This store until today was wonderful. Today however the manager made a point to embarass their customers who were not wearing masks. She did not ask if there was a reason that we could not. Every place in Hanover has been great until this store. I used to frequent this store often, have a rewards card and ordered shoes when not available. I will no longer give them my business. They made a poor decision today since their store is never busy and other stores in the same shopping center are going out of business. I hope to see this one go next, they are allowing the government to ruin their business.

Only the second time here. Nice getting 1/2 off 2nd pair. Nice staff. Very pleasant and helpful. Only difficulty is not being able to find my size in most styles. Oh well we ended up good. Will be coming back.

Not a very good selection of womens work shoes.

Had more than usual wide widths in mens shoes. Only found one I liked but was a little pricey.

Best place with largest discounts in area to get back to school shoes for my kid. Where else could I get 4 pairs for $40 using perks rewards and there coupons easily found on there site. Plus great promotions and discounts year round.

Well kept and well stocked store. Associates were friendly and helpful. Prices were fair, and the deals were good. I was most impressed with the range of shoe sizes. The shelves werent just flooded with sizes 7-8.5, I had no problem finding a female 11 in a good variety of shoes.

Very helpful staff with fast check out.Every thing was organized great. Clean.Free indoor basket ball hoop.My kids loved back to school shopping there and I loved the BOGO.My husband and I both got pairs too.

They had one pair of shoes in my size that I liked. I wanted to check other places as well. The staff is friendly and the held a pair of shoes until they closed the following day. Which is longer that most stores. It gave me a chance to shop but also not have to rush back before they closed. Large selection of shoes, Id like to see Under Armour shoes and a larger selection of Reebok brands shoes.

Good store...They were not pushy and paranoid about not wearing a mask...

Im giving it a 3 based on my luck finding wide shoes. 4E does not come easy here. A handful of wide which is just 2E. Some brands are wider than others. Attempt to try some on and then look to the website to order 4E there but its minimal also. Moderate selection for athletic/casual shoes. The boot selection is minimal. Usually running a BOGO 1/2 off which is nice. My wife has no trouble finding shoes here, she says they have a decent selection.

The toddler girls selection is really small. That being said I can rarely find my daughters size in anything even the things that arent her style.

Store associates were friendly and the store was clean. I have a size 15 foot and there were 0 shoes in that size. There were a few 13s and 14s. Tons of shoes if youre under that. Pricing was a bit high.

This stores okay its got pretty decent prices if you actually get what the discounts they are offering. But they dont have a wide selection variety of shoes, they have mostly Nikes for men and mostly Skechers for women with Nikes not a whole bunch of different variety of brands of shoes. I shop here little less than frequently because I dont get Tri ponds as often as I do with all the other stores it seems like if you dont use a coupon that they give you and they just dont give you no more coupons or offers through your email 4 months until the next time you go and drop money and then theyll give you another coupon which to me is not a very good way to run your business when so many other stores give you so many coupons a months they give you so many discounts and choices to pick from. If I gotten more offers and coupons what I shop here more than other stores and more than online stores yes I would I would rather buy my shoes and have them the same day and buy them online and have to wait but thats just me. But the employees are very friendly and nice and very helpful.

Kids dont understand gimmicks. My five year old spun the wheel which landed on a free prize square but alas, no free prize unless you are a shoe club member. The employee and manager Rachel were both very rude about telling us so, corporate rules not their problem. Scheister practices will lose you customers every time, amazon has same shoes $15 cheaper delivered to my door.
