Easy and simple pick up and staff is always nice

The environment of Target always has me coming back. The workers, the clean feel and just the overall warmness of walking into a Target with a Starbucks made inside for me is still the ideal way I like to spend my weekends with my husband. Walking around in the electronic section looking for treasures and unique finds, then strolling through the snack aisles, and then just browsing and finding things we didnt even know we need in our home is why we made it a habit to go to Target at least 1-2 times a week. Its just comfortable, feels like home.

The building seems too small. I always feel claustrophobic in here. The mcallen Target is larger and shelves and racks are well spaced. It feels like this Target needs an update.Staff is friendly and always willing to help.

I placed a grocery pickup @ 10am at a different store just because targets grocery section isnt as big. Pickup time was 3-4pm but I forgot an item I really needed and if I ordered it through that store Id have to wait until the following day to pick it up. I huried and placed an order for drive up through target @1:30pm it was ready 45 mins later. Which was still before I had to pick up my grocery order elsewhere. That is why Target is awesome. Customer service is just amazing. Employees are always friendly never rude. They go above and beyond. Excuse the rant but you just dont know what Customer service like this means to a mom of 4. Thank You!

Target always has everything we need in stock. It is very clean and several employees are always available if I need help finding an item. I’m always able to go in and out quickly.

The girl who helped me gave me an ugly look because I didnt have the clothes I was going to return in a target bag. Which is disgusting. What kind of judgmental people do you hire? Havent bought or gone to target since I was a kid and I will never be returning. Disgusting staff who look down on people over A BAG ! Ridiculous

The best thing about this store isn’t the fact that you can get your favorite coffee there, but the staff here is amazing! Always ready to help and I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone not smile anywhere around the store 🙂 No matter the time I go in, whether early or late at almost closing time , the staff is willing to execute any help without the dirty dry looks you get at other retail stores.

When you walk into a Target store, its refreshingly bright and open. There is their food court is right as you walk in, and the smell of treats really draws you can in. The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They have just about everything you may need, they even sell food and wine! Restrooms are very clean.I had to use the restroom one day, while shopping

My cashier was rude and made me feel rushed, I get that they have a lot to do but it discourages me from checking out with a cashier, I think I’ll stick to self check out.

I was able to find everything I needed using the easy filters to specialize my search. Since my target card is connected to my account paying was fast an easy plus I got a discount on items that were already on sale. It was a great experience.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Drive Up here! They have always been really quick and efficient. Everyone has been really nice and have gotten all my orders correct. This service came out shortly before my twins were born and has definitely won my business for all non perishable items given the limited time that i have to shop.

The young lady that helped me at the help counter was very nice and went beyond what I asked her to do.In fact, every employee I interacted with was very nice! I will go back again.

With regards to the app itself: it NEEDS a function to create shopping lists, not just one, not just the stars. I need to be able to make one of things I am looking for in store and things Im ordering or looking at... Until then this is a 2 star app.With regards to drive up pick up: Quick service and got everything. I love not having to go into the store if Im super busy that day. I still love shopping casually in Target but some days, this is the best.

I love my Target team! They are ALWAYS upbeat, positive, knowledgeable people. The management is super. They show such respect to their employees and you can see how the employees make that show through to their customers with the same care and respect. The employees will always say hello or acknowledge us as we walk by. I love my Starbucks crew also. My Target/ Starbucks family is the best! There is not a visit to Target that I dont stop in to say hello and have some coffee. They know me by name, and know my order before I say a word. We purchased a Starbucks gift card for $25 from our Target Credit Card. The receipt says ITEM ACTIVE WITHIN 3 HOURS! My goodness! I cant enjoy my coffee until 3 hours! I went to customer service and nothing resolved. We drove home and 3 hours later no funds in the gift card. We called customer service talked to Illiana and she said wed have to drive back to the store. We live an hour roundtrip away! I called the store again and Lisa the store manager said she can only help me if I drive back to the store. I loose! Bad experience.

Lots of good sales. I like that you can also buy online and go pick it up at the store. It is easy to see what is available beforehand for that also. It is great to walk around and buy things you didnt know you needed in your life though.
