Pharmacist Judy was extremely helpful and helped me get my medication concerns answered and fixed super quickly! Very kind at pick up as well!

Today I had a horrible experience with the pharmacy. My plan was to logon and give an extremely harsh review, infact I got the name of the pharmacist I was angry with and planned to file a complaint with the board. I just came out of dental surgery and was extremely disappointed and upset how I was treated by pharmacy staff, not to mention I was in extreme physical pain and my script call in from the doctor was no where to be found. After becoming loudly upset I entered the store and asked (crying in pain) to speak with a “store” manager. Store staff was amazing & apologized quickly and instantly got me to speak with today’s store manager. I must admit that I am a hard & difficult customer to deal with when I am upset…that being said I’m beyond impressed to change my review to an awesome one. Not only did the manager check on everything I said, she personally checked me out and again apologized and sympathized with me after fully letting me explain myself and the situation. I can’t leave any type of negative review bc I am beyond impressed and appreciative of her. Walgreen…you got a keeper. I appreciated that this store manager actually took the time to care, and because of that I will continue to use this Walgreens. Thank you for putting people in charge that actually care. Today it made a world of difference

This is one of the worst pharmacies Ive had to use in a Walgreens. They dont have prescriptions ready, are not friendly at all, and dont answer and questions about any prescriptions. I only use this location because its close, but I would not recommend it at all. Otherwise front of house staff is nice. Would recommend getting new pharmacy staff who actually want to do their job. Im not the only one whos had awful experiences with pharmacy staff. Shows Walgreens doesnt care too much.

Sunday December 20th 2020. Today 1 (one) star for Walgreens, specifically for the PHOTO DEPARTMENT. At 11am I received bad treatment and an attitude from the girl in this department. She was not able to understand me because I have an accent, and because of that, she decided to stop being nice and asked me to repeat myself again in a bad mood. I was initially thinking that she was that way with everybody but I was at the desk for a while and I could hear she was very nice with others customers. I realized that was just because my accent. Im a neighbor and go to Walgreens often. I felt disappointed, I dont know if I will go back.

Pharmacist was rude - spoke to me with his back turned, had me purchase a medication that was ridiculously expensive and then wouldn’t take it back after my insurance company corrected the issue. Never using this pharmacy again.

Quite possibly the worst automated phone menu ever constructed, if the design mission was a labyrinth of futility…mission accomplished.

I have had two prescriptions filled incorrectly here, unfortunately I did not figure this out until getting low, luckily this was not something that was a serious health risk by not taking it but it was inconvenient none the less, and when I contacted the pharmacy about it I was told on both prescriptions there was nothing they could do. I understand they are very busy but it would be nice if they understood that everybody can make mistakes and work with customers to figure out a solution instead of immediately dismissing them.

Claire was very chivalrous when guiding me to where the cotton swaps were. She even did a check up to make sure I had everything I needed. Very respectful. The experience was pleasant, and I do believe Ill return! :)

Great customer service at the photography department. The lady working there this morning 1/6/19 helped make an order right. The pictures had come out cut in an odd way. She took the time to reprint them, and manually cut them herself to make them right. This was above and beyond as there were about 40 images to cut. Excellent customer service that’s so hard to find now. I really was impressed! I hope Walgreens will recognize her for this.

I’ve been going to this same pharmacist since I was 15 years old. Had no problems all these years until I turned 20 and there’s always some bs or another wether it be not having my insurance on file, not receiving faxes, or verifications when I’ve heard first hand from my doctor that everything was taken care of.Today I went in trying to get my prescription(again) which took 5 days longer than supposed to, brought 3 forms of identification just to be rejected for the 3rd time this week. 110% switching pharmacies.

Coming from a different pharmacy I used to use, to this one has been a great change. I now can get my medication at any point in the day and not worry that I will have to wait in long lines. This Walgreens never has a long line in store or in the pharmacy drive up. Staff is always offering assistance. Not to mention this staff is very friendly and greets me every time I walk into the store.

I have been using this pharmacy for three years for the exact same prescription. That is on auto fill. I don’t think there has been one time there hasn’t been an issue. It’s really not that difficult. And the lines for the pharmacy whether the drive up window or inside are horrendous no matter what time of day. The employees aren’t very friendly either. Thinking about finding a new pharmacy which is a shame because this one is so close to my house.

I stop in for a variety of convenience shopping, but a lot of times I will run in for cigarettes, since Walgreens is usually cheapest. More than once I have been treated like a burden at checkout even when no one else is in the store.The women from cosmetics covering breaks up front are usually the ones who do this, but sometimes the usual cashiers too. I have worked at Walgreens for 10 years, I know the game, so I usually go out of my way to be kind to the floor staff. To be treated rudely in return is a bit of a shock.

The pharmacy here is ALWAYS busy, so whether utilizing the drive thru or in-store counter, expect a wait.

Could be better staff not as friendly as could be. Prices are not that good. The store is clean, but lots of trash outside. Have seen many fender benders/close call car crunches in this dangerous parking lot. Overall I gave it a 3 star, but probably should have been a 2 star rating.

The photo department at the Walgreens in Hartland is very poor. I ordered calendars for gifts for same day pick up and it turns out they werent prepared to complete the order despite the fact that it is close to the new years and Im sure calendars are popular this time of year.I didnt find out that my order wasnt finished until I had to go in the next day to pick it up. No one called letting me know the status of my order the night before. When I went in they said that it couldnt be finished until four days later and that was if they got the supplies they needed. Nothing was offered for my inconvenience at all.To add to it, when I did pick them up, they never punched a hole in them to allow it to hang on the wall. When I called and inquired, they said that no Walgreens can do this they can only print them. However when I called the Oconomowoc Walgreens they happily did it for me. Very poor service! So disappointed, and I cant say I will order from this store again!

This is by far the worst customer service i have ever experienced at a pharmacy! Ive been shorted pills, hung up on for asking that my scripts be ready when THEY said it would be ready, given medical advice by the tech who takes the same migraine med with a bitchy attitude, and more. there are only 2 people in the pharmacy who are friendly and who know what theyre doing, dave the pharmacist whos been there forever and a new young man tech, the rest are terrible. 2 ladies who work the cosmetic dept are dolls also. if there were another pharmacy with a drive thru as close as this one id definitely go there. aurora and pick n save in Oconomowoc are awesome!!

For everyone complaining about this location and slow service -- you are barkin up the wrong friggin tree. You should be complaining to Walgreens Corporate about getting another store that can service the Merton area!!I just moved here from the middle of downtown Milwaukee and I have NEVER seen that many people waiting to pick up medications as I just witnessed at the Merton Ave location. There were 9 people in front of me inside and a line outside of at least 6 cars deep. They were fully staffed and moving as fast as possible. What can you really expect when this is the only Walgreens within 20 minutes no matter which direction you go?!Corporate needs to figure out a solution ASAP. The pharmacist and the staff are not at fault here...

Slowest pharmacy around. Put on hold if you can even get through. Wait in the drive up is ridiculous and they just dont care. Have also gotten the wrong number of pills and called back. They replaced them but thought it was funny. Wish there was another choice in the area. Try to find help in the store and you will walk around for a long time

This is literally the worst pharmacy ever. I called on the way home from work to check to make sure my meds were ready. I was on hold for 35 min only to have them answer when I was standing in line in the store. When I told them I had been waiting on the phone for over a half hour they LAUGHED! This is the slowest pharmacy ever. I dread coming here to get stuff because I know I will be easily waiting more than 15-20 Even if I have pre filled. Pathetic.

I only added a second start because one of the pharmacists there is quite helpful, but otherwise, this location is terrible. The wait for pharmacy is beyond excessive. And I had a checkout clerk be SO ridiculously rude to me that even surrounding customers looked at her in disbelief. Im surprised a Lake Country location is so below par.

Every time I go into the store no one even tries to great you says hello , very unfriendly staff , . I have never felt taken care of as a customer or treated with kindness only time I get a hello is if Im getting a prescription and even then its really horrible service! Its really gone down hill over time bad service!

At 10:15am I arrived at the photo center. At 10:20am I had to call the store from inside the store to find an employee so I could pick up my pictures. Pathetic.
