Last week, I was left stranded due to overheating. It was towed to Meineke Hanover. Not only did they get my truck fixed within the next business day, the tow co was roadside assistance which provided a per mile rate. The Service Advisor, Josh was very polite and professional. And, since I was due for the annual inspection, they did that while my truck was there. In all, I would definitely use their service again. Thanks to the entire Meineke team!

I had the best experience for the first time in all my life when it comes to getting vehicle service. Josh was absolutely amazing. I explained to him that I dont know anything when it comes to vehicles. He took the time to really explain to me what needed to be done and what will be needed to get done for my vehicle. He did not male me feel like I was dumb because I did not know anything. He went above and beyond to make sure that I got exactly what I needed so that my family would be safe in my van. He was so friendly. He has such a great personality. He made me laugh when he realized how I was having a difficult time with trying to figure out how I could manage to pay for the service that my van needed. I have been trying to find a shop that I can go to when I need services done for my vehicle. He gave me such a great experience that I made sure he knew that I will be going to Meineke for the rest of my life for any problems or concerns I have with my vehicle. I can not get over how much I appreciated him and how well he did to help me. I will recommend Josh and his team at Meineke in Hanover, Pennsylvania to anyone and everyone I know that needs vehicle service help.

Everything was fine but a tad sloppy could have been better. Oil was changed and Im assuming filter was too, usually different colors thus far but I had a white one and its still white so could or couldnt be and oil spilled all over the place Im assuming after removing the filter and was just messy, it was clean before I tool it in so idk all and all I guess it was good.

I had an oil change done on my 2018 Ram. Josh was very courteous and knowledgeable. Very clean establishment. My oil change was cheaper than I could have done it myself. They did a 12 point inspection on my vehicle and did not try to sell me on any services I didnt need but Josh did inform me of a slight leak on my struts to keep an eye on and let me know the washer fluid was low. My appointment was for 11:00 and they estimated an hour to an hour and a half but head me out by 11:40. They are a full service garage and will do any work from oil change to engine replacement. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend them.

I usually do my own work on my car and have struggled to find a repair shop I trust for a while. These guys were very courteous, timely, and up front with me, and I was very impressed with the quality and service. They went out of their way to save me money by letting me know about a recall option for the repair I needed done, and when that didnt work out with the local dealer they quickly fixed the issue for a reasonable price. They may not be the cheapest shop in town but I trust these guys to be honest and give you great service.

Great customer service, first time been in here, I called on Saturday usually its hard to find an opening spot on a weekend asking if they have time on Monday to check and repair a seal axle, Joshua told me to bring it so they do the inspection and provide an estimate. I like hyperlink with the pictures they send with the multi inspection point, and give an estimated time of completion.. Thank you

Manager very unprofessional, came in twice for a tire air leak, first time oil change and tire leak, they rotated my tires but never updated the computer, stated they couldnt fine anything wrong with the tire, returned again for a tire leak and state inspection, again, the tire leak was not fixed,, but I was charged for it this time,, I waited for 4 1/2 hrs. They also charged me $40 bucks for windshield wipers that were not needed, the ones on the car were 1 mo.old, stated I had to purchase them or my car would not pass inspection, the computer again was not updated to reflect the correct location of tires and sensors. When I called, the next day,, he took 2 1/2 hrs. to return my call, he acted like he didnt know who I was and stated he is busy and takes care of alot lot of people, iwent somewhere else, there was a nail in the tire, repair cost 37.50, service professional confirmed, that tire had never been taken off the rim, no previous repair had been done, shout our to Mavis for honest professional service!

I have been so happy with the service and quality of work done to my vehicle each time I have been here. I love getting the link to get details of the issues and pictures as they are working on my car. They are helpful, honest, and the customer service is outstanding!

So I brought my car in here before I left the state so my old lady had something to drive they did the work cost me around 2 grand. After I left my old lady tells me the issue is still happening so she takes it back and they tell her its going to be another 1000 I said no to just wait. I took it to auto zone its 2 fuses. Take your car to an auto zone or Napa first then tell them what you need done before they milk you for everything they can

The gentleman, Air, helped me. He was extremely nice and well mannered. I asked him if he could check the air in my tires and if he could help me figure out how to set the clock in my car. He did both for me. They also topped off my power steering fluid. He spoke to me about needing tires and I told him I would have to take out a loan. He said Meneke offers financing with no interest the first year and I will have it paid off by then. Because of the excellent care given I am going to return to Meneke for tires and power steering flush.

We traveled to PA from out of state on our way from our Long Island NY home to our Annapolis MD home to look at a vehicle for sale then brought it to have a pre purchase inspection, which actually went very well and we were pleased with their help. At the same time we asked if they would charge the air conditioning in our other vehicle because it had quit and it was horrendously hot out & we still had a several hour drive ahead & we were traveling with our pets, 2 golden retrievers and 7 cats. Though they originally said they could do the AC charge, when we got there we were told they could not do it with any animals in the car. We were able to take out the dogs and could have taken out a few cat cages but we have 2 cats that travel in leash & harness. We could not take a chance of losing our cats if they got scared out of the car so I asked if they could make an exception since since charging the AC would only have to be done under the hood anyway. The employee gave every reason why the animals could not be in the car when they were working on it but the bottom line is that either it is company policy or they just didnt want to do it. That left us forced to be in a car for another 4 hours with all of those animals and ourselves overheating. It was beastly. A little compassion would have been nice. Our car was overheating and the air conditioner was working on and off. The front counter associate was very polite and funny. We were from out of town so getting our car back in a timely manner was important. They diagnosed the problem and from start to finish the car was ready by the end of the day. Quote was spot on and service was great.

This was my first time with Meineke for a repair or anything other than an oil change. Josh and the mechanics did a great job on my van. It was an expensive repair involving the catalytic converter and oxygen sensors, but the vehicle runs so much better and smoother and the repairs were explained very well to me.

Great service. Right on time with appointment. Price was same as quoted. Manager was quite busy with warranty people on the phone. I dont think I would have the patience and courtesy as he did. Keep up the good work.

This place takes advantage of female customers. This place thinks women are easy targets to talk into buying unneeded services. Gave my lady a bunch of BS when she went in for an Oil change. Oil change deal is a scam! Avoid this place if you want honesty and integrity. Will never recommend. All these positives reviews look suspect, and are probably paid for.

The person at the front desk was the most rudest person I have ever met. I took my vehicle there just for a oil change. I didn’t know they were going to take my vehicle apart and tell me I need thousands of dollars for all kind of repairs other than the oil change. I just had a state inspection done on my vehicle and nothing was said about all the repairs I was told I would need.When I went to pick up my Hummer H3, Josh was very unhappy that I didn’t want anything done to my vehicle other than the oil change. He argued and yelled at me. This is so unprofessional and I told him I would never bring my vehicle back there again. This is no way to treat a paying customer. Thanks for ruining me day!

My first experience with this location was amazing and I was really excited to use them again today. I went online and scheduled a timed appointment for this morning to get my oil change done. Upon arrival they did not have any drop off paperwork and when asked the manager told my wife to use a napkin or paper to write our information down. So I wrote my info down on a napkin and put my key in the Dropbox while 3 of the employees just say there looking instead of offering to take my key and information down. Me and my family went to breakfast done the road and when we came back almost an hour and half later my car was still sitting there and it didn’t look it moved. The manager Josh informed me that since I elected drop off my car would be done whenever they had time to do it. There wasn’t a single person there waiting and 2 bays were empty with no cars in them. Why ask me for a timed slot if your going to do my car whenever you feel like it. When I asked him about the car he simply told me that’s how they operate and if I wanted to go elsewhere I could. Not really a progressional thing for a manager to say when your looking for someone’s continued business. I simply asked for my keys and left as we had other things to get to but as we left the manager Josh laughed and told us to have a wonderful day like he honestly could have cared less. Whoever the manager was when they opened was amazing and couldn’t have been nicer. The new a manager could care less and was nothing like the first person I interacted with. Was looking to stay with a single place so I could get a routine down but I guess I’ll give the next place a shot instead.

The Hanover store on Carlisle Street is one of the most amazing mechanics Ive ever been to. They work with you financially, and have a credit program you can apply for. Friendly and fast service at great prices, I will forever be a customer!

I took my car there, and the mechanic couldnt figure out what was wrong with my car. He asked his supervisor who said he was busy, and that I need to get a rental car for the night. They dont know what they r doing, and will charge you more, because of that.

I just wish I would’ve been told about the financing part before I got all the work done Can’t believe that I will end up paying back almost 3 times as much as what it cost to get the car done

Scheduled just a oil change for 1pmDropped my car at 12:45It wasn’t done till 2:30And the 1995 basic oil change isn’t 1995 it’s only a 10$ discount so whatever.I’ll get someone else to do my oil changes from now on.

Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional, they got my oil change done quickly and did an overall inspection of the entire car. Anything they saw and thought would need to be looked at or fixed they sent detailed images and decriptions to my phone instead of other auto centers that pressure you into getting work on your car done that doesnt need immediate attention. 12/10 would return for any all my auto maintenance!

When you have an old high mileage car no one wants to work on it a lot of shops in Hanover will just tell you to scrap it but i took it their to get the front end looked at for a clunking coming from the front and to find out most of my steering parts needed to be replaced i am glad they are willing to fix it for me to keep it on the road
