Bought my granddaughters a shirt each for them a pair of shorts and socks. They were worn 1x washed both shirts have holes in them and they will not exchange or refund because original price tags are not attached well who wears and washes their tags bye bye forever 21 will be taking the girls shopping elsewhere

The staff is always helpful and polite. I love their variety of apparel. It would be awesome if the dressing rooms were available. My daughter has sprouted the past few months and Ive had to return/exchange her clothes multiple times trying to figure out what size she needs. That was the biggest headache! However, I understand that the dressing rooms are unavailable due to COVID-19 restrictions. #BeSafeEveryone

First time ever. Took my little cousin shopping for her birthday. Lots of nice,modern styles at a great value. Seems like good go-to spot, especially for younger fashion

Large space, with basic clothing. Everything looks the same. The buyers and makers these days throw anything together for that all mighty dollar. Store is over rated. Did browse the girls section: few cute sundresses.

Was extremely disappointed, I found three dresses that I liked very much and they had 3 or 4 people working at time I was there.I wasnt greeted or asked if I needed help but that was not why I was discouraged. I went to dressing room to try on and a sign said sorry the dressing rooms are closed but we can still be friends. Really! Im not going to buy something that I cant try on to see how it looks! Very disappointing and no we cannot still be friends, I hung up the clothes and left. No wonder they had no one in store looking like they are going out of business.

Mask are required at this store which is great but all the employees had the mask under their chins not covering the nose or mouth. As we walked in they proceeded to get angry with me because I didn’t have my mask on yet. Which again is fine to follow procedure but when I pointed out that they were wearing their mask Improperly they told me to leave and continued to wear the mask under chin. Dumb. If you are going to enforce policy you should Enforce it with your staff first. They were Just angry women who wanted to have an attitude and argue. The store sucks anyway, dirty and unorganized.

This forever21 is the best one Ive been to thus far. Theyre more clean and organized. The one in MacArthur mall is the complete opposite. They really need to step up theyre garment care.

I work in this mall at another retailer. This store is constantly understaffed, clothes are always on the floor and the atmosphere is not welcoming. Staff appears to not want to work often as they dont wear lanyards, are on their phones and do not speak. I honestly dont blame them. They are never set up for success to be able to provide a healthy customer experience to guests. I dont shop there anymore but occasionally will stop in, in hopes that they will change management or the way they run the business.

Yesterday I visited this store and I must say this has got to be the best one yet. I call the store for a specific item in which they did not have in stock. I spoke with Ms. Sojourner. She was so well mannered and I appreciated her taking the time out to look for the item in store. When I would call to the Newport store they would always put me on hold for more than 15 mins and then ask me what the specific item looked like once me. She actually went to look. Let me say I do not do reviews too often. However, this lady deserved it. I actually traveled a hour just to go to this store for the great customer service. She actually helped me find something even better than I was looking for. You all definitely have a prize sales associate. A keeper. I will be back.

Profiled, Accused of Stealing and followed to the door by Miracle Pope- Associate.Today I went shopping at this store. I browsed the messy and unorganized store for about 30 minutes before deciding nothing was actually worth spending any of my money. As I proceeded to leave the store Miracle Pope Began yelling from the other side of the store “ma’am! Maam!” while following me to the door. When I asked her how may I help her she said if I had any jewelry on me. I ask “are you accusing me of stealing?” She laughed in my face and said “yes”. I asked to speak to her manager, Erica Graves who didn’t seem to care much at all.

The style is here is more for 20 somethings and younger. Occasionally, I will find a shirt or two that doesnt have that 80s look or that isnt extra fitted. The clothes are a bit over priced in my opinion. Some of these clothes look like second hand buys and should be priced as such. This store however, does have a decent selection in shoes, boots, heels, sandals...very cute. The biggest draw back is youd have to know and keep track of when they get new shipments, otherwise the size 8-9 is gone! Theres always an over abundance of every other shoe size. Overall, a good store for budding teens and up.

Needs to be more organized and neater.

As a guy I rate womens clothing stores very simply. Does it have a place for me to sit, while my girlfriend tries on clothes. This store does not. I am lucky enough that me girlfriend doesnt take too long, but for some guys they might be staying there for an hour or two. I was only there about 30 minutes thankfully. Other stores are much more accommodating to boyfriends/husbands. Especially since often times its our money that is being spent in said store. Lol

Terrible. They had security do a walk through and a girl with a long brunette ponytail and clear glasses follow me around the store (she asked if she could help me twice). She couldnt even look me in the eye after I finished shopping and was headed to the cashier. Ive worked in retail and I knew what was going on. I legit just wanted to shop after a hard week... i didnt come to be profiled.

This place is fantastic!. It offers variety of affordable jewelry, sunglasses, hair accessories, and of course clothes as well as shoes for girls, boys, mens, and women.

When I came here for the first time, I was very surprised at how big this store really is!

Overall, this store is great. The employees, for the most, are pretty rude and stand-offish, but thats the usual experience I get it when I come in. If u can ignore the ignorance of the employees, this store is fine to shop at.

Huge selection of clothes, mostly jammed together on the racks so you cant even really tell what is there. Cheap accessories. This location does not have good customer service and it is often dirty with the floor unswept and trash in random places.

This is honestly the worst Forever 21. The staff is VERY rude and no one helps you in the store. They will no longer have to worry about me shopping in that store again.
