I wouldnt advised anyone to order online, mainly food. my mom bought a bulk of canned meats and they arrived today. when i opened the box i was upset that 11 out of 20 of these canned meats were dented/damaged and two were actually opened! i was hoping better quality from target. i use to shop there often for electronics, but after this i really would never want to shop here again after my mom spent money on poor quality items.

This target treats their employees horrible absolutely horrible. It’s terrible I’m in the military and I get treated 10000000x better than these people. They Treat their employees with absolutely 0 respect as if they weren’t humans. They do not care about a single thing these employees go through. If your thinking of working at this location I would rethink that Idea this is by far the worst target I’ve ever seen

I wont be shopping here any time soon. I needed some undergarments for an upcoming special occasion and the dressing rooms are still closed. I called other stores in the area and apparently target is the only store with closed dressing rooms. Why would I shop here when I can shop anywhere else and get ALL of the items I need at one store.

My favorite store! I love going to Target, wish we had one closer to where I lived! They have the cutest stuff, you always end up leaving out with more than what you initially came for! I also love the fact that they have different events for the kids from time to time! What can I say other than that Target is my happy place!

Went in today to pick up some kitchenware for making dinner tomorrow night. It is back where I guess they are redoing the food section. Picked up my glass dish for lasagna and went back for pie dish and saw the BIGGEST Rat I’ve ever seen. Never will shop there again. Use to be the best one to visit. I’ll drive to Williamsburg before visiting this one again.

I question the freshness of their produce. I bought strawberries and raspberries the other day. After one day the strawberries have already molded and the raspberries are too squishy.

The staff at this store is very outgoing and positive. The selection and variety is currently limited at this time because because of slow distribution.

Everyone who worked there that I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful.

Store was clean, neat and organized and product selection and sizes were great! Employees were pretty friendly, attentive and helpful. Fitting rooms still closed due to COVID and that was a little inconvenient, since I was shopping for pants...most stores are following same suit though, not just Target. Prices are always a little on the higher side, compared to competitors, but quality is better on most items! Always one of my favorite places to shop...A+ for Target...lol!

The Drive-Up Pickup program is excellent. The app is excellent. It makes picking up my purchase and limiting interaction with the public so much easier and safer for your employees and me.

I returned an item today from another Target to the Hampton store. Rep Jasmine was rude and unprofessional, she inspected my items like I had brought back an item that was not their product, and the purchase was less than 3 days old. I had the original receipt and item in the original packaging. I have patronized this store since the opening, within the two years this location for me has gone to s#!* ... this is not the first altercation but it will be the Last... I have chosen to not shop at this location, and will inform others of a negative shopping experience. I suggest to stay Open retrain the accountable staff and remind them that the customers help keep the lights on. Thank you.In addition to be clear, this was not a racial incident, the rep was African American like myself.

Target is generally fun to shop at with unique items, occasionally great sale prices, and had almost everything you need in one spot. However a lot of the associate I came into contact with were very time and dismissive. The cashier at the pharmacy was rude and didnt take the time to answer any of my questions or update my information. The Starbucks associate didnt speak to me until after 5 minutes and while taking the order she continuously kept touching the inside of the cup with her fingers and I had to repeatedly get new cups. It was a very disappointing experience.

HANDS DOWN--the most beautiful, the cleanest, and best arranged Target store I have ever been to, EVER..even the cart was like floating on air--Im not kidding

I put in an online order for pickup at noon. I walked in and grabbed the one item on the pickup list at 2 p.m. because I hadnt recieved a notification that the item was ready. I took the item to the guest services. One lady was very polite and helpful but asked for assistance. When she asked the young lady with a nose ring in guest services about an early pickup she said its a different system and that I would have to cancel the order. I asked if she could speak with a manager to confirm this is the only route since I live in Norfolk and the young lady walked off and the older lady assisting me just said, Wow, she just walked off.

Much better than the nearby Walmart. Its Target so of course its sometimes pricey. I like to hit it up when Im at Peninsula Town Center if only for the atmosphere.

Weve always enjoyed shopping at target but today customer service went above and beyond. We came in for an item that was on sales but was not on the shelves. Bri saw that there should be some in stock and searched the back until she found the item. Not everyone would have done that.

I shop there all the time. I personally know some employees and they know I come in to get my usual twizzlers, skittles, and dove body wash. I dont like having your security team follow every minority person especially me. While Im waiting on my chipotle order Ill come in to get my candy or sometimes body wash or look at planners to see if the one I want has arrived in stores. Im pulling out my cellphone to add coupons on my mobile app or using my asthma pump and that person is always beside me, following me pretending to be shopping. Every single time. I love shopping at target but I dont like that I get followed every single time.

I shop at this location instead of the walmart because there is a huge difference in the customers and store lay out. You wont see meth heads and baby mamas fighting and yelling at target. The selection here is always cleaned and organized. Just better quality stuff

I went to my neighborhood target looking for a long sleeved turtleneck and the color I wanted was not in stock but I came out with the cutest loungewear and gloves and scarf and plenty of other things I didnt intent to buy...just another day at Target, completely satisfied!

Had over $200 in the cart, went to checkout and saw there is a tax because of the town center it is location in... walked right out the door. Went to a different target without this ridiculous tax!

I shop at Target because I have bad back issues need motorized cart to shop Most of the time there is one available in my Hampton VA store when there is not I go for what I need usually dog supplies then leave when there is I browse and end up leaving with more purchases.

I have been a consumer of this Target since it opened and I have always had a GREAT experience. Unfortunately, today it was not. I was in the store between 12:00pm and 12:30pm.I waited in line to pay for my items and as it was my turn the cashier Jennifer turned off her light to indicate her line was closed. I immediately walked to another line which happened to be adjacent to hers.Then, I noticed a new customer walk into her line. She immediately turned on her light to indicate her lane was open and assisted the customer. This left me not having my normal GREAT experience and has left a sour taste in my mouth and unfortunately, I dont know when I will be returning to this Target location.

I went to purchase some items today. One of the items appeared to have rung up incorrectly. I explained to the young lady that was at the self check out the item price is not ringing up as the display price. I needed to go back and get another item and offered to take a picture so that she wouldn’t have to leave her post to do a price check. During the exchange, the security guard Rachel came close to the associate as if I was being hostile. I didn’t want this to be a made for social media moment, so I continued to be courteous and ignore the situation. When I came back with my item and the picture of the price, she responded very annoyed “I can’t take a picture and my manager went to do the price check.” Unbeknown to me, she was being very snarky and made comments while I was gone. Hence the build up of her poor attitude in my absence. Also these remarks were loud enough for everyone in the immediate vicinity to hear including my daughter and niece. Once the supervisor came back she explained why the item was full priced and not the sale’s price as displayed. I thanked her for her diligence and continued to ring up my items. All while I’m ringing, the security guard Rachel came back with another security guard. This further intimidated and embarrassed me as well as heightening the situation. The whole thing was very unsettling and made me upset. This is how you treat your consumers? Clearly racial sensitivity training was not performed at this store! Upon exiting the store, my daughter was very upset by the young woman’s comment and told me. Her admission was further confirmation of my suspicion surrounding the situation. I went back in the store and requested to speak to a manager. The same manager/supervisor came back. I explained to her the situation and how it was very unwarranted especially in today’s climate. I told her I didn’t disrespect the young lady and the manager confirmed that I was not being rude and offered me a $5 gift card for my experience. There’s no dollar amount that can erased my horrible experience with this store. I will also be contacting headquarters to ensure that someone else is not met with this same experience. That young lady was rude, unprofessional, and unfortunately black. Her behavior is evidence that we have further work to do within our community and country.

I will never return to this store again. The management here are absolutely terrible. I drove my mother to 3 different Target stores looking for a specific Christmas decoration that was sold out.. We called this store and they said they would sell us the one on display if it was still here when we got to the store. We drove all the way to the store and were very happy that it was still there. An associate helped us take the display off the wall and put it into our cart and then said he would look for a box for us . He returned a few moments later with another employee who told us we could not buy the one on display . She never explained why and treated my mother like a criminal who was trying to steal the item. We left without buying the cart full of items we had and my mother was in tears in the parking lot because of how the employee treated her. We called customer service and the customer service representative contacted the store for an explanation and they wouldnt give him an explanation either and were very rude to him as well. He passed the complaint up to a higher level because of how the store employees treated him too. The management here are awful. Do not shop here!

This is a very large super Target with grocery and all the other items needed under the sun.It has tons of parking and tons of items. You can get pretty much anything you need on a trip to this Target and its one of the anchors of the Peninsula Town Center shops so if you need something specific while in the area, you can run over here and get it.Its clean and well-stocked inside. Ive always been able to find what I need here and staff are friendly and helpful.

Very big and clean store with lots to offer.

Had a cell phone problem and it was addressed quickly and the clerk was great. A replacement of the card in the phone was needed and she did it quickly. She was also good at handling my questions.

Target is clean and they run very efficiently. They keep the lines moving and the customer service is on point. I go often and besides the high prices its a very good place to go that provides great quality. Theres a lot of different things in the store. Its hard to not spend a lot of money there lol.

Too slow. I had to order online in order to get the better price. That really sucked. I had to wait in the store for almost 2 hours.

For the most part its a nice store. They could use more people in the electronics department because the lady who was helping me set up a new phone, had to keep stopping to help other people because she was the only one back there. She was really nice and very efficient, it was just kind of a bother. I dont have these problems at the Newport News or Chesapeake Square Targets.

Drive up service is amazing! So easy to use. And helps you NOT spend an additional 100 dollars on stuff you don’t need because...well it’s target. Lol.Very convenient.

This is a larger Target with a lot to offer. Selection is better than the average store and they do have a Starbucks inside which is convenient for longer shopping trips. Their produce is not always well maintained though and I have found mold on some produce that is marked down several times.

My experience today at this Target was not a nice visit at all. I always go to this Target to get my kids baby wipes because they have good deals and the store is always clean. Since I was only there to pick up baby wipes I went straight to self checkout. When I was about to scan the wipes I was directed to come to the front register. I asked Bobby was there a reason I had to come to the front register instead of the first open one I seen? She said she liked for her line to go that way which has nothing to do with my shopping. I will never return to this Target again. Not everyone steals and I dont appreciate her making me feel that way.

The have slow cashiers and only two registers open. Its the week before Christmas! Took me a half hour to get three things. What a nightmare!! They really need more disabled parking and pregnancy parking spots. Shameful how they over charge and they csnt even improve parking.

Generally clean and well kept, staff is friendly and helpful, lines aren’t usually too long and if they are there are typically staff members to help evenly distribute customers.I typically only give 5 stars if I really get ‘wowed’ by customer service, so for now I’ll stick with 4 lol

This Target is Always clean and welcoming. It doesnt look like a tornado went through the place and you can find things and theyre in their place.People are very friendly as well!
