Hello we would like to share our experience with the dealership. on July 1st traveling from Ct. to South Carolina we hit torrential downpours about 1:00. The bike was rear ended and went down as did we, all slid down highway. After getting bike up and fortunately only 1 exit from dealership got bike there by 2:00. they were very attentive to us and looked at bike quickly. All staff helped us with hotel and ride accommodations. We asked for bike to be checked out to see if possible to ride back to CT. safely. All was fixed and a return call to pick up by 4:30. we did return home next day on bike in torrential rain again safely . We can not say enough about this dealership and the caring of the staff. I stopped in on a road trip passing through, always love to check out the Harley dealerships. It was so nice, i was greeted upon entry and offered help several times by the most friendly staff!

They say if your Harley develops a new rattle just adjust your earplugs. Lucky for us the Harley Tech at Susquehanna Valley Harley, who was about to clock out for a long weekend, agreed to take a look at my bike. He found the problem and a replacement part in their boneyard that, with some modification and MacGyver ingenuity got us back on the road. Purchasing my 2021 Road King from S.V.H.D. was the best experience buying a Motorcycle I ever had . I had a list of accessories I wanted. I was given a great price which included everything. Motorcycle, shipping, setup, accessories, labor, license, any notary fees, and sales tax. The entire staff was very friendly. They understood everything I wanted. When the bike was available for me to pick it up it looked great. I purchased my very first H-D from these guys, brand new 2018 Sport Glide. The whole process start to finish was super easy and stress free. I had a great price on the bike and my trade in via email before I even got in the front doors. Dan, my salesman, is a great guy who was not pushy at all and Mike in F&I was awesome! Both were very personable and treated me like family rather than just another customer. The bike had a few issues that needed to be worked out before I signed for it and they took care of me like you wouldnt believe. I even got a thank you MVP gift bag, which was completely unexpected. Bought my first Harley (2018) at this location. The salesperson (Dallas) was great. Had me test drive every model on the floor. If i even looked at it here would roll it outside for a test drive. He was fair with my trade-in value too. Great buying experience.

In a time so unprecedented such as this, the COVID-19 pandemic, SVHD was seamless in the sale of this bike. Everything from the initial call, to the final call to schedule the pick up was done with great effort. The process was very efficient, and well done.To say Dan (salesman), and Mike (finance office) worked together to go out of their way to ensure this sale could happen would be an understatement. The few things I asked for along with the bike, they made happen without any hesitation. This is my first Harley Davidson motorcycle, and I’m very satisfied with the experience overall.Hopefully this pandemic passes soon and more people can come to enjoy browsing, trading in, and purchasing a new (or newer) motorcycle.

I purchased my 2012 Road King back in November. It was by far the most stress free buying experience Ive ever had. Hats off to Denise and the rest of the staff at SVHD.I would definitely buy another bike here.

I was informed that the sales associate was in contact with and possibly even knew the previous owner of the bike I purchased but yet I wasnt provided a second key, FOB, or even the 5 digit security code. Also I cant say for sure since I didnt check them until 11 days later but my tire pressure was at half the maximum psi and after filling them and rechecking them several times in the next 3 days following, its my belief that they were never fully inflated even when I test rode it which makes me leary about the service and state inspection done on it. For that reason I only gave 4 stars.

I only gave it four stars because it is only the second time I have dealt with them, but this time around it was a lot better. Britt was great and mike made it happen. I appreciated that they worked with me to find the best fit for me and what I wanted !

Top notch outfit from Sales (Dallas) Financing (Gary) Parts Division (Harrison). They are always so helpful and understanding, even the clothing department ladies are just amazing and helpful. They helped us through the entire process. They let us take several test rides on different bikes to find the best one for us. John the older gentleman is phenomenal, he helped us with storage when we needed it most, our garage was being remodel. The team they have in place is why we continue to keep going back for all our needs. Some days they are extremely busy but every time I get to talk to Dallas or Harrison they have always been so helpful. I always tell our friends and new riders if they need anything they should check out Susquehanna Valley Harley. They do things the right way!! There entire team is phenomenal!!

Unbelievably bad experience. I will never go back. I brought my Suzuki in to get winterized and stored. I was called a few days later and told that I had a mechanical issue and they would look it over. I didnt hear anything for a couple weeks so I called and was told that they would deal with it when I came to pick it up. No problem so far. I called in March and told them that I was ready to come pick it up and they asked for 2 weeks. I called back in 2 weeks and spoke with 3 different people: 1 said that my bike was fixed and ready, 1 said that it was a battery issue, and 1 said that it wouldnt start and they needed another day. They finally got it running (it ran just fine when I took it in) and I was told to come get it. I made it 2 blocks before it died. At this time, the state shut down due to COVID-19. I had it towed to a shop, they were unable to look at it, then towed to another shop. After 3 months of sitting due to COVID-19, $250 for full diagnostics and inspection, I was told that the ONLY thing wrong with it was that Harley never put gas back into it. It had a half a tank when I delivered it.

Stopped in for a battery thanks to the winter. As always I got a friendly greeting and no pressure. I have been to all the local dealers at some point to look around and this is the most friendly even if it is not the biggest.

I came in today and looked at a Street 750. Dave the gentleman I spoke with was cordial until I mentioned coming down on the price. They wanted 5599, but both KBB and Nada show the average price of this bike with less miles then the one they had as 4100. I mentioned I would like it at 5000, and he said KBB and Nada dont represent actual sales. He said he could skip the safety inspection on it and sell it as is at 5000 (Still 900 above the average) and I said I thought he could still do the safety inspection and sell it at the requested price. He said he had the bike for 2 days and that his price was firm. I walked because it seemed shady that he wanted so high above KBB and Nada, (which having bought several vehicles before Ive never had to pay over KBB or Nada at any dealership) and that hed be willing to suddenly drop the price if he skipped the safety inspection. There are other Dealerships. Another review mentioned Appalachian Harley Davidson and an Indian Dealership is nearby so I will take my business somewhere else.Update:As can be seen below the owner responded stating that Nada is the average of all sales and yet he still wanted 2k above Nada which is a ripoff. According to the good people at Appalachian Harley Davidson, hes full of it. I bought a bike through them, they were willing to give a fair price within range of NADA value instead of ushering me out the door without so much as slight discussion. I highly recommend them and their team over Susquehanna Harley any day.

Overpriced overrated junk

Excellent service. Very helpful. They really care about customers and want repeat business. I just bought my first Harley ever and it was a pleasant experience working with Corey. I originally had my eye on a used Soft tail classic but started the paperwork on a new 2016 model when I got cold feet because it was way more then I wanted to spend. I couldnt justify financing it for 82 months and not ride it all year round or the monthly payments. I canceled the new one and went for the 7 year old classic. Corey was very understanding and never pressured me into buying the new one. He just wanted to sell me the bike I wanted not the one he would make a bigger commission on. Very pleased with the place.

My wife and I were travelling back home to Nashville from Boston when the check engine light came on. I was kind of worried about it, so we pulled into the service bay at Susquehanna HD to see if they could take a peek at the bike to see what codes it was throwing. The service guy (never got his name) knew we were on a long trip, so he quickly checked for codes to see what the issue was. Turns out the codes were being thrown because I didnt tighten the battery terminal screws hard enough and it was freaking out the bikes computer. they did a quick reset and sent us on our way, wishing us safe travels. These guys were awesome! That is exceptional service extended to a couple of people just blowing through their state. Obviously, safety is important to them. Thanks a ton!

Somehow when I was checking on Google Maps to see how late you were open and was reading through some of the reviews I accidentally gave a one star review. I guess when I swiped to exit I gave an erroneous review. I apologize for anyone who saw that. Susquehanna Valley actually deserves a 10 star rating. I have dealt with them for years and every time and everyone I have ever spoken with has been very friendly and has gone out of their way to accommodate me. I actually moved from PA to North Carolina but I drive truck so I still stop in very regularly.
