Had a small dent on the lower half of my passenger door. My technician Jason worked the dent out from the inside while I waited (less than two hours) and did a perfect job for $150. You would never know there was a dent there and the factory paint is fully intact. Really satisfied.

I brought in my Ford Mustang with a couple of dents & they returned the car quickly with amazing quality repairs. I also used a third party insurance to get the work done & they were willing to work with me & the company, their customer service rep Taylor was a big help with that & very professional. I have had four cars that needed dents and dings removed. Every time I had Jason B. from the Hartford branch respond. Some of the dents were significant, and the dings were in tough spots to either access. He fixed them like new. After watching him it’s not only a skill, but almost an art. While shopping at Lowe’s, someone rammed their cart into my new Audi leaving a classic ding with a good little scratch. I had never been to dent wizard before, but I figured I’d stop in to see if they could do anything. I pulled in during my lunch break, figuring they would recommend an expensive repair. Jason and Jerry helped me on the spot, they fixed the ding so you couldn’t even see it it, and touched up the door for me with some paint they had i the shop; all for a fair price. I had a dent in a challenging location they were able to remove the dent using the “paint less dent removal technique” . Jason was the technician professional, friendly and very talented! GREAT JOB!

My weedwacker fell off of its hook and landed on the hood of my car, right on a body crease leaving a nasty dent. I was not sure it was a candidate for Paintless Dent Repair but I let Jason give it a go. It came out fantastic. If you look really hard for it, you can locate the repair but it is invisible at a casual glance. I am very pleased.

Daylor called me the night before & assured me they would do a good job but I got a GREAT job. I was really impressed with Jasons work. My car looked like the day I bought it. (JUST LIKE NEW). Not a flaw anywhere. I couldnt believe my eyes & my savings was unbelievable as well. Its nice to save money, especially when you are not sacrificing the quality. Dent Wizard of Hartford was referred to me by a friend and colleague...My father, whom is retired , needed to have some simple repairs done to the hood of a car... He is very flexible, and called Jason in order to see when he could come out and do the needed work...When my father initially spoke with Jason he was treated with ambivalence and disrespect (My father had to tell Jason his name several times, and was also asked repeatedly the reason my father was calling) ..Nonetheless ,they agreed upon a set time for an appointment and Jason never showed...He didnt even provide the courtesy of a phone call to say he wasnt going to make it....I would NOT recommend this business....

What an awesome experience with Dent Wizard every time I call them! I bought a pre-owned, 2015 Ford Explorer in great shape, except, it had a hand full of small dings the were unsightly and really took away from the sleek look. I hadn’t invested in a pre-owned vehicle in the long time and really wanted the car to look as good as possible. I called Dent Wizard and told them that I needed the dings around the vehicle repaired. They came right out and worked their magic on my truck. When I saw the work, I just couldn’t believe how fantastic it came out. It really is almost like magic they way they repair dents and dings. When I noticed a new ding the other day, I knew it was absolutely no problem. I called Dent Wizard and scheduled a tech to repair my car. Bob, the tech, could not have been nicer and went right to work on my car. The results are amazing as usual. I took my car here for Paintless Dent Removal (PDR). The crabby, older guy in the front office made me feel unwelcome. Like I was a burden to him by my presence. I should have walked out but they supposedly have an expert at PDR who is only there one day a week. So, I overlooked his rudeness and left my car for the day. I had a more complicated dent to remove than a simple door ding but after watching countless talented professionals do successful, very complicated PDR on YouTube, I knew the Dent I needed removed shouldnt be much of a challenge. Well, that is if the person doing the work is good. The PDR this place did wasnt very good. Although an improvement, I could still see panel distortion and high/low spots. Needless to say, but I’d never return here or recommend them to anyone.

Dropped my car off with a pretty good size dent in the driver side fender ... everywhere told me I needed a new fender but I took a chance and it came out perfect.

I called the 1-800 number and the woman was so rude to me i said forget it. Dont waste your time here, go to the professionals.
