I placed an online order on Thursday night for a $65 arrangement for my friend who lost her mom. I called the following day to confirm the pick up time and the lady was not very polite . She insisted that I had to have put in a pickup time when I ordered. No, I wasn’t asked for a time just the day. She proceeded to tell me that my pick up time was 12:30pm and I said that was fine we would pick up before they closed at 5pm. I sent my boyfriend there to pick up the order and he calls to tell me that they informed him that the order had just been picked up! Well, so they are giving out orders that I already paid for to someone else without even asking for an id. Horrible customer service! I wouldn’t ever order anything from here ever again. I am still waiting for my refund! I am so disappointed.

I spent $150 with instructions to leave the delivery at the door, and the delivery was still unsuccessful 🤣........................., what a joke. Save your money people, Edible Arrangements aint it, and I had such high hopes :-(

My mother ordered something for me that was supposed to be delivered May 7th. I never received anything. She’s been calling them daily they never answer the phone. She’s left messages I’ve left messages they don’t return your call. I went in on May 12th and told the woman the situation. She was dismissive and not helpful at all. She repeatedly asked if they attempted to deliver and I wasn’t home. They hadn’t attempted anything, I have two adults working from home and we have cameras nobody ever came or called. Also, the status on the acct my mother ordered from still says “arranging your order now”. Nothing was ever made and at this point she just wants her money back. We’ve ordered from Edible Arrangements for years & never had this issue. Do not order from this Edible arrangements!

Ordered a platter and balloons for my sons birthday and they never delivered. Tried to call earlier in the week to find out a delivery time and was rudely told to call on Sunday. On Sunday (date of delivery) I called again and got a recording they don’t answer phone calls on Sundays. Thanks for ruining what I could do for my son while deployed. If I could give you less stars I would.

Fruit was not ripe and poor quality in arrangement. For the price you pay and the quality you expect, dont go to this location. Go to one of the other ones in the area.This location has slowly been going down hill and its going to take a lot of hard work from the owner and employees to bring it back up to what it use to be. I dont think they realized that constant bad service means you will not have customers. No customers, means no work, no job, you are unemployeed, no income for the owner, store closes. Happy customers mean referrals and the longevity of a business. If the owner is just done with it, why not sell? Someone will surely buy it to get them out of it.For the social media responder, please dont give some shallow cookie cutter response.

I placed my order at 12:41 PM and 5 o’clock rolls around and I still did not receive my order. I called the store and spoke to a female at on or around 5:41 PM and she told me that my order will be delivered to me within an hour. It is now 7:15 PM and I have yet to receive my order. I have called countless times and just an automated system comes on. It would’ve been better for her to say unfortunately we’re not gonna be able to deliver you your order today. This is unacceptable and the worst edible arrangement I have ever ordered anything from. It makes no sense to tell a customer one thing but do another. Hire more people if you need to or hire better employees. Hell by the reviews you should shut the place down Never ordering from this place again.

I live in Utah and my son is stationed at Langley Air Force Base. I wanted to send him an arrangement to congratulate him for achieving Senior Airmen Below the Zone! They were so rude! Refusing to deliver to the base. I called twice. The second time literally BEGGING them to at least deliver to the gate and I would have him meet them. They wouldn’t. Because of Covid they won’t allow him to even go to the store. They are literally a business that should be doing all they can to “deliver” cheerfulness, and if your business is near a Military base should you not figure out how to navigate that base? Doesn’t every delivery business have Google maps? Most of our service men and women are far from home and haven’t seen family in a long time! Family members try to be creative in sending love to them. No thanks to Edible Arrangements! Based on the reviews I have read on this business I guess I saved myself some $$$ and disappointment.

Loved this store for the past 6+ years. Walked in and was talked to with an attitude that wasnt ever experienced before. Maybe they thought I was the one who is suppose to show them customer service. Hopefully it gets back to the way it was before.

I would never recommend this store or purchase from here again; the service provided was terrible. When I ordered curbside service, I should have known it was not going to be positive. The cashier was not aware of weekly special; a small fruit salad & smoothie, so placing the order was a nightmare.I’m not sure why, they are in business. It was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid and I intend to do corporate complaint, who she pay for lousy service.

Ordered online 2/13/20 for delivery 2/14/20. The order was never delivered. Went to the store and waited with about 39 other people in the same situation. The workers came to the front and said the manager refused to speak to any of us. She said she wasn’t going to be bombarded with unhappy customers. She finally cane out after an hour. Said that they would deliver up to 9pm. My delivery was to my wife who works at a school so I switched to my home address. The delivery still never showed. Also I had to tried to call all day but the phones said that the store was closed. Tomorrow I will be going back to try to obtain my 100 dollar refund. Way to ruin Valentine’s Day for not only me but all of the other people who were in this same position.

My wife received an arrangement yesterday for her birthday from this location and by the next day, with the arrangement being refrigerated, the strawberries are already moldy. Ive tried contacting the store, but after 30 minutes of being on hold I hung up. Ive bought multiple arrangements from other stores and never received this terrible quality.

I placed an order on 6/13 for Fathers Day on 6/17. It was never delivered. I was not notified. I had to call the store to track the order and was then told that the driver was sick. When I asked why I was not informed the young lady Arlene, who had no remorse, told me that they did not find out that the driver was sick until after they closed. What sense does that make? I am beyond annoyed because had I had known of the issue I could have made an attempt to correct it myself. People send Edible Arrangements to loved ones normally because they cannot physically be with them. I am not to far away to where I cant get in the car and drive two hours to see my loved one. Instead I trusted that my loved one would get this arrangement as a sign of my love. Instead my Father was not celebrated on his day. If you are trying to do something special for a loved one, please take heed to the reviews for this location. If there is another Edible Arrangements store close to you, please use them. All Edible Arrangements locations are independently owned and operated so you should have a better experience then what others have had at this location.

Made an order on January 31st for a 3:30 delivery Valentines day. Never arrived no ones answering their phone. I just got divorced because of this. thats all she wanted for Valentines day and she had a terrible day in the office that day I look like such a loser. I will be requesting one to be sent to our home and all my money back. They never notified me of any issues I could have went to Kroger. Still not answering their phone the next day. I will definitely be calling corporate and the better business bureau.

Myself and about 30 other customers are waiting inside a 10x14 area in The store (with the line going out the door) for over an hour now, all for our preordered items. We are standing here watching them make these pre-ordered items. I understand it is a busy day but they don’t even have anyone answering the phones and the customers in the store are becoming anxious! We just wrote our names on a piece of paper to give to the store manager. This is a nightmare!!!

I placed an order for valentines day delivery five days early. No contact on Valentines Day. The store phone kept going to voicemail. No contact the next day. Or the next day. I finally got a person on Monday. Took too many orders. I could either schedule a new delivery day or get a refund. I wonder if they would have ever contacted me....

Horrible, horrible service. My husband ordered my Valentine gift a week in advance to be delivered to my job, just for me not to receive it. The confirmation email he received stated delivery to any business is no later than 5:00 pm. I left work at 5:10 pm to go in to inquire about my order. I get there and there is a line outside the store with people who hadnt been able to get in the store even give their name or issue. It was shoulder to shoulder over flow inside and out. Everyone that was there was picking up orders that were placed in advance up to 2 weeks before and still had to wait over an hour to pick up their order. I finally got up to the register to let them know I had never received my delivery and she stated it was out on the delivery truck. When I stated the email confirmed sated that delivery for business was by 5:00 pm, she implied they dont have set delivery times. I was upset, I canceled the order. This is no way to conduct a business at all! No emails or updates on delays! Reading the other reviews, this had been going on for previous years.I dont know if there was too many orders taken for the holiday, but I will never recommend Edible Arrangements as this experience was unprofessional and unorganized!

Completely incompetent. Was informed to leave the gift with the front desk of the hotel my wife was staying. They did not leave it there and I have been trying to contact the store after receiving an email stating they were unable to deliver. The store has not yet answer my phone calls. If you want reliable service spend your money another place.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!! PLACED AN ORDER ON THE 6TH TO BE DELIVERED TO MY NIECE ON VALENTINES DAY AND IT WAS NOT DELIVERED! I WAITED UNTIL 630 PM SINCE THEY CLOSE AT 7 PM AND STILL NOTHING FOR MY NIECE. I CALLED AND CALLED...NO ANSWER, IT KEPT GOING TO SOME VERIZON PHONE SERVICE. I LOOK ONLINE AND IT SHOWED THAT MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED YET NO ONE NOTIFIED ME. NOW.....AS OF TODAY THE 15TH I AM STILL TRYING TO CALL AND STILL NO ANSWER.

Order was placed order on February 3rd for delivery on February 13th, went into the store on the 14th after not receiving the order. Waited in the store for a whole hour before asking one of the cashiers to bring the manager out. When she did finally come to the front(to bring someone else their order) I explained that I would just like a refund and she blankly stared at me before walking off. I then waited an additional 30 mins before another associate from the back came and told me the money had been refunded. I will never spend another penny with this company.

My fiancé placed an order on 2/11/20 for Valentine’s Day. He was guaranteed that the order would be delivered on Valentine’s Day, but the order never arrived. He spent much of the day trying to track the order and reach the store, but all of his attempts failed. He received an error message linked to the tracking number that said the order did not exist, and the number for this location was busy or there was some type of Verizon message.When we got to the location this morning, we waited 5-7 minutes before someone came out and greeted us. The excuse for the order not being delivered, was that they had challenges. No one ever contacted my fiancé to tell him that his order would not be delivered as expected, he was just left hanging. They didn’t seem too concerned that their customers weren’t happy with their errors (there were others in the location with complaints). This is some of the worst customer service.

I ended up at this store after I had won on a facebook trivia a 6 piece dipped fruit box.That in itself was great.I went to the store to pick it up and I waited for it to get ready. While I was waiting the employees were so polite and nice. The Manager Mike ( or owner) was beyond nice. He was so accommodating in helping me place another order. He worked so hard trying to get an order to work. He succeeded.! Thank you and your staff. I can honestly say it was a pleasure, I will definitely be doing business again and again with you!

Im extremely upset ! Placed a simple order for VDAY with a pickup time of 5:30. Went by the store around 5:00 and the line was out the door. I refuse to stand outside 1) I had my baby with me 2) Its cold !. Just ridiculous. I came back around 5:30 and the line was still out the door. I dont understand. I tried to call, and there was no response. I went to check on the status of my order and it read PICKED UP! How?!? Ive been trying to call all day to resolve this issue being that I never picked up my order. I will be going by this location, when I leave work and will update this post after I speak with them. You all placed way too many VDAY orders and cant accommodate your customers. Will never order from this location EVER!!!

Absolutely atrocious customer service....business willingly accepted 500 Mothers Day orders, received full payment and was unable to meet expectations by delivering in time for the holiday. I would give a negative star if I could. The owner of this franchise is greedy and does not care about customer service. I ordered online thinking this store was as good as any other Edible Arrangement location (for delivery 2 days before Mothers Day) and only after not receiving acknowledgement from my Mothet did I call to find out that they have no capacity to meet the orders that they willingly accept. I have called three times in the last four days and they really dont care at all about the customer. After receiving payment a week ago their only solution was to refund my money which still means a mother didnt get her gift when it was promised. I have ordered flowers, fruit, baskets, chocolate covered strawberries and many other items for delivery to my out of state mom and mother in law and have NEVER experienced such horrible customer service. Avoid this location at all costs. Corporate should be ashamed to have this location among its franchisees and should close them immediately. This is the first negative review I have ever written but is so deserved for this pathetic and greedy location.

Terrible service. Avoid the week of holidays like V-day if you can. They dont have the people or management to handle a large influx of orders. I waited 1.5 hours for a pick-up order. Some folks ordered a week on advance and still had to wait an hour. Dont expect to pick up anywhere near your pick-up time.

My husband received a Delicious Celebration yesterday. It spent the night in the fridge and this morning I took it apart and discovered a lot of the fruit was going bad. These are not cheap gifts so I called the store; I hope they take what I said into account but they certainly didnt offer any compensation.I will probably not send these as gifts again in case the recipient has the same experience.

Then I asked if all orders have to be made before hand, he cut me off cleared his throat and said they werent taking any orders today. I understand its busy. This should be -10 stars if it was possible!! Hampton store took WAY MORE ORDERS than they could handle. I ordered almost 1 month BEFORE Valentines Day and paid extra for delivery ON Valentines Day!! I even called at 7:30pm when the delivery had not arrived. The man that answered told me they still had 88 or more orders to PRODUCE AND DELIVER!! Then he checked on my order and said it hadnt been produced yet!! WHY NOT!!?? My order was placed almost 30 days ago!! It should have been delivered BEFORE the orders that were made closer to Valentines Day. I didnt say that to him though. I wad very nice and calm. Then the man put me on hold to check to see where my order was in the line. Mind you, i said I was calm and nice to him and did NOT request him to check when it would be made and delivered, he offered and I said, okay thanks. Well after 30+min on hold I realized he was NOT coming back to the phone...how RUDE!! He had probably just put me on hold to avoid other calls since the line would be busy to other callers which obviously there would be many!! What poor planning on their part!! Why take orders you cant get produced and delivered as promised??!! To say Im disappointed is an understatement!! What do you plan to do about this edible arrangements!!?? At this point Valentines Day is OVER!! And the surprise has been ruined!! This was supposed to be a gift from my son to his girlfriend!! He couldnt be home for Valentines Day and wanted her to get chocolate dipped fruit, a bear and balloon from him to let her know he Loved her, and wished he could be there with her. This is such a disappointment!! Money wasted!! I believe the order should be delivered, albeit late and he should receive a refund or at least substantial compensation for their error in planning!! NOT ALL edible arrangement stores had this problem!! I had initially called John at the Oyster point store in Newport News because I couldnt find the number for the Hampton store and he gave it to me. John said at 7pm they were DONE with their deliveries!! What GREAT planning on their part. So what the heck is wrong with the Hampton store!!?? Ill be calling today to see how you plan to make this right!!

Overpriced for the item received. Consisted mostly of kale and lettuce, very little fruit. I had to reschedule my entire order because when I placed it online I was told they were too busy to complete my order at the time I specified. They supposedly open at 9, yet I called 10 times between 9-11 and it went straight to a voicemail saying they were closed. Since I had to reschedule my order for a different day, I wanted to call and confirm it was being made. I didnt get ahold of anyone until 11:30 then was on hold for 15 minutes before I called it quits and hung up. I dont understand why they dont have an online order limit for certain times to avoid this inconvenience.

Okay so I placed an order via the internet at at approx. 1155 this morning for a same day delivery to a business 10 minutes away. When I get home I have a voice message from someone with attitude about how its no way my order can be delivered because they didnt get it until 1530....REALLY. I know mistakes are made, but to call with attitude...TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE...when I called to clarify the manager wasnt available and when I said I think I should be compensated of course I get hesitation. I told them I will call tomorrow to speak with the manager, but this is nutty in so many way.

Shouldve went on here and looked at the reviews. I ordered Moms Birthday arrangement online and she never received it. All I recieved was an answering machine. I had a 137.00 order that was never sent out. No call nothing! If i owned the francise I would pull this store out from under them!!! It was clear you dont want my buisness! I ordered my Ladies Edible arrangements on Saturday Feb10th 2018. I had the order sent to her job today on Feb 14th 2018 and is almost 6pm and she still hasnt received her package! She works from 7am-7pm and she still hasnt gotten her package. Im truely dissappointed in the services, if they were over loaded with orders then they should have told me. I spent over $100 of my hard earned $$ and she wont even get it today on this special day for couples. Ive called the store and ive gotten a busy tone or the phone would just ring. Im sooo dissappointed with the services and i believe that i deserve a refund! Please dont do business with this establishment

Online it says open Sat til 5 and Sunday til 3. I called and no one answered. I visited the location at 3:55 to place an order that I need Monday morning.Was told I can’t place an order bc they’re closed. I’d have to come back Monday. No apology for the inconvenience of me driving all the way to the store based on what their online hours say.
