Very pleased with the customer service. Especially Amaya, she was very helpful.

Customer service horrible. Went to look for 1 style of shoe in particular for my daughter..we asked for the smallest mens shoe they had in that particular shoe..she asked what size we needed? We said what is the smallest size u have? She said it depends on the shoe. We said of THIS shoe...she said it depends on my availablity. We asked what is ur availablity for THIS shoe..She so so it doesnt matter just whatever i have?? In a very rude tone. She was refusing to check on the size at all. We asked are you able to tell us or find out what ur smallest size is? Another customer overheard our interaction and helped to decipher the size we needed. When we told her the size she was like oh we dont carry that size. She could have just told her the sizes she did carry and we would have been done. Her attitude was horrible and retraining may be needed on doing their jobs properly and respectfully. We will return because some of the staff actually interacts well. While other staff seeks much to be desired.
