I come here for the amazing staff. Like all the smoke & ashes they are way over priced on a lot of items and very rarely have local artists displaying in their cases. But the staff is 98/100 times the best. Helpful, funny, mostly polite. The staff makes the place worth it.

I went to the Whitman location this evening and purchased a Puffco Plus. Once I made it home and began looking at the product out of the box, I realized the dart for the chamber was snapped. I attempted to call the Hanson location as it was open. The employee whom I tried explaining the situation to, in hopes that we could remedy the trouble, was clearly aggravated that she had to speak with me what so ever. She was wonderfully unhelpful and actually decided to put the phone down while I was trying to get legitimate assistance. I’ve always had awesome experiences at the Whitman location so this was incredibly disappointing.

There is a woman that works there that is so nasty and acts like youre bothering her when you buy something. The first time I thought she was having a bad day but the next two times it was more of the same. If shes not a relative then I have no idea why she still works there. Today was my last time in there!

Way overpriced the young lady inside was rather rude and obnoxious my mother usually shops in here and she sent me and said that they were pretty good but the product that I purchased is $3.65 everywhere else her cigarettes are usually cheaper than what they were they charge you too much and then not very friendly people at all and also I was in there by myself for a long time.
