I am very disappointed with this location. Both of the items in my order were wrong. I ordered a summer cheesecake delight and they gave me something completely different, which had items I was allergic too. Also they messed up my “edible your way” box. When I called the manager said she could only refund for the cheesecake delight. She argued that the strawberries and pineapples were made correctly and refused to refund me for that item as well. It clearly shows that I wanted it dipped in WHITE chocolate with swizzled if regular chocolate. Instead of admitting that it was made wrong she instead it was made right. Whoever owns the that store location should make sure the employees understand what items on the menu look like. Also when I asked for an email or phone number for the owner she refused to provide one and said she will give them my name but doesn’t know if they will reach out or how long it will take. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is very unprofessional and such an inconvenience.

They are Customer Friendly, very patient and knowledgeable about their job. Management there is one of a kind with great Integrity and wisdom. I will always remember her handling my situation with genuine concern and professionalism. Thanks again.

This business is very professional! I had to bring my kids to pick up my arrangement and they were very patient and helpful while I navigated not only getting my order but putting my children and the large order in my vehicle! The employees working that day were amazing! Im very thankful. Also my edible arrangement was delicious and fresh, the chocolate strawberries were my favorite, the pineapples were also cut into cute star/flower shapes. I hope to get one again (:

Holy Cow! This place has the best customer service I have had in a very very long time! I put an order in online for my granddaughters 3rd birthday, unfortunately it was after the delivery time for that day and since it was a Saturday, would not be able to be delivered till Monday. Miss Marie called, and I was able to set up for my daughter to take our little birthday girl to pick up her first ever birthday delivery! Miss Marie was absolutely amazing, she refunded my delivery fee, gave my daughter strawberry’s for having to pick up, and she made it so special for the birthday girl! I have saved the contact info for the store in Harker Heights Tx, and will only use them for our birthdays from now on!!! Thank you so much Miss Marie, you are Wonderful!!!

This place is great. I order the chocolate dipped fruit for my parents and cupcakes. My parents really look forward to this and told me it is very tasty.

The pineapple in my arrangement for my wife was not ripe. I understand they are probably going through thousands of pineapple a day. I just thought it would be ripe.

The arrangement was to be delivered on Easter from the Grandparents. They couldnt deliver to my address but they issued a refund for the delivery charge and I picked it up. The arrangment was beautifully put together the fruit was fresh and chocolate was delicious. Loved the chocolate covered fruit!! Wanted to add a picture but couldnt figure out how!

Please dont spend your money here. They rip you off. especially if you put your order in way before the day of pick up. So I ordered a set of flowers and chocolate and strawberries for mothers day and told my wife that they ran out of flowers and gave her a small brownie to replace the flowers and I spent over a hundred dollars. I have order edible arrangements for years. I was out of town. Decided to surprise my wife and daughter on valentines day. Lady called me up on the day of valentines day to tell me due to weather all week, we are unable to deliver your gift. I asked for a refund but edible doesnt give refunds when it made. If they knew all we week the weather is bad, why not call the customer before making it so the customer can decide to refund or except the risk of their gift not being delivered? unbelievable and to top it off, the lady was rude. I was very disappointed this time. My delivery was made a day late and no one answered the phone for three days. Calls were made at all times during business hours. Messages were left and no one returned my call. Sorry to post this but I was asked to.

I ordered a bouquet for my niece’s birthday and was immediately hit with a bad attitude over the phone. Bobbi, I think her name was, is the manager and is SUPER unprofessional. I honestly can’t believe this location is still open. I got my bouquet in the end and threw it in the trash. The fruit had this weird gunky stuff on it and was falling apart. The flowers were even wilted and brown! I thought everything was fresh?? I wasn’t about to let my niece eat that. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME

Terrible customer service from Bobbi (you think as a manager they’d be better at handling customer complaints)Anyways for some context, I decided to try this place out because everybody in town goes to them for their special occasions. WELL, I ordered a birthday platter for my mom to surprise her on her birthday, but when I received my platter I was surprised to see that it had nothing that I ever ordered. At first I didn’t mind because I understood there was probably a mix up of some sort but when I attempted to get the order fixed, the manager blatantly ignored me and my request and told me that “it was fine, all of our platters are the same anyways”. I didn’t think i was asking for too much, but I digress. Maybe they were too busy or maybe somebody just woke up on the wrong side of the bed, but regardless I’m very hesitant to return. Considering I never got my order fixed, no refund, or even just a simple apology. Any future customers, please be aware. I can’t even imagine how Valentine’s Day is going to be for them.

I have ordered from this location at least 6 different times and each time there was always an issue where my order either didn’t get delivered or got mixed up and the wrong product was delivered. Two different occasions I jus never received any type of feedback on my orders that never got delivered at all and had to go thru tons of hoops to get a refund. There customer experience is on a whole another level of horrible. While one employee might try to help you after repeated attempts of trying to contact their business another (supervisor) will give you the run around and blatantly hang up on you. Horrible experience and never going to order from this store again, definitely do not recommend this location.

We had a great experience with this store. Called to make sure someone was home and delivery person was very friendly. Fruit was fresh and ripe and delicious. We moved to another state or I would be ordering again.

I ordered a birthday arrangement for my grandsons birthday. The employee who assisted me was extremely helpful and did not mind answering my questions. When I picked up my order, I have to say that I was surprised by the size and quality of the fruit arrangement. The arrangement was huge, looked awesome, and all the fruit was fresh. Our grandson loved it! My whole family, including my grandchildren, love fruit. After this pandemic is kind of over, I promised my family that I will go back to Edible Arrangements and place an order for another fruit arrangement. I placed an order for Valentines day, but due to the winter storm, I was unable to pick it up. I have tried calling and sending emails for an refund or store credit but my calls go to voice-mail and my emails go unanswered. This is ridiculous, and I should not be charged when the whole state was shut down and the store wasnt even open.

Edible Arrangements is my signature gift. They have been on point for every order, with a perfect 💯 and fresh fruit arrangement. Courteous staff, I do have one concern. For the rewards boX 🍱 I would love the option to have white chocolate. Several times I have attempted to change to white chocolate but has been denied. Although there are great discounts, most orders range from $80~and up. I have spent so much, I should be given the choice to change the dark chocolate to white on the rewards box. A Loyal customer.

My best friend ordered an arrangement for me as a birthday gift today. The address she put in to have it delivered at is my place of work (the office of a mobile home community). When she got an email stating it was delivered, I hadn’t received anything or even seen anyone drive by. She phoned the delivery driver to let her know that it hadn’t been delivered, and was spoken too very rudely and was told she was lying. We tried to inquire together as to where the arrangement might have been delivered, because as many mobile home communities are, my office can be tricky to find sometimes, but we were cut off before we could even get a complete statement out. We weren’t even angry, we were just trying to track down the arrangement. I work here I could call several people and see if they had my gift, if she could’ve just told us where she took it. She insisted she delivered it at house number we don’t even have in the community, to which I was then also called a liar, and told she lives in a mobile home community and her office is huge...I still don’t know what that has to do with my gift. Then she insulted my friend stating “it’s not my fault you don’t know how to enter an address” which was completely uncalled for. Needless to say I didn’t get my birthday gift, yet my friend and I did get yelled at and my friend still paid quite a bit of money. For as much as people pay for this product, customer service should be way more of a priority. Argumentative, rude, and vial people representing your business cost you any further business from several people today.

It was all my fault anyway. But the young ladies that helped, and stayed after work to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase ( I greatly appreciated all of your hard work, and dedication) trust me when I tell u that type of customer service doesnt go unnoticed!! Ive never been to this location in person, but ordered from them online. Delivery was accurate and on time and the recipient loved it. No issues, so I would certainly use them again if the opportunity presented itself.

I would give ZERO stars if it were an option.Arrangement ordered a whole week ahead of time. Delivery date came and went, called next day and they were working on it. It was a gift for Mothers Day and my daughter never received her gift on her First Mothers Day. Called on Monday, spoke with unapologetic manager who claimed they called my daughter and didnt receive a call back, which was completely FALSE. My daughter is a Captain in the Army and she has to answer ALL calls. She was quarantined at home so delivery wasnt even attempted. The only thing the manager offered to make this right was have the arrangement delivered today with a complimentary box of chocolate covered strawberries. So basically, I spend over $100 and it doesnt get delivered on time and you want to offer me something less than $15? I wasnt pleased with the service I received and wont order from them again..

My family ordered me the sweetest Mother’s Day gift of an edible arrangement for my first Mother’s Day. It was supposed to be delivered the day before Mother’s Day, this store claims they tried calling me multiple times to deliver, which was a lie as I answer ALL numbers marked or unmarked for my job. I assumed there must have been an error with the telephone number. They just delivered 2 days late with the incorrect date for delivery and the CORRECT phone number on the tag. Unprofessional and dishonest. If you’re trying to do something kind for a family, save yourself the heartache of a late delivery. Terrible service.

Overrated to be honest. Could have purchased better quality fruits and a lot of them at any store with a good produce department for their price point. Want heart shaped pineapples do it yourself and save the money. Nuff said.

Called in the mid afternoon and they were able to deliver that very day. So awesome!! I explained there were children involved and all types of the food had to be divisible by 5 so that no one felt deprived and they worked with me to make it happen. I was the favorite person that day as everyone enjoyed!!!!

SAVE YOUR MONEY! I ordered an arrangement for my wife for her birthday while I was deployed. She was disappointed with quality (looked nothing like the pictures) and the presentation. They handed it to her in a plastic bag. When she opened it she noticed a long hair on the fruit.. GROSS! She immediately took it to them when she arrived a women walked from the back without appropriate headgear required by the state for an establishment that serves food. They then began to argue that it was not their hair..REALLY?!!

Great products, I’m deployed overseas in South Korea. But, I placed an order to be delivered to my girlfriend on Valentines Day; (1) my order wasn’t delivered until the day after Valentine’s Day; (2) I wasn’t notified that my order was going to be delivered late; (3) when my girlfriend received her delivery, it was missing the teddy bear🤦🏽‍♂️; (4) I still haven’t been contacted concerning a monetary refund of my partial order that was delivered

The harker heights location is the only edible arrangements location I have dealing with. The staff is always friendly and the store is small, but well organized. My wife and daughter love getting their arrangement, and my wifes coworkers are always jealous of them.Very good quality for the price, and they have never missed a scheduled deadline even on holiday deliveries. I use them several times a year and will continue to do so.
