I just used these guys to purchase a 1073spx and was blown away by the customer service. Really quick, helpful responses and I was on a tight budget so they waved the shipping for me and allowed me to split between two cards. We did a major upgrade of replacing our digital mixer and summing mixer to the SSL Matrix 2 and fully loaded X-Rack. Our lead tech was Eric Anderson. Eric and the rest of PAD were wonderful to work with, both professionally and on a human level. My partner and I are beyond happy with PAD’s work. Highly recommend that you seek them out whether you are upgrading or starting from ground zero.

No one at this company knows what theyre doing. I ordered an item and a month later they told me they couldnt get the item. I was trying to email them and call them the whole time and no one seemed to know what was going on. Save your time and money and take your business elsewhere.edit: Its good to know that you guys can respond to negative reviews so much quicker than my emails and calls trying to figure out what was going on during this month long ordeal. Also, nothing you said contradicts anything I said. The card was obviously not fraudulent though the process of confirming identity with your company made my client extremely uncomfortable. I had to assure my client that you were a legitimate company that wasnt trying to steal information from my client, and then it turns out you dont have and cant get the product at all. Now what do I tell him?!?! A well run company that cares about their customers would check if an item was in stock before the card was run in the first place. They might even know their product lines well enough to be aware of and stop selling discontinued items online if they dont have them in stock.

Probably the most knowledgeable and genuine people in the industry. PAD can help you from the ground up. Ive consulted them on gear, my studio designs, and even room tuning. Dave came by my newly constructed mix room at Beach House Studios and helped me measure and correct the frequency response of the room.
