Will these latex balloons stay inflated through tomorrow? - Oh yes! For at least 4-5 days. - Oh no the Hell they did not! The next morning they were deflated (not floating-helium)!! Complete waste of money! Could have had the kids blow them up for 1/3 the cost! Or cheaper! Absolutely ridiculous to buy Helium inflated latex balloons. I hate being lied to as well! We should have gone to the Dollar Tree!

Decent selection; prices are a little iffy, but such is the majority of party supplies & costumes. Employees were friendly and thankfully the Halloween section wasn’t too spooky.

Your Colonial Park store needs new management! Service is terrible. Register froze and I waited 10 mins for it to be rebooted. The manager then opens the next register and proceeded to wait on the others in line behind me. After the third person behind me had checked out I left. As a manager she should have known better and should have waited on me first. Contact the customer care center and the person answers and asks me to hold and hangs up on me. Try chat. While typing my issue rep asks if I am still there and ends the chat. Poor service!

Everything you can imagine for your party, wedding, luau...any event. Getting ready for Halloween is especially fun at party city.

The staff was helpful. I found everything I needed for my daughters birthday. Only thing Ill suggest, please put the table holders where persons can see. Its hiding in different places in isle 4.

Great for wedding and party favors. They are reasonable for prices and had a great array of things to choose from. They also offer a good variety of options for invites and save the dates.

Absolutely Horrible 💯 I will NEVER enter that store again!! If it wasnt for my daughter coming home from the Army I wouldnt have been there today!! The cashier Kathy was rude from the minute I walked in the door!! There were 3 employees there and they appeared to be frustrated and inpatient plus it was very humid inside! I literally was in there for one hour waiting on service bc the store got packed fast!! Either this store needs more employees or they need to be paid more...Either way it wasnt a good experience and Ill NEVER spend 100$ in that store again

WOW, Party City had everything dat I wanna & plus more, I havent been out there 4 awhile & dah my telephone call proved positive dat I recd from a female employee who caused me 2 get out there 4 my needz cas my granddaughter LOVEz orange & U guyz had a whole section dat blew me out, ILL BE BACK, YES-YES-YES!!!

Its fun has way more to look at for a party of holiday also Halloween is a big event they sell stock in. You can do a party in colors or theme you want to do it in. Sometimes they didnt have the kids theme like tractors but I got the colors for it anyway. I give you 5 stars lots o fun

They still have plenty of Halloween supplies. Picked up some stuff for my wifes party at work, you know, the usual, large flat plastic black spider webs for the tables, orange tablecloths, spider web themed plates. Well organized clean store. I love their mylar balloon section!

You can dress up to be whom ever costumes are great plus they have balloons as well

I brought a costume for my child and it didnt fit, so the next day i went to return it and they refused to take it back instead they gave store credit to a store ive only been to once in my life!! I will never have a need to go back especially after this experience so the store credit is a waste and i just know im going to lose the receipt they printed the Store Credit on......I HATE This place

Purchased a Santa suit. Selection was ok.

They offer party supplies for all kids requests but do not sell party favors for all the themes they have in stock. Lol doll prices were outrageous. Went to Target for a better price.

It always has so much stuff you need for almost anything you are Celebrating.

Would have been a good experience if I was given my entire order when I came in to pick it up. I had to go all the way back to get the plates and cups, etc that were ordered along with the balloons. Someone should have checked before they sent me over to the registers because I did not place the order, I was was only picking it up

Rather large party store with plenty of options for many different occasions. You can get all sorts of balloons here filled. Usually good prices and sales here. Plenty of parking and plenty of other stores in this shopping complex.

This party city is always well organized. They did have different coupons displayed for the same item and was busy..so i didnt bother with trying to get a associate as there are only ever a few there

Went to buy helium balloons for a Halloween bday and they were out of helium. I can’t imagine a party supply store that doesn’t have helium. Went to the dollar tree store and paid $1.00 for a helium balloon. Will never go to PC again for balloons. Found a bargain.

So I went in there to find a santa costumr jingle bell run. I found one and it was set under under a sign that said $19.99 AD Skater Skirt Santa. Which it looked like it. Went to the register and it was ring up for $34.99. I showed the manager that it was under there and asked since it was found under a 19.99 sign if I could get the price. He was rude and said no. I worked in retail for 17 years. And a good manager would understand and give it to the customer.. But No! Seriously! Because I found it under a sign and then you moved it and said no. Horrible customer service!!!!! This is why the party city on jonestown road has horrible customer service! And I will never show there again!!!! If I could give a negative -10. I would! Dont go there!

If theyre going to have a cash register that has a check machine on it then it should be posted they no longer take checks I had a whole cart of stuff I had to get put away because I did not have my debit card and nowhere in the establishment did it say anything about not accepting checks.

Unfriendly and Extremely Rude Cashier!! Older woman Saturday 2/2/19 at 9am! And who I assume to be the manager, he had on a headset and seemed to hate his job, wasnt very nice either!The older lady even spoke horribly about me to other customers when I left the store!I asked a question about balloons and she asked if I was stupid in front of my child! And when I realized that the $10 balloon I purchase was damaged and brought it back in, one of the customers told me she said I was a dumb b!t€h when I walked out of the door!! I will never shop this location again! They just lost a long time customer!!
