The way they do things inside this store isn’t cool the guy dispute me kept trying to argue I was only telling him to improve I got bad tomatoes again and both lettuce had so much brown stuff they let stuff sit in this store without checking it there was also hard donuts I bought he just kept telling me he will defend his store so don’t shop here unless you really ready to be dissatisfied my taco shells all of the boxes damaged I wasted so much 3 boxes cracked up I don’t want anything at this point but for these people to have a good inspector out I’m reporting them hamburger had a worm in it on the top i was sick to my stomach please check your food don’t be in a rush like me owner isn’t to helpful very arrogant and don’t listen look at there fruit the only time they try to make it nice is on inspection day my kids literally ate old hard donuts I had to take away

This nasty store is of course located in Harper Hood Woods. They put the better dates of foods on the back shelves and the foods that are expired or getting ready to expire in front for you to buy. Better check the date on everything you buy from here. They have security that eyes everyone but when you step out the door of the store into the parking lot they could care less about your safety. People wake up and stop shopping at this TRASHY place and make them close down like everything else in Harper hood Woods.

I had time to gather my thoughts. The chicken and pork chop that I purchased on in 9/4 was spoiled. I returned it to the store, got a refund. I am just praying that the other meat items I purchased are ok. So, I trusted this market, like many others . This was a real violation of trust and the store do not deserve my business. Buyers please check your meat

Hello, I am a frequent shopper at Vegas supermarket, I go in the market at least twice a week, the store is clean, they usually have the products I need and I can appreciate the location. However,lately, Ive noticed some of the items are a little pricey, 18 eggs for 3.98 thats to much. Not to mention specific cashiers having less than desirable attitudes. However, a few days ago I saw two male cashiers being trained, I look forward to the change. Finally, I hope the supermarket owners will keep the store items reasonably priced, so I can continue to shop at the market. Overall I still appreciate having Vegas supermarket in the community. Everyone please stay safe.

I am so frustrated with the store and its owner! You claim to be open until 9:00 p.m. but yet you close your doors at 8:45 and you have your security people tell everyone that and you are supposed to be serving the neighborhood! What kind of mess is that especially for someone thats driving from one side of town to another just to get deals from your store piss poor customer service

Vegas grocery store use to be my favorite store but not anymore. I only go there now to buy money orders and pick up a few things, that I may need in emergencies. The store has change, not sure whether management change. Observe management staff on several occasions, not wearing masks. No sanitize station for carts/customers. Parking lot is a hot mess, pot holes, or ditches, a lake when it rains.wearing no mask

Vegas is one of my local grocery stores.... the new look is amazing will have new cashiers but we still have our old favorites. The pricea are good along with the service

Tuesday (4/28/20), I went to Vegas Market to Shop. OMG, it was so Clean & Fresh! They even had Clear Window Shields for their Wonderful Cashiers! I bought Fresh Chicken, Fresh Vegetables, Fruits, etc. ) Keep up the Good work!🌹

Got one box of doughnuts this morning, because they seemed a good deal at $3,77. Unfortunately, they came up at $4,99 at the cashier. Watch out for pricing Guys.

All the food is old and it’s over priced. I bought something December 3rd, it was best if used by November 21st..... thats gross

They always have eggs, juices, and my favorite flavor of ice cream on sale and available. From my research on beef the grades of meats appear choice although not published (youll have to ask the butcher), yet advertised as premium cuts, and generally fresh because of the sale price and high turnover rate.

Check the expiration date on EVERYTHING!!!!!

Clean with great pricing on meat

Been going here for years ans have never had any issues. The prices could be a little better in comparison to other markets but the quality is up to par and the cashiers always spoke to me.

The staff could be friendlier. I buy a lot of meat there mostly what is on sale and havent ever had a problem with it. The porterhouse for 3.99 were awesome! I do agree that the produce is sketchy.

They have good deals the workers are very kind

I like the sale prices and deals but the cut of the meat (pork) can be much better. Friendly and clean.

I will Never Ever spend another dollar in this store, we purchased a $25 Amish Brand ham for Christmas. My wife opened the product on the Sunday after Christmas, as soon as she opened it she noticed the meat looked funny, and it had a slime over the entire ham, not sure why, so she cooked it and it got even worse. I took the entire ham back the store, and the owner/manager told me that he had nothing to do with the ham, and that he couldnt /wouldnt be able to help me. He then told me to call his distributor, they told me that they do not supply that product to them. The customer service is HORRIBLE, and i hate that these inner city stores dont have better options, the fact that they dont have much competition, they feel as though they can sell us anything, well im sorry but thats just unacceptable, I am asking that we stand up, and let these stores know that we demand better!

They get 1 star because at least the security guards are courteous but other than that, the fruit and veggies Always have mold. The meat is always so close to expiration, not red and brown in the middle. They rarely have good deals. They have bad attitudes, especially the dark haired lady in the booth. Its no wonder why the Harper woods residents dont patronize their store.SAVE YOUR FAMILIES AND GO GET THEM SOME FRESH FOOD FROM ELSEWHERE! ITS NOT WORTH IT! Near my home and the store is always clean and they have everything that I need.

Went grocery shopping. Was there for a 1 and 30. Saw a couple ppl putting food back but didnt ķnow why. Got to the check out with my basket full just for them to tell me the machine down. Why not let us know?Why not make an announcement? SMH just rude and unprofessional

They carry old meat and other items....if you do decide to shop their BE CAREFUL!!!!! The bad part about it is the meat expiration date say its good but the meat do be spoiled.

TERRIBLE...I went here because it was on my way home and diid not feel like going to Krogers, HOWEVER, I brought corn beef, ham, and cheese from the deli....the corn beef cost $7+ and the ham cost $5+ and they both spoiled within 3 days. Also, I stop eating the cheese because it had black specs on it. Total waste of money; I will never buy food from here again...Ill keep going to Krogers instead

BAD MEAT. The food is old and they still try to sell it to you. Im going to call the health inspector on this place SOON. The only thing I brought that seemed gd was the bananas but I had to look through many old raggedy bananas to get to the few good ones I brought.
