Our exhausting and frustrating search for a new mattress came to an end at Lake Barn. Nick, the owner, spent so much time with us and showed an incredible amount of patience answering all our questions and addressing our concerns. I believe he genuinely cares about his customers and went over and above to make sure we were satisfied. One just doesnt find his kind of customer service anymore. I would encourage anyone looking for a new mattress to seek out this family owned business.

Nick, the owner, was awesome! Before we stopped in the store, we initially asked around on Nextdoor and Bed Barn was the highest recommended for our area in Oconomowoc. We were looking for a new mattress for my daughter. He pointed to a couple options he had in the showroom floor and gave us good recommendations. She picked the one he happened to have in stock and was delivered to our door the next day. Highly recommend!

Purchasing a mattress can be overwhelming at a big box store because of the difficulty of sorting through all the options. Much better to buy local from a small business owner who is knowledgeable about the bed business and have done the working of sorting through products for you. Stopping in their shop and deciding on a mattress was low stress and enjoyable because of their kindness and expertise. I feel confident that the mattress we purchased was right for us and we are happy to have supported a solid local Hartland business!

The full mattress I purchased for my son was made locally in Wisconsin, from components made in the United States by a reliable company. It is not full of toxic chemicals, which usually require days of airing out. It is a very comfortable, solid-quality mattress. The shopping experience was just wonderful and all of my needs were met (I am a very picky mattress shopper). I fully recommend this store to anyone looking for a great mattress.

We went to multiple stores and felt like we were just the next sale because they would take us to the highest priced items right away. However, it wasnt like that with Nick at all. Our old Select Comfort bed wasnt comfortable anymore. So my fanatical research and store search. This is not an internet purchase. It has to be done in person. My wife and I decided to take the hour drive to Lake Country Bed Barn in Hartland based on what we were looking for and the reviews. We were not disappointed. Great customer service, extensive knowledge of their products, quality merchandise and sincerity are alive and well here. We ended up purchasing 2 Rize adjustable beds, mattresses, covers, sheets, pillows... the works. All totaled it was thousands less than what some other stores had tried to sell us. Its been 8 months now, time enough to evaluate our beds and after-purchase care. Outstanding! I would definitely recommend going to Lake Country Bed and Barn for your next purchase.

I was so impressed with Nick and his knowledge of all the latest and greatest in the industry. Was shopping for a mattress for my mother, and she tried a few out while we were there. No pressure, just help if we wanted. She chose a mattress and is so completely thrilled with it. She sleeps much better, and her back aches and neck pain have greatly improved! I came in looking at prices on a mattress for myself. Nick greeted me very friendly and listened to what I needed. He really knew what he was selling! Answered all my questions. Ended up buying 3 mattress and a frame😁. Got them delivered by Nick and even helped set them up! Go to Bed Barn first or you will only be wasting time and money. They dont sell you a bed. They provide a solution. Dealing with a aging senior going to assisted living that is only a back sleeper. They got the right mattress and adjustable frame to help with a one push elevated sleep position and a zero position for to prevent bed sores and leg swelling. Went to four large sellers first and none had a clue how to accommodate these issues. At 12:30am on a Saturday night searching the net I came across their youtube videos. I was called for an appointment early Sunday morning and went right over. This is the way to run a small business! Thank you

I recently bought an adjustable bed frame from Lake Country Bed Barn. I found the same one at Mattress Firm but Nicks prices at Lake Country Bed Barn are much better for the same frame so I bought it from Nick. I love it! Friendly and helpful staff, too, and delivery and set up was quick and easy!
