My dad is a very loyal customer at this place. My mom and I went and the customer service was terrible. My dad called prior to us arriving and they told him it was open, we get there and we’re inside and a lady comes out telling us that it is closed and we should not even be inside. She repeatedly kept shouting to not pet her dogs, when we weren’t even petting them. She wouldn’t even let us talk or explain. In my opinion, she could’ve been a little bit nicer about it and we would’ve understood. Overall, not the greatest experience which is a bummer considering how well they’ve treated my dad before.

What a great company to deal with!! I cant explain how impressed I was dealing with Laurie on a recent project. Not only was she knowledgeable and professional but her sense of urgency above and beyond. They earned a customer for life!!!
