Batteries Plus has most popular sizes and types of batteries in stock. They are close to my home and the prices are competitive with any seller. I needed two new 12 V deep cycle batteries. I checked around and Batteries Plus had them in stock. At first glance they appeared to be more expensive than other stores, but with an online coupon and the rebates on the batteries they wound up being less. And, I didnt have to drive twice as far away to get them!

Ordering online was easy; pick-up went smoothly. It was an easy transaction.

I purchased a battery about two yrs. ago with a three yrs. warranty.. I noticed that for the last three months I would have to jump my car at least once a month, finally I took it back to battery plus and was told that if it doesnt charge up to 10volts that would void the warranty.. I couldnt understand that.. they got it to charge up to 8volts .. so the warranty is only valid if the battery is good once it goes dead then that void it.. SMH.. Never heard thing like that.. this battery costed me around $300 and it a deep cell battery.. Im still under the warranty but wont honor it... Will never buy from you and will not refer you to any one..

The people that work there are nice but the batteries ($40 for my Samsung S5) were no better than one you can get on the web for $10. The new battery lasts just a little longer than my 5yo original.

Process was simple. Price listed was what I paid, no hidden fees like at other places. I showed up 3 hrs late to pick up my device and the staff were more than understanding. I spoke to 2 people and they were absolutely wonderful.

After checking to see if they had my battery for my phone i left it for replacement. when i returned to pick up my phone i was told they didnt have the battery

James was amazing. Super friendly and very confident in the ability to repair my phone. I was worried it was beyond repair considering this was the 3rd screen I’ve replaced this year. I arrived 15 mins early and he still helped me promptly. In under an hour my screen was repaired and looking better than ever. The price of the repair was super affordable and overall it was an amazing experience.

Jared (sp?) was helpful both on the phone and in person. He worked calmly and meticulously to install my new battery. He accommodated my preference to not go into the store (covid safety), taking my card inside and then bringing it back along with the receipt. He took the time to explain things, and he was friendly. Great experience and good price for batteries but the guy that installed my battery for me didnt give me my core charge because he had to install it (since I left my tools at home) but his loss because I was gonna tip him a $20 but instead he got the $15 core charge.

Harrisburg store have excellent customer service

My daughter had her note 9 screen cracked and took it up to get repaired. Apparently what neither of us knew is while the screen was amazingly fixed by the gentlemen there, the back glass on the note 9 can crack when you replace the screen. So not only did they replace the screen excellently, they put a temporary on and even ordered a new glass back when she asked if they could and installed it for her! I highly recommend this place due to their excellent repair service and we genuinely left satisfied! Id rate the place higher than 5 stars if I could.

Professional and good customer service

Initially, everyone was very nice and helpful when I explained that the battery in my phone was rapidly depleting throughout the days even when I barely used it. We went shopping and came back an hour later, got my phone and headed home. However when I went to charge it when I got home, I saw my phone was not charging and showing that the phones temperature was low. I called batteries plus and they told me to come in. They said they would look at it and to come back in a half hour. We did, and when we walked in, a guy who did not initially work on my phone was explaining to me haphazardly that there was nothing they could do to fix the issue that was not there before I took it to them. They did not offer any refund or give me any alternative option to how I can go about fixing my phone. I ended up needing to get a whole new phone entirely. It WAS charging before they fixed it. Dont trust them with your electronics.

THEY RUINED MY PHONEI dropped of my IPhone X to have the glass screen replaced. 10 minutes after I left the store I got a phone call from the technician explaining that they could not replace my screen because one of the two little screws on the bottom of the phone ( “must have been stripped from Apple” )I’ve had a charging case on this phone since the day I bought it. This store assumes no culpability in the repairs that they do. The screw was stripped by the technician not from Apple.UPDATE; I did receive a phone call about 2 days after my original review from the shop owner asking me to bring the phone back in to allow him to fix the phone or make the situation better. I live 4 hours away and can’t easily come back in. However, I thought the attempt to make it better is all you could want from a small shop. I think it means this shop does want to do the right thing.

9-14-2020 Great, they had the hard to find button batteries I needed and didnt know they sold phone charging cords! Found the length I needed for my motorcycle phone charger. They had exactly what I needed- AGAIN!!!

If you have apple products do not take it to this place. I cracked my IPhone 11 screen and payed $200 for a screen replacement and my phone display is just messed up. I would touch the screen and nothing would happened. I can’t scroll up because it keeps scrolling down on its own. The phone heats up. Everything just Horrible!!!... Should’ve drove down to an Apple Store in Lancaster instead.

Ive had generally good experiences with this place. They once were able to fix the screen on my Samsung Galaxy 4 phone at a reasonable price when all of the other places tried to overcharge me and give me the runaround. The customer services is very good and gives you the feel of a mom and pop store.The only minor complaint I have is the last time I was there, they sold me a very overpriced phone battery. The person at the counter said it was the best battery that you could get and it would hold a charge for a long time. The battery was an improvement over my last battery (it is at 50 percent power by lunchtime instead of 30 percent) but hardly worth $80.I would still highly recommend this place as they are better than 90 percent of the other electronics/battery stores.

The staff was very thorough in explaining my options. Once we agreed to the service, they thoroughly tested the unit and found several other problems that, once we discussed, made sense to repair. Now the phone works much better than it had in a long time. Most definitely worth the few hours it took to get the work done.

Everyone I had contact with was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Even when I thought there was something wrong with the replacement battery, Chad showed me what the cause of the battery not charging correctly; something I totally missed. 😳 My iPad is working fine and the replacement battery is changing 100% now.

Staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help. Very knowledgeable with what batteries where needed, and was able to point us to a jeweler to help fix a watch that needed more than a battery replaced. Highly recommend this place for all your battery needs.

Employees are not properly trained. On the 1st visit was told they could program my car remote but would need both remotes to do so. On 2nd visit a week later brought both remotes was told by a different employee that they cannot program remotes. I was very upset as I had traveled 30 miles one way both times. Yes they have a lot of batteries & stuff but don’t trust them for giving the correct information. Better off going someplace else.

These guys are truly great, very professional! Today I brought my phone in to get my battery replaced and the battery BLEW UP IN THE HANDS OF ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES. I Definitely do NOT recommend this place. I took my phone with a broken screen into get fixed and for a 30 dollar up-charge i could get a brand new battery and although i figured i only had the phone for about 9 months or so and had no problem with my battery prior i said “what the heck” and had them replace my battery for a new one. Since I’ve had my phone back my screen has a weird tint than the original screen had and my phone will just shut off randomly saying its out of charge... i returned my phone and told them what it was doing and expecting them to fix it. So i gave it back to them a second time and it is still not fixed... im done wasting my time with this place. I will take it somewhere where i know the job will get done right even if it is slightly more expensive. DONT LET THE LOW PRICES FOOL YOU...in this case its get what you pay for i guess.

Decent place if you want to buy harder to find lithium batteries and ordering ahead makes it simple. They also stock a decent amount of other batteries, bulbs, and cables.Not a good place for those who are sensitive to cigarette smoke as the staff smokes inside or right by the door as it smells of cigarette smoke.

Went to fix the cracked screen however my screen doesn’t work, battery now won’t hold a charge and also it can’t connect to my service provider, I called Apple Care and they are telling me the screen isn’t compatible and there are damages to the hardware which there were non prior to taking the phone to them. I’m extremely upset, I pretty much paid for them to destroy my phone and now I gotta go get all these issues resolved that will require more money! So ridiculous! I wish I could give no stars.Today 10/15 I take my phone to the Apple store and they tell me the liquid sensor has been removed! With everything they damaged it’s costing me over $400 to get fixed.
