Very great customer service. Although we spent hours there they provided us with snacks and offered lunch for us since we had not eaten all day. Bought a F150 not even a week in had problems wasn’t working properly stalling and turning off. They took it in for what was said to be a minor repair on a module that was April! We’re going on June and the truck is still in there mechanic shop! Got the run around so many times! I don not recommend! Been a headache making a payment on a truck we can’t even use!

This all started with a surprise follow up phone call from Mr. Caballero. I had some dumb questions to ask & he answered most; he did some research on a car I had in mind...sent me a picture to confirm & invited me to come by the office. I did more research on line, he made it possible for me to see the car; I was not happy/ not impressed. No deal.THEN...as I was walking away, he asked if I would consider a different car....my reply was one like mine, only newer, better.....the rest is history. He quickly found one to my liking....we talked ( I called it the dance) , talked some more & came to a mutual win/win. I LOVE my new RAV4....Kudos on his perseverance & mellow personality. Great experience all around. Will go there again if/when I want another car.

They were helpful and attentive and stayed a little later to sell the car but that was it. Its been about 2 weeks since then and not only did our payments and rate increase , Chris Cabtu was very rude and not wanting to assist with getting us any information about the car when we tried to change insurance because the rate he gave us also jumoed much higher than expected AFTER THEY SELL THE CAR THEY WILL Not help you with anything!!

The salesman Robert was helpful but was not very forthright with price of vehicle. He did negotiate well with me and the price of vehicle was negotiated to fit me needs. I was satisfied. Overall I did not spend alot of time waiting for answers at dealership. I got the vehicle I wanted when all other big local and some big San Antonio dealerships would not budge in buying my trade. Payne did and in full. I would shop for a car there again.

VERY POOR SERVICE !!!I had never been so humiliated !!!!!Salesman Robert was very rude and I was very disappointed with the service. I told him what price range I was looking for and he kept trying to get me to agree to something with a much higher price. He told me unless I was paying cash, I should not care for price!!! REALLY???? When he realized I wouldnt budge and he couldnt offer me a better deal (lower price), he simply told me in a VERY RUDE MANNER, YOU ARE NOT READY TO BUY A TRUCK!!! and ran me out of the office.My credit score is 725; may not be perfect but Im sure my business can be appreciated at another dealership. NEVER GOING BACK!!I AM more than ready to buy my truck but it HAS TO BE what I want and terms I want!!!!

Very courteous and respectful staff ! Very helpful to finance our vehicle which was exactly what we needed to feel safe on the highway after a horrible accident. Thank you Matt for being very patient with us, felt like family.Have changed our minds about the five star down to 1 star and its for Matt. -5 for their financial officer Roger!!! We have been waiting since February to get the appropriate paperwork to refinance our vehicle and are still waiting!! They advertise the car at $17,000 and when we got our copy of the contract we were scammed because the price had gone up to $22,000. Ed Payne needs to be investigated!!!

They try to hard to help you buy a car without telling you the consequences about paying alot for a used car.
