Great experience! This cozy little office was a breeze to find and the staff are so patient. From the get-go, they dont rush you and they want to make sure you get what will best help you. I was looking for a pair of quality walking/running shoes that would take away the pain/discomfort I usually experience. (I suffer from Mortons neuroma so the balls of my feet can feel like needles and fire!) I got the cutest pair of Anodyne runners!EMS (the companys catchy acronym) is in the business of helping people and it shows. The owner and office manager are obviously VERY dedicated to making sure clients are totally satisfied. I’m really unclear why the other review gave only 1 star, and no explanation.EMS specialize in helping folks get durable medical equipment like orthopedic shoes, and even braces, since they’re authorized dealers of top-notch, recognized brands.I love how they take the fuss and by working with their clients doctor and insurance company, and the reps will go to your house if that’s more convenient to you!The office and fitting room were bright, comfortable, clean and wheel chair accessible. Tons of parking on their property (under shade trees, which is nice in the summer.)

Called and called this place multiple times and after the 10th time calling I gave up and drove to address given on google and to my surprise they had a hand written note on the door saying “be back in 30.” So the next day I tried to call again thinking I would get a response and NO still nothing so I ended up having to drive to another medical supply company. I wouldn’t even give this place a one star but as we all know we have to give a star to leave a review. I am not in the system as a customer due to the fact I wasn’t given that chance. So thanks Essential Medical Supply for not allowing me to do business with you, hope someone else has better luck!
