In town visiting my daughter this weekend and we ran in to pick up some items. We met Wendi who was absolutely wonderful. Every Sephora needs a Wendi!

This tiny Sephora in JC Penny is like a little slice of heaven for makeup lovers like me. The amount of products they have are quite impressive considering the small space. The best part is how awesome the staff is. They are friendly and ready to help you without being pushy. Chelsea is an amazing sales associate and I now consider her a friend! I’ve had nothing but good experiences here.

I dropped by to pick up my birthday gift and a sample. This was my first time in this Sephora. I did not make a purchase (I can feel uncomfortable not making a purchase, but I really wasn’t ready to buy a product), and was still treated great! The Sephora employee was so nice! I look forward to going back when I know what product I want! Keep up the great customer service! I know retail can be hard, but a friendly encounter makes all the difference!
