They have a great collection of books, and other materials. There sales staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Great selection of books of every genre and pop culture items. I lose myself in time everything I go there! My grandson love his gift, which was reasonably priced. Giving the gift of reading, adventure or mystery IS PRICELESS!

My Wife Valerie and I had a wonderful experience at this Books a Million store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We both left with several books.

The staff is super nice and knowledgeable plus they have a ton of Collectibles I didnt even know a Books-A-Million could have, I think its some pretty nice exclusives as well. Definitely an enjoyable stop if youre in the North Hanover Mall!

I have always loved this store! They have an excellent, up to date selection of books from all the newest, to all the oldies but goodies! The employees are always willing to help you find anything you may be looking for, and the prices are very fair. They always have a large bargain section (which often includes newer books and popular authors) and just about anything you could need or want from a bookstore! I hope very much that this is one store that sticks around the dwindling North Hanover Mall!

The workers are always friendly and help when necessary. The books are wonderful and they have a great selection of other odds and ends. Has discounted books as well. Maybe Im a little bias because I love to read, but this is a wonderful chain-bookstore.

The store is organized well and with plenty of bargains.

Always a happy trip for me. Always look for the sales you can find great deals . Graphic novels were on sale for 3 dollars. Plus they gave me coupons

Do you remember the movie, Youve got mail (did I say it right?) with Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks ??? Okay so this is not quite the same period ... YET ... it does have that small shop feel and pleasant folks to help. In addition to the books, there is quite a selection of magazines, calendars, and some novelties. Join there club and save few dollars as a repeat shopper. On a personal note, I like that I can exit the place (and stop being Walter Mitty) ... get alert ... I am still inside the mall and I can resume shopping.

I believe the books are way overpriced at books a million. I honestly dont believe it is books a millions fault tho. I believe the people that rent out the space inside the mall are the greedy ones as you can see in the North hanover Mall most places do not make it and thats sad. Most stores have to tucm their tails and close up shop because they cannot afford to rent space there.The staff are very knowledgeable and if their is not a selection of what your looking for in that particular book store then they will pull from another store and either ship it to their store or your home.
