Ive been a customer for some years and Ive never had a better customer service experience anywhere else. Adam, Kyle, and Willy are the best. Always willing to help me out and are very understanding. I drive the extra 10-20 minutes because of these guys.

The staff there is very helpful went above and beyond for our business. Very knowledgeable about their merchandise and installation.

Have done business with RAC in the past and probably spent $10,000.00 more than we needed to,but the Customer Service back then was actually pretty great,went to have a phone financed cause of an emergency and got turned down because my landlord was honest with RAC that I had been late on rent a couple of times,but was caught up at this time! So if you want to be a disrespected Loyal Customer RAC is your place!!!

They have what u need for double the price that it is worth, but when u cant do a lump sum for something u need thats how it goes. One of their employees needs to be spoken to about his manners when he enters into peoples homes
