Luci is an energetic and knowledgeable teacher who will take the time to explain differences between yarn and to answer any (literally, any) questions you might have about the process of turning raw material into a woven project. I had never touched a loom before and I just finished the two-part intro to weaving class (in which you go home with one of her tabletop rigid heddle looms between the two meetings). The structure of the course is well thought out--for example, she has you warp the loom twice so youll remember how to do it. I could not imagine a better value class; I doubt Id get this kind of personal attention in another place. Ill be back for a spinning class soon!
