Great service from the young lady working there
I went in to the store to hopefully to redeem an offer that was sent through cricket specifically for my phone number(Ive been a cricket customer for several years). The deal was for a Samsung phone and it had the price for $99 with a $50 off and the in store activation fee was going to be waived. The person I talked to said that the company who made the Samsung phone I had my eyes on charged the regular price that was on the store display. Ill admit, I left disappointed but, the gentleman was very polite and seemed genuinely upset that I was unable to get the phone I wanted

Terrible customer service. I have been a long time customer. I paid to add a line to my account and purchased a new phone and first months service. Everything was fine. I not only have the paper receipt I also have the confirmation text that states its paid. The next day they shut all 4 of my phones and told me that I didnt pay for the service. After arguing with them for over an hour and showing them the receipts and the text message I was forced to pay for the service again. They were very rude and hard to understand. I will be switching back to my old carrier after this month.
Staff is bored as heck and needs a TV or entertainment center area. Staff ENJOYS any human interaction. Love cricket. Get them a coffee bar or something please.
My daughter has been in the Office twice. Shannon the dealer stayed open an extra hour to take care of our daughters needs. All I can say it is rare to see such customer service. This Cricket employee went above and beyond what is called for ones employment. This young man is greatly appreciated for everything! He is in an asset to the company. I want to change to cricket especially knowing an individual gets such customer service. Lady that works there didnt know much about cutting a carrier service to switch it to function with cricket and paid $50 dollar for a service that wasnt done right and end up doing it my self!!! They really need to train there workers
