Repeat customer no more!I spoke with Steve (owner) on the phone in regards to seeing a file of the work he previously did for me. He came across as grumpy on the phone but I let it go because he said, if we did the work, its in the system and I can find it. Then came an email an hour later saying Nope. The system makes me jump through hoops to release a file. No time for that. Just send me the changes you want.Steve not only forgot his manners as he came across rude and abrupt (no sorry or any ounce of effort to help), but he also forgot that if he wants me to send him changes to an existing file, he would have to find the time to eventually get that file anyway to print said changes!Its too bad finding time to help a repeat customer was so difficult for Steve. It would be a different story if he was simply unable to, but he made it clear he could find the previous work, he just chose not to.Life is too short to deal with grumpy old men with no awareness for how to speak to others, let alone how to run a business. Business owners are literally in business to support client needs with a solution - somewhere along the way Steve forgot that!

Fast Signs of Hanover was great! Our company was looking to have our old logos removed and new ones installed on the sign out front of our building. Steve did a great job removing the old logos and installing the new ones. They look amazing!!! It helps to make sure you send a file that can be enlarged without getting pixelated in the process. The only part I didnt like was having to pay 100% for the job upfront. I have never been asked to do this before. In my experience, a deposit of a percentage of the total is required then you pay the balance when the job is complete. I would recommend Fast Signs of Hanover to people looking to have a new sign installed.
