Me and my friend Rony came here a few times over the past few months for the usual. Cigarettes, plan b, rash ointment, you already know. Staff is super kind and one of the guys named Glenn is always super chill with me and doesnt make me feel uncomfortable with my private purchases. If there is a God it is the cashier Glenn (64, jacked). Shout-out to Michael.

The store/pharmacy is almost always busy, and usually understaffed, but I have never had a problem here. Employees are helpful if you need them and even walked me to the item I asked about (definitely not required but much appreciated). The pharmacy seems disorganized and incompetent to the average shopper because they dont know what goes on behind the scenes. People need to understand that getting a prescription involves more than just counting pills and putting it in a bottle instead of being rude about how long it takes or why an interaction needs to involve the pharmacist. Pharmacists here are very capable and I cannot express how much I appreciate the PIC who fixed a copay situation I was having and the other RPH who was alone on a Sunday but still provided exceptional service.

I shop here often and my vists are always pleasant however today when the cashier “Glenn” (white, chubby guy) never even greeted or thanked me or told me to have a good day, nothing. He was RUDE!! Very unprofessional. Disappointing.

Super rude staff. While I enter the store and try to send my package, the women did not ask any question, she intuitively thought I am going to send one biological sample, and refused to received my Fedex package.

I wish i could give them 0 stars. But unfortunately i cannot.Pharmacy department sucks. No greetings, rude answers and wait time is off the charts. Better to just go home and let the sickness run its course rather than coming to this pharmacy.

Over 1 hour on hold waiting to just refill my medication??? it’s disgusting to me. This place might as well close down. I walked over this pharmacy called pharmacy plus which is located on Harrison ave and the staff was able to call to get my medications transferred and I was in and out within less than 15 minutes. I’m so glad I came here. Thank you to pharmacy plus for taking care of what Walgreens could not.

Worst pharmacy ever because of customer service.Got out of surgery and drop my prescription and the pharmacist assistant ask me I could come back next day to pick up after I had informed her that I need the prescription ASAP !Really??Every time I hv to wait for over an hour after the assistant try to make me come back the next day. They are very rude, unprofessional, unkind ....definitely I will move my services to another Pharmacy.

EDIT: Following several more bad experiences of a similar nature, Ive lowered this from 2 stars to 1. Use another pharmacy if ever possible.This pharmacy has frustrated me on several different occasions. I have used other Walgreens pharmacies and have never had the issues I do here. The problem is always the same and it pertains to receipt of the prescription.Regardless of the doctor I go to, somehow this pharmacy never receives the prescription on the first transmission. I always need to play a telephone game with the doctor and the pharmacy where the doctor insists theyve sent, the pharmacy insists it hasnt received, and the doctor inevitably has to resend it, generally with several hours worth of delays. This time I was told that it can take up to 2 hours for the pharmacy to receive the prescription following issue from the doctor. I have no idea how this can even be remotely true when I used to be able to go straight from a doctor to a pharmacy and pick up a prescription with no delay. Apparently prescription transmission methods have regressed from the late 90s/early 00s, or this particular establishment is just bad about it.The staff here are always pretty cordial, so they got that goin for them, which is nice.

This location needs to hire more people, in pharmacy and retail, wait times are unacceptable.Phone service for pharmacy is terrible- upwards of 20 min hold times just to be disconnected for no reason.Was way better when it was a Rite Aid.

The pharmacy has gone down the toilet ever since Riteaid transitioned to Walgreens, Service has been horrible. The human chip about caring for customers and patients didn’t transition over. Please go somewhere else if you can for your medication. This place deserves no stars.

Worst pharmacy on earth! Every time I go here my prescriptions aren’t ready for pick up even though they’ve had an entire day to fill them. Pharmacy staff don’t answer the phone and when you arrive there is always a wait. Each time I have two prescriptions they are always out of one and send me off to another locations. The other location even told me that they had the prescription, they were just too lazy to fill it. Avoid this Walgreens pharmacy. Staff at front registers are wonderful but pharmacy is a complete nightmare and unprofessional.

Located store to purchase 30 oz similac advance. On the website its 31.99. In the store its 37.99. Was told its only an online price. The website indicates this product would be available in stores for highlighted price as it says find in store near you. Not sure if the manager just didnt know how to alter price, is able to alter price, or what the deal was. But that was not a good experience. Long story short... I got it at walmart for $32...and bought a few.

The pharmacy needs more employees! Costumers always have to wait in line. One comes for drop off and they ask to come back in one hour, it doesn’t matter if you come one, one and a half, two hours…your prescription will not be ready. It is not the employees fault but the pharmacy system that doesn’t work!

Honestly I hope this pharmacy closes. It is useless to have it here since they are never there to help. They wont answer the phone ever! (Pharmacy) they dont know what theyre doing or how they are doing it. Ive been here multiple times they never have a prescription ready, they always have problems running the insurance and when you call they will put you on hold for ever and never answer, and even hang up on you. What horrible customer service. Dont waste your time. Go to Walgreens in Kearny or CVS.

Tried calling their pharmacy several times. Each time they pick up the receiver and hang it up again. Obviously they are severely under staffed. We are a dental office and cant spend all day trying to phone in a prescription for our patients. No wonder Walgreens needs to be taken private in a leveraged buy out. I suggest you find a new pharmacy

I have to say they have the WORST pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. I swear they see my face very often and always have an issue finding my daughters insurance. They should have a whole new staff back there. They make mistakes and don’t admit their error and rather try to make it seem like it was your fault.Corporate should really get involved with this location.

I also have been using rite Aid as my go to pharmacy since it opened there in the mall on Bergen Street location and only once! I had an issue there but it was an instance that all pharmacies go through, and that was they did not have a medication because there inventory was depleted . The Staff there have alway been kind, courteous , and very informative in all areas of there store. They recently did some remodeling of this location and everything there is clean and easy to get around to find what you need. Great job .

Terrible place, I don’t recommend anyone to this pharmacy unless you don’t mind staying on hold for over an hour. I ended up at pharmacy plus thats located on Harrison ave and got my flu shot...NO WAIT... The staff were very professional and i will be going back...Forget Walgreens...they might as well just close down.

Pharmacy is probably getting high on their own supply cause each time i go there they are lost, confused and messing up orders. Management is unprofessional, i witnessed two times that management were unproffesionally arguing issues rudely in front of customers. I think the employees (nonpharmacy) that are still there even back when it was a RiteAid had excellent customer service and shouldve beem promoted to management.

Rudest inefficient inaccurate pharmacist ever !!! After came from ER for my flu to get two antibiotics, they asked to wait half and hr & had me waited almost two hrs. The worst they gave me half of my medicine and had to come back again.Pharmacy Manager Vandana Magnani hope you must take an action , staff even eating at the counter !!!!!

These guys are ok, not really good if something goes wrong with insurance though. They also tend to sell common drugs to the uninsured at exhorbitant rates (4x the going rate). They will do in a pinch and are convenient; but I would support a smaller pharmacy if you have a choice.

They make me miss the RiteAid. Employees here are slow and lazy. A lot of times there are 10+ people waiting in line, but there’s only 1 cashier working - and she still try to persuade people signing up for a membership card.

Ive never waited longer for a prescription in my life. The pharmacy window checks out people with items that arent from the pharmacy. I waited for 40 minutes in line at the pharmacy pick up window behind 2 people buying multiple grocery items along with 1-2 prescriptions each. I wish I could rate them a 0.
