Great experience buying our used Ram 2500 back in September 2020. Truck was in awesome condition and was a great purchase! All the staff were very kind, easy to work with and made the process a breeze. We were purchasing out of state from MD and they even got the truck inspected and registered for us. It was ready to drive off the lot the next day and we didnt have to do a thing!

After being impressed with my wifes vehicle inspection 2 weeks ago, I decided to try Lawrence again when my starter unexpectantly went out in my 2016 Honda Civic. Dave Funk and his dept was very accommodating and understanding with customer wants and needs, in order to get my job done before the holidays.

My car came in for service & the service department went above & beyond to deal with the many issues. They gave me a free loaner for nearly a month as they dealt with all the red tape concerning my vehicles warranty company. They were very thorough & very professiona. I couldnt be more pleased. My husband called on Saturday to speak to someone about purchasing a car. Someone said “you can call back on Monday and speak to a manager.” My husband replied, “can you take my information and have him or her call me?” First and foremost, to have to ask that question is horrible customer service. The person took his information and they never called (as anticipated). I understand Subaru simply sells themselves, but this is the second chance this dealership has had with our family. A few years ago, a similar situation occurred. Either way, this is the experience we’ve encountered with this dealership in Hanover, PA and they won’t be getting our business.

Highly, highly recommend this dealership! Owen was our sales representative and told him that we traveled a long distance for specific car and model that was up on their site. They brought the price down and even filled up the car tank for our travels back!!

Bought my 2020 Crosstrek premium from then 2 weeks ago. The transaction went smooth and quick. Held the vehicle for a week with just my word I would take it,no deposit. Communication was smooth right from the start with Mason using emails first then to texts then after the test drive handing me off to Steve for a flawless delivery of the car. The following week I brought the car back for the simonize process and a very nice loaner vehicle. I wont be buying another car anytime soon but if I would it would be through Lawrence! I asked some questions about the vehicle and was offered to take it for a test ride. I returned and asked a few more questions and agreed to purchase the vehicle. There was no pressure or hassle during this process. I returned a few nights later to complete the paperwork and this also was an easy process. I will say this was the easiest and hassle free experience in purchasing a vehicle. Im looking forward to many years in my new Crosstrek and will return to Lawrence Subaru for my next purchase.

Bought my first new Subaru from then 2 weeks ago,a 2020 crosstrek. Ive bought many vehicles over the years but never had it gone as smoothly as it did through Lawrence Subaru. Took the car back 2 weeks later to get the simonize done and that process was flawless as well and got a beautiful fully loaded new model ascent for the loaner.

There is not a better place in this town...I would rate ten stars if I could. My mother bought her first car there. I inherited it. I loaned it to my son, n it ended up in the Sube graveyard...I got my own, n now Im one foot in the grave...my grandson will inherit my Suby n hell have his own longevity story!!! Lawrence has its own Longevity story...great place to visit but if you buy, you wont have to live there. There cars are just that good!

I went there last week and the sale person did not like to sale us a car he took some info and said the banks turn us down so we left and went to Subaru on rt 30 and got great service he put all the info in and the same bank that he said no well it his lost I have a the same car sitting in my driveway I will never go to this place again Lawrence Subaru

Amazing experience, shopped around for months for a new car. The dealerships like to drive me crazy. I was driving through Hanover pulled in was looking at the car. The salesman ask if he could help me. Answered my questions let me drive the car. Ask me what I thought. I told him I loved the car but I needed to talk to my wife. He told me to bring her up and drive it. Never ask me for my information or anything else. I showed up two days later with my wife he met Mr in the parking lot with a tag and keys. Bought the car that evening. Picked it up the following Monday. I will go back the next time to see them first. Thank you for being a down to earth place.

Lawrence is amazing!! We have purchased 6 vehicles from them over the years and intend to buy more. Their customer service, service department, and overall experience is beyond compare. Im still trying to figure out the service department. Ive worked in dealerships as a tech before. I know for a fact that if you charge $75+ for an oil change you give a little more than just an oil change. We always had to do a multipoint inspection. Lawrence Subaru is a dealership that has a service department that only does them once in a while. And you can tell they pencil whip them. Most likely going to start looking for another Subaru dealership soon.

I purchased my first brand new vehicle at Lawrence, a 2020 Outback.

In 2015, had a 2004 Forester which needed to be upgraded. Talked w/ Tony - I think the sales manager. Gave me a fair price on trade and threw in mud guards for free. Negotiated added cargo area cover and cargo rack be installed at my expense but dealers cost. Car has been great! Have had it serviced there several times and always pleased. Now negotiating trading my moms van for a used late model Forester. Again a fair trade in price from Steve and they threw in fog lights and cargo area cover to deal - their expense totally. Again a good experience.

Took my car in for some service work and for them to troubleshoot some problems I was having. The mechanics know what they are doing and are very knowledgeable. Prices werent the best but thats what you deal with going to a dealer. All in all Id take my Subaru there anytime if I have a problem I cant handle on my own.

I had a nail in one of my tires which they fixed in a very short time, and I thought the price was very reasonable.

Ok so I do not hand out 5 star reviews often but Lawrence Subaru deserves it. I have a fleet vehicle for work and got a flat tire while driving down from Massachusetts to visit a customer. Those who have fleet vehicles know the hassle dealers can be when it comes to fleet vehicles. Well Lawrence Subaru did not bat an eye and took care of my Forester immediately as if I bought the vehicle from them. If I lived close by and was looking for a Subaru then this would be the place I would go to.
