Ron Siegman came out and looked at our HVAC system. He said the heating unit was new and in good condition, but the cooling system inside and outside needed replacement. I acquired several cost estimates from competitors, but his was the most competitive by far and used the highest rated equipment in the industry. Additionally, I know mechanical engineers who live and breath working with HVAC systems, and they all reviewed his detailed quote and said he offered an excellent system and price. Moreover, he actually put the exact models, brands and SEER rating (Energy efficiency) and details of all work his team would perform. Some competing companies were not presenting as well put together proposals. Some of my friends and co-workers even had his company repair their systems previously. My wife asked around and people she knows rated them high also. He told us this is a very busy time of year being summer and the current heat wave and would be out in 4 weeks and was 100% honest with everything he and his team did. His team came on time on the day promised, and were very hardworking, friendly, and additionally found that the fan motor was burned out which was not part of what they were scheduled to replace. They tested it in front of me to show the windings had opened i.e. it was bad. They went and found a new motor, and even found the old company who installed the original fan motor that later failed to cover the warranty! Furthermore, they did not charge me for labor on replacing the failed motor, either.The system works great, has a better and more user-friendly thermostat, and the best proof they can be trusted is my American Bulldog trusts almost no one coming into the house except family. The dog absolutely loved all of them. I was afraid the dog was going to hop in one of their repair vans and leave with them!! This company is #1 period. I wont go to anyone else in the future. Only they will maintain our system.

Had to replace Furnace. This company was awesome in arriving at the exact time, Replacing my very large and very old system at nearly the exact time they had stated. The result was an example of excellent professional craftsmanship.Also noted was the great clean up. Grade A.

There was a small issue with one of their technicians and the company reach out and cleared the matter up in a very timely and professional manner. The work that was done on our HVAC was well done and for a reasonable price.

Siegman Forced Air Systems had served our heating and cooling system for years. During the yearly Service, they advised us to upgrade the unit due to needed repair costs. Rick Staub advised us the best way to improve the entire system for the needs of our square footage and floor plan.Mr. Staub sent a Team of 3 men and within 1 day, we came home to our Cozy Condo running perfectly without any problems or any evidence that anyone had ever been at our home that day.Their Team contacted me throughout the day of their contracted instructions and the clean convenience of the project completed was fabulous!

I purchased a system a few years ago and had it serviced each year without issue. This year it stopped working. Tech came out the same day and replaced a small part under warranty. Wonderful!! Except, then the compressor was said to have gone bad two days later. Of course this was over the weekend and they wanted to charge me $400 to come out and take a look. Sweated till Monday, they didnt show. Showed on Tuesday and had to order the part??? Two weeks later its fixed, but with an outrageous bill for a covered part. Found customer service rude and not even willing to open a conversation regarding my complaint. Did not even try to figure out what was wrong before threatening legal action. Sad.

Siegmans Forced Air has installed several HVAC systems and performed maintenance for me in the past 15 years. I have always received great honest service every time. The cost for the estimate is the cost you pay withy no surprises. They show up when they say they will show up and complete the work when they say it will be done. The service people have always been very friendly, helpful and respectful when on my properties. The quality of work is always top notch. I would recommend Seligmans Forced Air to anyone looking for quality work at fair prices. Ron and Rick are great to deal with.

From start to finish, the whole crew was very prompt and professional. Rick did our estimate and left us with brochures and had a proposal for 3 different systems and pricing the next day! We made our decision to use Siegman Forced Air Systems largely due to their ratings and promptness, and also quick email response to questions we had. We were booked for 2 weeks out and the techs Shane, Scott and Owen did our install. They were on time and worked very well together. We were shown how to use the system and were told we would get a follow up and recheck in 2 weeks. I would recommend them highly!

Our old HVAC (Heat Pump) developed a refrigerant leak and needed to be replaced. Siegman was our second opinion contractor. Ron and his team were exceptionally transparent and honest with their assessment of my current situation and the recommended replacement unit. The installation team was prompt, respectful, thorough, and full of information. They provided temporary heaters for us to use during the work and made extensive duct optimizations around the internal unit to increase efficiency.A fantastic experience during a frustrating event. The guy who came to assess the problem was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We were told we needed a new furnace and since our A/C was also 18 years old he suggested we get both furnace and A/C replaced, which we did. Two days later two guys were here with our new systems. Again we found these people, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and hardworking. We highly recommend Siegman.

Several years ago they replaced the heat pump and did a fine job. This year I wanted to replace an aging oil furnace. Rick looked at the job and gave me a price for a new Trane propane furnace. They are not the cheapest but everything will be as they said it would be. They were in and out in a day and the job is very neat and clean. Much better that what was replaced. The furnace works great and I will use them again should I need to. Great job.

We woke up to a broken hot water heater. I called Siegmans and they were here in 20minutes. The technician verified my water heater was shot asked if I wanted a quote for them to fix it. The price was average to others so I said yes and within 2-3 hours i had a new water heater installed. Great work,superfast response time, ver fast install and clean up. The techs blew me away with there efficiency. I would highly recommend Siegmans for water heater replacement. A+

First off the sale person Ron was great he set everything up and kept in touch with me. The technicians that did one heck of a job very clean the unit looks awesome both inside and out. I highly recommend siegman to very one they are in my contacts now.

I cant say enough good things about Ron and all his great helpers, they installed my new Xl18i heat pump with all the extra options last Spring. I had a million questions and Ron never hesitated to email and call me back right away. The Installers Matt, Scott and Chad were very professional and did a great job removing our old heating and A/C unit and installing a new Trane Gas furnace and A/C unit on 8/29/18. They cleaned up after the install, other than the nice cool air I would never have known they were here. They waited patiently for me to finish a business call to explain the new thermostat. Job was done professionally, timely and at a great price.We purchased the XL18i 4 Ton AC and matching coil for a SEER of 18 and Trane S9V2 100,000 BTU 96% efficient gas furnace and a new digital thermostat. What they quoted was what I paid. They even made a handy tool to make it easier to change the air filter. I highly recommend Siegman to anyone needing a Heating /Cooling System.

I normally do not write reviews, but I feel compelled to applaud SEIGMANS FORCED AIR SYSTEMS in Hanover, Pa. We wanted to have central air installed in our 35 year old home and replacement of the original furnace. I called three companies ( recommended by Angies List ) to get estimates on what we wanted. Webinars was my last call. Ron came out and the next morning he called me with his quote. It was the lowest quote by far. Talked with my husband and I called Ron to tell him we would use his quote. He emailed me a copy of his full quote for the central air and new furnace .... taxes included. The following week his team came about 7:30 am everything was totally done by 330 or so and they even cleaned up. These guys were courteous and very knowledgeable when I asked questions. They did not even take a break or time off for lunch. Top notch company and I give SEIGMANS FORCED AIR SYSTEMS a well deserved 5 star. Thank you Ron and his team.

I needed to have both HVAC systems in my house replaced, along with my hot water heater. Siegman gave me a very good price and the installers did an outstanding job. I say this not as just a regular type customer, but as one who grew up with a father who owned an HVAC business in the DC area, so I grew up doing occasional work on HVAC system installs, so I know when Im seeing good work versus just throw it in type work.

This is my 4th system with Siegmans (all in different houses!). Their service guys are always clean, professional, courteous and absolutely helpful and accommodating. I dont call anyone else. I know that I will get a great product at a fair price and topnotch service after the sale. Many thanks!!!

Air conditioner suddenly stopped blowing cold air over the weekend. Technician came out and said there was a small leak in the system but he could top it off. Paid $580 and there is no difference. First experience with this company, not great paying almost $600 for nothing.

I have been a customer for many years and only had one issue which was promptly taken care of. Ron is a man of his word.

There was a smell coming from my boiler, they arrived same day (which was quite nice) and the Technician Mac ( who was pleasant) worked on it. He determined the circulator capacitor was bad and replaced it. He did some other things as well, and advised me the banging pipe noise was normal. I paid $180 for an hour and a half. He left and afterwards, my furnace would take 3+ hours to warm. Some days later, it is no longer working at all. I called Seigman and they (lady who answers the phone and the after hours technician Chad) wanted to charge me $200 an hour to fix the problem they caused because I didnt have a service contract. And Im glad I didnt waste my money on one. My system worked before despite the random smell and now it does not. My 10 month old son was in 66 degree temperatures until I bought an electric space heater... this company is disgusting and terrible. Dont use them.

$200 for out of office hours service fee - fine. The tech was professional. However, they charged $116 for a part that can be easily found on the internet for $14.21 to $49.83 max. RIP OFF.

I had a complete new HVAC system installed i.e., furnace and Ac....The two servicemen doing the job were professional and the work performed was excellent. Siegman was recommended to me by a friend and it was a good recommendation.The service manager that I met was very professional and he knew his product. During negotiations he was very prompt in returning my questions as well as requote.Personially, I would highly recommend the Hanover branch since this is the one that I worked with.

They are scammers. They told me I needed a whole cooling unit 5 years ago, and I still have the same unit today. Just a leak boys! You are lucky you havent be on the Rossen Report, yet!
