect PSI, the only tires Twin & Tire Auto Care worked on. Then I saw the damage. Cheeto monster tire technician had carelessly attacked the chrome VW emblems on my hub! My heart sunk! I love this car and I take great care of it. I got nervous when I saw the flathead screwdriver in the technicians hand. But surely this trained tire technician knows to remove this hubcap you need a 90 degree pick tool….. There are two very noticeable flathead screwdriver wedge marks in the chrome on the center of my Beetle’s back left wheel.Richie claimed he ordered replacement caps on October 8th and he would call me when they were in.Its January 1, 2019. I never got that call.Twin Tire & Auto Care is not to be trusted!

New owners, same great service. I’ve been bringing my vehicles to them for routine maintenance for years and they’ve always been fair and able to triage what needs to be tended to immediately and what can wait a bit. Hope this continues as the years go forward.

Getting an oil change isn’t some rinky dink service & it takes time to do so correctly. I wish they had Wi-Fi for customers with the wait (it’s hard to get reception in buildings like that). I came in to ask if they could help me with a leaking sunroof. I know it isnt tire related, but these guys were so accommodating. They took the air compressor and blew out all the dirt causing the blocked drain tube on my Nissan. I will now definitely go back for any tire needs!

Very poor customer service. I went over there this morning to see if I could get them put two tire sensors, that they told me before I needed, when I went to put two new tires on my vehicle. I asked the guy at the front desk, but then one of the workers came up, fussing and saying, that he tells everyone that they have sensors for ppl to buy it there, that he was fixing an infinity the day before, and the guy was missing one, and that was a lot of work. So I told him that he didn’t have to tell me all that, because what do I have to do with the work he did the day before to somebody else??, so they both said they couldn’t do it, cuz I brought my own sensors, he was a jerk, very disrespectful.

This place is the real deal. Looking for four tires for my Jeep Wrangler; I was shown options and Luigi explained the benefits of each. Without an appointment, I drove off with my new tires in less than 2 hours. I could not be happier with the quality and the service.

From when they first answered my call to the moment I drove off the lot Twin Tire & Auto Care Inc handled everything professionally. They did all the work that I asked for. The waiting area was very clean, and other customers seemed to be just as satisfied with their work. Great customer service and concern for safety. I live in Michigan, but had a damaged tire on the way to New Orleans. Once I arrived, I found the closest tire store to my hotel…Twin Tire. Trustworthy on rates and repair quotes. However quality of repairs must improve. On more than one occasion Ive had to return to address a repair that was not completed correctly. To their credit they never tried charge for the repair correction.

I had my car towed there late one evening by AAA after a break down. They fixed it the next day. They started by checking the cheapest/easiest fix first, even though thats not what the tow truck driver thought it would be. And they were able to get my tires replaced, too, because I needed that as well. Very professional and courteous, they made an otherwise unpleasant experience (a vehicle break down) seem altogether not that bad.

These people give great customer service but thats about it. They do not stand by there work. I went there for a wheel alignment and my car ended up having more issues. When they finished my wheel alignment my car started jerking really bad. When I told them about this,they told me your car was like that before you came. My car was nor jerking before I came. If my car was in such bad shape, they should have told me and let me decide if I still wanted them to work on my vehicle. They do not stand by there work. People be aware.

I visited this establishment on yesterday and was told I couldnt get a tire repair (plug) and to return on today. I would guess it would have to be because of their customer volume. I returned today and the technician informed me that my tire was damaged beyond repair (I had a flat from a nail). He also stated I must have rolled on the flat too long, (I didnt) so he suggests that I purchase a new tire. I purchased 4 brand new tires from this establishment a little over a year ago. Im not a tire technician but I do believe that no nail big enough can damage my/a tire beyond repair to the point where I am purchasing another new tire a year later. Besides buying one new tire would off balance the 3 fairly new tires. Needless to say my tire was repaired with a plug and a patch. Im not sure what happened to the pin hole of a nail when I brought my tire in to the beyond repair hole I was informed about after the technician serviced my tire but I definitely do not trust this establishment to do anymore work on my tires.

Went there on 10.3.17 was scheduled at 3:00 oclock for an oil change since they advertise a 19.99 oil change online. (This deal is still online and states it at any location and does not say labor is an added cost)It should be noted my appointment was made the day before. It took them thirty minutes to take my vehicle in and probably another 20 Minutes after that start the oil change. In the end it was 4:30 before I got my vehicle back. They did change a rear bulb but if thats going to be a tough job, dont offer to do it. Further I assume the owner operator of the location since his kid(s) were there stated we dont offer a 19.95 oil change yet its still on the website and Ive taken screen captures. I ended up paying $25 for a 1.5 hour long oil change. I should have hired 5 minute oil change for their conventional oil change and saved a hour twenty minutes.

I have been coming to this shop for years with three different cars and only had trouble once. That is a good average in their favor.
