Marianne is amazing! She was very kind and super helpful because I had so many questions. The storage facility is amazing - super clean and easy to navigate. I highly recommend this place and can’t speak highly enough of Marianne!

I really enjoyed the experience. Nicole, the employee was very helpful showing me around to the different storage options, in order to get a better idea of the space size I would actually need. Also it was very affordable and the location is great as well. I definitely recommend.

Nice place I needed extra space 😂 to store some stuff. I signed up and payed all online in a few minutes maybe was a few beers in. I couldnt remember if I payed for a lock or not showed up with one and the one I payed for was in the corner started moving in and no problem nice little corner spot I can come and go no hassle no checking in or signing books just in and out. 10/10

Parking is good as I have never had a problemand have always seemed to be the only auto in the lot when I needed it. Pricing is good but will gradually increase so stay on top of things. This is my first time renting a storage unit. Maryann was fabulous. She gave me a tour of the facility (it is SUPER clean), showed me the unit (it was perfect for my needs), helped me pick out a lock and showed me how to use the keypad. The process was simple and quick. There is a parking lot which is extremely helpful with unloading. There are dollies free of charge for customer use. 10/10 would recommend.

Best storage facility I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Incredibly easy to book, confirm the space, ask questions. The facility is clean and has a plethora of carts. The unit is exactly what I booked. Easy to purchase an inexpensive lock and an emergency box (and have the lock waiting for me in the unit with the hard to open plastic snipped off for ease of access!) MaryAnn (the manager) is wonderfully helpful and lovely. Overall, the ideal storage experience.

Such a great place! Right when I walked through the door I can feel the friendly atmosphere. The girl that helped me out was Alejandra. Such a nice girl, very helpful and very friendly. They asked me to come in because there was a rancid smell. I drove an hour and a half to the unit and requested the manager come with me to my unit to inspect it. She states that the smell isnt emanating from my unit. I proceeded to explain to her that I cant come on a whim because I live so far away. A week passes and she asks me to come in because the smell is coming from my unit. I proceed to explain to her that she was in my unit with me and stated prior the smell was not emanating from my unit. I told her I would come in when I can. I proceeded to call customer care and request for a District manager to call me and he never did. 4 days go by and I get a letter stating they were going to break into my unit within 3 days of me recieving the letter. As soon as I recieve the letter, I called Extra Space Storage in Harrison to tell them I would be on my way. To my horror, the manager explained that they broke into my unit and found food in the fridge. I proceeded to explain to her that it was impossible to have food in the fridge as it was thoroughly cleaned out by me and another person prior to moving it there. A week or so goes by and I recieve a set of keys in the mail with a letter stating it was the keys to my new lock. I proceed to go to my unit the next day to see if anything was missing or damaged. As I open my unit,I began filming, and to my horror and dismay, I had a religious painting damaged and torn, my brand new 4k 65 Smart TV had scratches and white stuff all over, my bags had a fine white powder on it, and my New King Sized Mattress had a tear in it,as if someone ran a knife through it, just to name a few. My religious painting that I hold so precious had my xbox thrown in it,shattering the plastic and wooden frame. The items I had blocking the fridge (a 200 pound dresser and TV stand) werent even moved from their place. As Im digging through the carnage Extra Space Storage left, the Manager walks up to my unit and I asked her why did they damage my religious paintings. I told her to target ones religion is a hate crime and is very serious. I would be angry at the fact that they scratched my TV, but the fact that they would stupe so low as to target ones religion has me angry beyond words. This place is horrible and I hope no one goes through half of what I went through.

Great experience. First off, theres a big freight elevator readily accessible. I cannot tell you how nice that is if your unit isnt on the first floor. Secondly, when I finally finished clearing out my storage unit, it turned out to be a day after my next payment was charged. I didnt realize this, and without me saying anything, the staff member looked at my account and announced shed give me a refund because it was just one day over. That was just fantastic.The place is also safe, clean, open reasonable hours, and has an attached parking lot with plenty of space. Its a great all around space and Ill definitely turn to it again the next time I need to store stuff.
