They did a great job on getting my generator and my moms generator back up and running. The cost was very reasonable too. If i had researched how reasonable they were two years ago when i knew my moms generator needed work, i would have taken the generator there rather than wait (thinking i would fix it when i carved out the time to do so).

Some of the best customer service youll find these days. Fair on prices for repairs and quicker turn around than any that I called before using them. My mower was done in a week as opposed to a month a others,, and I was surprised to get a call to come get it!! I will definitely use them for all my small engine repairs.

Millers Ace hardware lost a 16 year customer yesterday. I have a 600 acre ranch in St. Joe and have bought thousands of dollars of supplies, chain saws, lawn mowers and other equipment from these folks ever since we moved to the area in 2002. Went Saturday to purchase a repair kit for a freeze-proof faucet,(about $20 bucks), and realized I had forgotten my wallet. Did not want to make the hour long round trip back to St. Joe or ask a friend in town to loan me the money, so I asked the manager if I could get credit until Monday. He was dumbfounded and said he could not help me. His sales staff could have vouched that I was a regular customer or perhaps asked if there was someone we both knew who could vouch for me. Take my picture, get my mobile number, write down my license plate number, nothing! No attempt to keep this long time customer happy so I am gone.

If it werent for them being closed on Sundays I would never consider anywhere else. Price, selection, service, etc. etc. Are all excellent. They wont try and up sell you and wont hesitate to send you elsewhere if thats your best option. Its family owned and operated something this country needs more of.

Got lots of stuff

Took our mower in to be repaired , paid 500.00 to get it fixed. Brought it home started it up, belt fell off, a spring came off, called them told them what happened told us to go online to find out where the spring goes and fix it ourself, I will never go back there again, very poor customer service.

Fixed what I needed

Went to the store there and didnt find what I was looking for a(centrifugal clutch). Thay didnt carry them ,not there fault. Steel it was a good day to brouz. Loved IT !!

My daddy looked all over East Texas for a thermocoupling for his oven in his RV. They keep the RV in East Texas but live in Lead Hill Arkansas. No-one in the Longview area had the part he needed. He then thought about Millers Hardware in Harrison and said I bet they will have it. When he traveled back to Arkansas he went in to Millers and guess what, they had the part!! Thank you Millers Hardware.
