When it comes to automobiles, Caleb and his team get it right. I had my 2006 Expedition towed to his shop to get a diagnosis and an estimate to fix. Caleb told me they were extremely busy and he’d get to it as soon as he could but added he may need a few days to get to it. He called me the next day with a full diagnosis and emailed me a 6 page printout report of all tests they performed on my Ford and also took the time to thoroughly explain it all to me so I could make an informed decision. Through his honest advice and a little of my own knowledge (very little) we decided the repair wasn’t worth it and just didn’t financially make sense. I say that to point out that he could have easily told me I should move forward with the costly repair and I’d have been on the hook for $3500-$4000 (and I probably would have done it). His honesty saved my wife and I a lot of money and headache. It can be hard to find honest mechanics in todays world but Caleb and his team are as honest as they come. I’ll recommend Bouchillon automotive to any and everyone from this point forward based on my refreshing experience.

One of the best Mopar specialists there are. Helped me with a power steering setup that was a mess. Sent me the whole kit to convert from a Federal pump setup to a Saginaw setup. Fit perfect! If you need anything for Mopar this is the place to go!

Having recently moved here from Ohio, I needed a automotive repair shop that was honest, knowledgeable, responsible and reliable. My son-in-law recommended Bouchillon and they met all my standards. Caleb was very helpful in giving me two suggestions of the route to repair the rusted out and broken idler pulley on my 2008 F-150. He sent me video and photos of the problem, which confirmed my suspicion. They completed the repairs in one day, which was a heck of a lot faster and cheaper than my last experience with a local Ford dealer down here. These guys are highly-skilled, have years of experience, and Ive had a good experience 2 times now. Once about 8 years ago they worked on the limited slip on my 89 Firebird (rare 9bolt unit made in australia), then recently troubleshooted and replaced the distributor. They dont sell you things you dont need. Id highly recommend, and Ill probably be bringing my firebird back to get other things fixed in the future.

I no more walked through the door and I’m getting cussed at because I needed some service and my a/c line dropped 2 small drips on the floor. Every other word out of that old mans mouth was a swear word. Also telling me I can’t wait the 45 min on my car to get a/c lines made to fit. Then tell me if I have to ask how much it’ll be that I cannot afford it. Very rude and all of this was in front of other employees and they just stood there and watch as I felt 2inches tall. I have never experienced that in my entire life and I’m a sales man. I was the better person and walked away and now ranting on google. Do not waste your time going to this place unless you are very wealthy and can tell an old man where to go. I’d give it a negative review number if I could.

These guys know there stuff! they have not only helped me on a DIY vintage truck project, but also fixed my transmission on my shop truck that a well respected Diesel shop said was fine just run it till it drops was their quote. I described the problem to Randy and he told me what he suspected the problem was. They made adjustment and preformed some maintenance that was supposed to be done somewhere else and now truck is preforming the way it should. I spent a few hundred with BPR but they saved me a few thousand.

Seemed like a nice enough shop, initially concerned when the newest car in the shop was early 70s and the guys in there all looked like they worked on them back then too. I would have felt more comfortable bringing my 1970 in there but I was in looking for a shop that could put a cam/supercharger on my LS3. Id already done quite of bit of research and knew what I was looking for. Not to mention Ive been building and wrenching cars for over 25 years. So when they told me on these new cars you couldnt put a supercharger on it that it couldnt handle it I became immediately concerned. He said they could put an air filter and maybe a catback on it but thats it before the computer cant handle anymore. Then proceeded to tell me a cam swap was nearly impossible to do and get running in these new cars because theyre designed with variable valve timing (uh not a Honda Vtec here, LS3 is still a pushrod OHV) so thats when they lost me, OK they really lost me before that with the supercharger statement. Since then I decided on a Whipple for my LS3 and put it on my self. Im sure the shop is good at what they do but its all relative and it sounds like to me that these guys are still rocking the good ol days.

I’ve thrown all sorts of stuff at these guys over the years and they never cease to amaze me with their transparency, fair prices and willingness to answer my questions. This is a rare gem in the industry!

I have been greatly impressed in my contact with Bouchillon Performance Automotive Center (BPAC). I am the original owner of a 1971 Pontiac LeMans Sport Convertible and I try to be very careful with whom I select to work on that vehicle. Prior to going to BPAC I had considerable problems with another classic car repair shop in the area. With BPAC, I found Caleb to be extremely reliable and careful in all of my dealing with him. He routinely called me weekly to to meticulously review the work that his shop had done that week and what was planned for the future. Each item to be done was explained to me and he identified other items that also needed relevant repairs. Caleb left me with a sense of confidence and security that the work would be done promptedly and correctly by a skilled technician. He kept my car indoors like I do myself thus avoiding the effects of the weather and climate. When the work was completed, he provided me with a well written document that explained by what work was listed to be done as well as the steps that were taken to repair each item. Lastly, their price for all the work was most reasonable. I am confident that I will continue to use BPAC in the future for my repair work on this vehicle. Moreover, I would gladly recommend BPAC for any similar work without hesitation.

Bouchillon Performance is an excellent garage. Caled and Randy do a great job tending to their customers and getting the job done. If you have been looking for a place to take your old carbureted vehicle, this is the place for you! However, if your looking for a place to bring your 2015 Kia, stick to the dealerships.
