This place is mostly good . However, when they werent selling extra postage stamps (though thankfully they are again now), this girl kept telling me over and over again that 25 +25 was 50. Thanks Sherlock. I learned that back in 2nd grade, and Im not stupid. I did not appreciate the condescending attitude. To be fair, this was a long time ago.

The Girls at this store are super friendly and very professional. They are always on top of there customers and never let the lines get to long. Prices are reasonable. Never see them playing on there phones or wasting time like some UPS Stores around. Stopped this afternoon to ship some fed ex packages which UPS doesn’t work with. The lady who helped me then proceeded to help me carry my boxes back to my car. Give this women a raise! She is the example of outstanding service.

The Hanford UPS Store is the Worst UPS store in Kings County. I recommend the Lemoore UPS store. I’m not basing my rating on only one visit but multiple ones. I used the Hanford store reluctantly when I’m in town but rather go to Lemoore for a better overall customer service experience. Today I went in for my last time. Absolutely lousy customer service, petty and obnoxious. From this point on Lemoore UPS store will be my only UPS store and recommend everyone to visit the Lemoore store and see for yourself how different two places can be…night and day!

Staff used to be so customer friendly, now staff barely do the bare minimum! Terribly experience, wouldn’t recommend to anyone requiring additional help with your packages.

The UPS Store in Hanford is great. Staff is professional, polite, and helpful. Great variety of services available and they adhere to Covid 19 guidelines which makes me feel safe. I recently used their Live Scan fingerprintinf service for my employer. I lost my receipt necessary for my employer to reimburse me the cost. I phoned the store and they quickly located the transaction and provided a receipt via email saving me a trip to the store. Excellent example of great customer service. Thank You UPS Store!

Very rude,unorganized and unprofessional! If UPS is worried about publicity, this Store is certainly something they should look into. Such rude employees, every time it is bad, but today i actually had to walk out. Have to go out of my ways and find a different store! Sad!

Not a helpful staff, overpriced...I have other options and will choose another store. UPS doesnt have great pickup hours, and this store closes at 4:00 on Saturday.

Ive used this UPS location before, but this is the first time I was helped by Miguel and Samantha. From my initial phone call to Miguel until I paid for my delivery service, I have never received better service at any place of business than theirs. Miguel and Samantha were super helpful and friendly. They helped me deliver insulin to my mother in law in another state who left it at our house after a visit. If these two are working, I will take all my business to this location!! Awesome awesome awesome service Miguel and Samantha!

I had to give it atleast a star to write a review. I went in to get a paper notarized and they had asked if I could come back in at 1, and everyone working there was able to notarized and it was 12 something. I said probably not because I have other errands to run. Savannah signed and grabbed the stuff and acted as if she didn’t wanna do it as if I was forcing her. The customer service here is horrible. There was on perosn in front helping while the two other girls were in the back and they saw how busy it was and did nothing and then the one in the front asked twice for someone to come help her in the front but they ignored her request. Next time I’ll just go wait at my bank to get a paper notarized because atleast there they treat you nicely and not as if they don’t wanna help you. Very disappointed.

Hanford UPS STOREHorrible training of young people in customer service skills. Could CARE less if you called or not. NOT EVEN asking if she could call me back or any support In fact she put me on hold for about 3 minutes and killed the call because she had another person at the counter I learned this when I called and she seemed astonished that I called back WANTED TO PUT ME ON HOLD AGAIN.Simple question I had price on 2 pounds Hanford to San Diego regular and overnight .OH by the way Hanford to Fresno they dont consider over night any longer. Thats 30 milesWow talk about getting taken advantage of the consumerAbsolutely horribleA good company ruined by the employeesIf you want overnight in true over night area you must pay over night fees.Ship FedEx you ll be better serviced and satisfied

I give this UPS store 3 stars based on my most recent visit(s). The service girl(s) werent too friendly. I write this in hopes that they get the message. I do regular business there so if I do not see an improvement I will change to a different vendor. Thank you.
