My husband has been looking for a briefcase for a while. We were in the area so, on a whim, we decided to try Wilsons Leather. I was expecting a small selection of non-laptop bags and a huge cost. Switch those adjectives. There were plenty of bags and cases, and I mean PLENTY, and there was a lovely sale going on.But better than the prices was the lovely and helpful store manager, Jennifer. Starting with the friendly greeting, and a willingness to chat without making us feel pressured in any way. Jennifer was busy the entire time - packaging orders to be shipped, arranging the pickups, handling a conference call with her team, dealing with other customers. You would think we felt ignored but somehow this multitasking diva didnt miss even a single a question from either my husband or myself. She never lost her smile. She made recommendations without pushing, and was the absolute difference in our shopping experience.We did get my husband a briefcase he loves. We also got gloves, a wallet, a handbag for me, and a gorgeous leather fedora.It was a wonderful way to spend an hour.

Other than the smell of leather, Wilsons has everything. Their selection of briefcases / laptop bags are massive and you can save so much more money by buying here than at a name brand store and the bag will literally be the same! I bought a wallet from here and its still holding up strong. Check this place out if youre looking for quality product at a bargain price.

Love this store. I shopped in the Arundel Mills store. Good merchandise. I bought 3 leather wristlets, fun colors on sale. Their leather items are a joy to look at. Husband tried on several coats and made a wish list. Their mens bags are so handsome. Love this store.

Got a nice leather coat after Xmas for $200. Good deal. However, due to Xmas, selections were limited and store clerks kind of busy. Service is okay but can be improved as it seems all about the sale.

I had a great great experience in this store. I hv jackets n coats that are the best quality. They will probably last a very long time. I love this store !!!!!!

I told them I would leave them a fantastic review. My issue was a jacket that was manufactured poorly. It was within the return limit and they went out of their way to help me find a replacement. This review is for the smaller store near Saks, not larger store near food court. No interest in customer service. I purchased a leather jacket 3 weeks ago. Wore it 5 times and the zipper broke. Didn’t have my receipt but had my credit card statement showing date of purchase. Woman manager was unwilling to look it up in their system. Will have to get it repaired at a dry cleaners for $50+. Thanks for nothing! :(Customer of Wilson’s Leather since 1994 when I got my first leather jacket right after high school. Very disappointed in this store.

This place has really good customer service. And the sales are amazing.

This is definitely not the Wilsons leather store that I used to know back in the day. Right away you can see that the leather is a very cheap and more like pleather. I only have it 2 stars because of the stylings of the pieces are nice
