Customer service at the furniture department is terrible. They are not willing to go to the back to look for anything, Very lazy employees at the furniture section. They need to do better, took my money somewhere else.The store is pretty clean though.

Im a huge Big Lots fan for many years, and this is by far the best store of them all. Clean, organized, stocked... and you have a cashier named Rayven thats not only friendly, but actually seems to like what she does. Thats rare in retail, and it is appreciated. This store is a huge improvement over the previous one in the same shopping center. My only advice is (for example) on a Saturday afternoon at 4PM when there are 15 people in line, maybe open a second register? Just a thought. 😇

The store was clean. Good selection of home goods. My daughter and I needed help finding chips and the gentleman who was working stopped to help us and was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The cashier who checked us out was also friendly and helpful.

Youd be surprised what you can find here. I found heavy glass mugs for $2.50 that I use to paint for Christmas gifts or bazaars. Food selection is good, always milk, bread, etc. Excellent staff.

Alot of merchandise some of it as good prices others higher than you can buy at another store.

Ordered furniture to be delivered between 5 & 9pm. Because I work & it was offered on the website. At noon on the day it was to be delivered I was contacted by the driver & informed it wasnt convenient for him to deliver it then. I would have to have it earlier or rescheduled for the same time of day the next day. He offered to leave it in front of the house. Its supposed to rain. When I called the store I was basically told its not their problem, its corporate & theres no way to rectify the situation & not really their problem since the driver is a contractor. So I had to cancel the order. I was then contacted by corporate as to why I canceled. I was told they are the only drivers & Im out of luck. Horrible experience. Will never shop there again.

My first time ever visiting Big Lots. I absolutely loved the store. I went to buy storage bins and ended up buying much more. I will definitely be back.

I Love “Big Lots” as they have such a good variety of just about anything you’re looking for and awesome decorative items for indoors and outdoor decor. Store is organized and clean. Most of the time friendly service at checkout. Love they’re honoring Military Discounts since May and not just certain days of the week as it used to be!

I like this store that have a lot of stuff that I would use in fact I got my mattress in my box spring from there at a very reasonable price

I havent been to a Big Lots in years... I was VERY surprised when I walked into this one. I was on their website and was able to see actual inventory - I needed Lysol spray. They had it in stock. Ill definitely be back to see what else Big Lots has to offer. Clean store and very helpful crew members too!

They did a great job with this Big Lots when they moved it from one end if the shopping center to the other. Its set up nicely and is very enjoyable to walk around and shop.

The location is always clean and everyone is always helpful and kind. But today I was in there and there were several shoppers not wearing masks at all and others who were wearing them on their necks. I wanted to leave, as I felt unsafe. There needs to be real consequences for people who refuse to take simple safety precautions.

I really dont like these kind of stores. You cant get help and there so much there, it just feel confusing. Not a fan.

Today I encountered a manager there who needs to watch his tone when speaking to a guest. I wasn’t rude. Just was looking for a online order. The environment wasn’t that welcoming. He was too hostile for me. Probably won’t be shopping at this location.

Do not order from these people online.They will cancel your order even though it says in-stock and then keep your money for 5 days.Never been so disappointed with online ordering in my life.

They have their solar and outdoor lights out now. Good deals. I like that they have more furniture there now , some nice couches too.

Wasted 30 minutes here based on signage outside designed to bring people in, that said purchase would be 20% off Today Only. Then at the register, I was told they couldnt honor this, that the signs were actually for tomorrow. Deceptive and then unapologetic about it. I dont care about the money I was trying to save. Dont post misleading signs the day before!
