Bought two sets of casters which both broke within minutes of being installed.Sent a message to SES and they replied immediately that the particular batch of wheels had a manufacturing defect and promised to send new wheels the next day.Exemplary customer service.*edit* Casters came in next day. Incredible. Too bad more businesses arent run this way
