Outstanding customer service, very clean store, as you enter they offer free mask to wear to make your shopping experience trouble and worry free free, Save Mart doesnt do that , I guess since the owner Piccinini pass away years ago they dont care or dont brother, Best Buy Market has new owners that care for thier loyal and faithful customers, so stop on buy and pick up at least 2 Tomahawk steaks youll be glad you did, and check this out they even carry Kirkland drinking water at 2.99 🤗 so why go anywhere else 👍❤️❤️❤️😇

Worst place ever bought some bacon and other items opened it and it was molded.

Best buy market is my first choice in grocery stores here in lemoore and hanford.

Items were hard to find and store smelled like disinfectant; rather unpleasant.

I dont mind shopping here, but I work in retail and I always check the expiration dates on the stuff I get before I buy it and I seen stuff that was expired or about to expire.

I love my local neighborhood market. Always great staff. Produce section always clean and fresh. I know where everything is. Meat is good quality. Store is always clean. Id give five stars if I didnt pay 10 to 15% more for many items but I prefer to keep it local and I believe you have to pay for convenience.

Best Buy Market is a store that carries a lot of natural foods and an excellent butcher that will cut special meats for the customers. The produce is fresh daily and displayed beautifully. Fresh baked pastries and breads in that department and the best juice selection of pure juices. Each and every employee has respectfully greeted me and welcomed me to the store. Awesome experience with them and a comfortable enviornment. They are ALWAYS available for any needs and questions.

Great store and very friendly staff. If lines start getting long they are quick to get more employees on other lanes. Produce is decent, though not the best. Can also stock higher quality razors, but not a huge deal

You can tell its like a mom and pop grocery store, at least thats the feel. Prices are a little higher but you are paying for convenience. Think of Save Mart without the quality. Their associates are genuine and for the most part are friendly, cashiers especially. Use this grocery store for what its meant for. A stop for when you want to make dinner, not a place to grocery shop in bulk.

An absolute gem! The staff is friendly and will walk you to where an item is instead of pointing fingers for directions.I found the parking lot clean as well as the inside of the store. Store shelves were stocked and clean.The produce dept was well stocked with top quality produce.I next found myself in the meat and seafood dept. The quality excellent Harris Ranch along with 10oz lobster tails, jumbo shrimp, and jumbo king crab legs.I highly recommend this store.

The store is very old and in disrepair. Its depressing to shop there. Lots of dusty corners and open packages. Juts go down the street to save mart.. even though the staff is terrible there

*** DONT SHOP HERE *** Bought Four T-bone Steaks on 29 Feb 2020, they went bad on 01 Mar 2020. I took them back to swap them out. The manager demanded a receipt and accused me of not buying them the day before. The person I checked out with was standing right there and confirmed I bought them yesterday. The manager still demanded a receipt and was passive-aggressive to me the whole time. $40 worth of steaks down the drain... BBB complaint filed.

Market is great. They need to clean their shopping carts, the one I had the other day was nasty.

The prices are good but me and my friend came in with our backpacks and we got told to leave it at the front but were walking through the store and almost every person we pass has a backpack on. This happened on 9-13-19 at 5:02pm

Very crowded and disorganized at times; ......During the evening hours of business... I could not find a cashier that even looked decent without tattoos or piercings... At the minimum wage per hour those employees should be working a lot more than on their cell phones... I would like to speak to a manager... A lot of the workers are just there for a paycheck, getting part time work to get money to go through college... No work ethic.. Or most girls get pregnant before they decided what to do in life

Quality customer service, but last time I purchased my milk the refrigerator was warm, like 39 degrees. Plus if you look closely its not that clean. Prices way to high. $13 for Yuban coffee!? $8.99 a pack of Bacon, whos beer are we paying for here really?

We dont mind paying a little more at this friendly place. Its closer to home and they always have what were looking for. We go on a daily basis and we are always greeted by smiling faces. Their customer service is superb.

As a frequent shopper I find that best buy has got the things that other stores sold out, why ? probably because the store focuses on what it is designed for selling groceries,maybe one day they will do a remodel but for right now they are keeping things stocked
