I absolutely love this Walgreens, the people have always been very helpful and kind, the store is always very clean and stocked well.Customer service is outstanding in my view and experience.

I love the people that work here, but man does it need a self check-out machine! The lines are always long with 1 cashier, lucky if you get 2.

Gilda is the absolute best. She goes above and beyond. Even helped me find the do it yourself popcorn. Greets with enthusiasm every time! Thanks!

I went for a Covid test for a work trip. I was told 24-72 hours. 5 days later I still didn’t have it. I called and the pharmacy staff was EXTREMELY RUDE. I was told that “they didn’t think they needed to tell customers that labs don’t work on weekends”. I asked to speak to a manager, he was even ruder, told me there was nothing he could do and basically hung up on me. Done with their store!

They have been answering their phones and more helpful lately :)

Pharmacy very slow. Drive thru equipment antiquated. Pharmacy will not answer the phone. I called eight times. After 1 minute my calls went to the busy signal. The brand of omeprazole they have has no effect at all. If I could give them no stars at all I would. Worst pharmacy I have ever used.

Four hours to get painkillers filled after three teeth pulled. Slow and idiotic….

Dont go here. The shelf tag says buy 1 get 1 free but when you get to the register its full price.

Horrible wait times in the drive thru!!! Other cities.. Walgreens has you pull around and let others go if there will be a wait. This one allows you to sit for an hour, hate this pharmacy. A reunion in the drive thru as well contributes to the wait times

The store manager is rude and doesn’t care for his employees. Maybe if they removed him the store would run better. Highly recommend staying away from him

This is THE SLOWEST PHARMACY I have Ever had the misfortune of doing business with. AND IT SEEMS THEY DONT CARE based off the reactions of the staff when they have people waiting for long periods in line and No One comes to help.

I use the pharmacy all the time and have had good and bad times but as of late I have no complaint. Meagan has helped me out several times to ensure I receive my medications on time and for a good price. I had a very bad experience in drive through with a young man and came back hours later to find my prescription wasn’t ready when he said it’d be 20 minutes. Meagan asked me to please come inside and she spent ten minutes apologizing, working to fix the problem with insurance and getting my prescription done. She was amazing and is the reason I have chosen to continue to use Walgreens after the incident with the young man. If you use Walgreens, ask for Meagan, she will not disappoint. She is the definition of great customer service.

Ive known old man Walgreen for over 40 years now-great guy and he loves to fish! The best mom and pop pharmacy in town. Support Local Businesses!

Worst taco bell e ver. they told me it was a drug store 1 star

Wanted to transfer several expensive prescriptions to this store from a local pharmacy and was told I would have to have my doctor call it in. Never, ever, had to do this anywhere else. Just going to some other pharmacy. Really poor service.

Pharmacy is run by a bunch of idiots. Have script called in by Drs office, wait couple of hours and go in & still have to wait at least another hour. I asked them to send my script somewhere else & they must not understand English. Because they wouldnt do it. Talked to the asst manager & still couldnt get anything done. The only qualifications you have to have to work at Walgreens pharmacy is a pulse & have graduated kindergarten

Most products you market under the NICE! label are a good mix of quality and value. Not so the NICE! slider storage bags. They are poorly assembled,; on some, the clear plastic portion of the bag is not even attached to the heavier white plastic that form the zipper. On others, the red slider just comes off in your hand. On some, it is very difficult to seperate the two sides that form the opening. May I suggest you improve Quality Control, or just change the brand to: SUCKS!

Im really shocked at how many people have given Walgreens such a bad review.I have to agree with some of their comments though our Walgreens is extremely slow compared to other places in town. I have worked for the elderly so needless to say I have been to many of the pharmacies in town most of them youre in and out pretty quickly but Walgreens and Walmart are both always big waiting lines. if you have the need for speed I advise you find a smaller pharmacy in sacrifice the hours they stay open. I havent really had any bad experiences with the clerks as some have stated. I think its really unfair that it seems like most the time people just right off of one experience. Generally Walgreens seems to have nice Clarks.. they are sometimes too slow for comfort. the perks of using Walgreens always comes in the advantage of big box stores having apps and such that you can use and text alerts. Im sure this comes with its own issues though as well I dont use the app. I pick Walgreens as my personal pharmacy when I was living close to them. I think that as far as being able to call and ask them questions theyre usually pretty good. The worst thing about this store is the wait its ungodly long. This is why they only get three stars. I understand they probably have a lot of orders to deal with. Im sure theyre probably be most used pharmacy please be aware though that there are about seven to eight pharmacies in Harrison you dont have to pick the most convenient one if you want a good speedy customer service. Personally one of my favorite is Sam Alexanders and Sullivans. I like Sullivans just a little bit better. They are pretty speedy they have a drive-thru and if youre looking for The Best of both worlds they seem to be it they have a shop that has a lot of really cute items in it so the sam Alexanders.

The drive thru is a joke. Its supposed to be for drop-off and pick up but they let people sit there for 20 minutes while you sit in line and wait. Hard to leave when youre blocked in. They dont seem to care. Robin is the only one with a customer service attitude

These people work so so hard!!!! So what it takes awhile they have so much to do and they do it with a smile!!!! Everyone is always so helpful and nice!!!!!

Drive-thru never works forcing all their handicapped customers to come inside just to be told that they dont have their prescription that nobody called it in even though it has been called in several times that morning received a text message saying my order was ready showed up it was deleted and sent back over 2 days worst Walgreens ever

Always on time and the people there are very nice

I have been getting my scripts filled here for a while now but every time I go in there Tina seems to be an issue. Tina is always rude to her co workers and is constantly interrupting them when they are trying to help me or anyone else.

Poor service was told medicine would be ready in 10 min. 1 hour later it still isn’t ready.

The overweight blond lady that works here is very rude and doesnt have polite manners. The manager didnt even know what to do when I told her about her either. Wont go back here again. Unprofessionally operated.

Pharmacy is very unorganized. There is always an issue with prescriptions when trying to get them filled here. They cant find my name in the system, they cant fins my prescription, they mysteriously lost my insurance information etc...

Would not recommend this store !!!!
