I used to love these cookies when I was a child. They used to be good and delicious. Not anymore. They seem to bake all the cookies for the entire day before the store opens. So if you purchase in the afternoon, they are no longer fresh. Not to mention the cost is sky high. Such a shame. A once great company has gone down.

Those are the best cookies ive ever had, they were soft and delicious. Theyre even better warm but the cookies dont need it to be good. On top of that there is a pretty large section of deserts.

I always get my coffee here. Great coffee! The cookies are tasty also. They make a great large cookie for special occasions.

I asked for the cookies to be placed in separate bags so the chocolate chips would not ooze out on the sugar cookies, if placed in one bag. The guy at the register told me the paper bags are expensive (lol) and he couldn’t do that. So I asked him to get his superior and the guy walked over and SHOUTED “what do you want”. I told him I was insulted by his outburst and he said “this is the way I talk”. I told him I was going to call corporate and let them know what he did and then he tried to be nice. Terrible customer service.

They sell all kind of cookies and is in the Arundel Mill mall concession stands in the mall if you like cookies any kind of cookies this feels is a place to go

My nephews school did a fundraiser with this company a month ago and to this day we have not received our orders. The company does not respond to their calls or messages. They have our money but have not sent our products. Don’t do business with them. THEY SUCK!!!!!
