My Vector Security System is amazing, but not as amazing as the salesman, Sean Skelly, and his extremely knowledgeable team of technicians. I’ve had this system for over 5 years now and still to this day any time I have a question they are quick to pick up the phone and troubleshoot for me. Amazing service and professionalism across the board!

Their company website supplies this branch as my local service provider. After being transferred around by THREE different branches, I make it back to this one. I tell the operator what Ive been through and he tells me he will take care of me. Gives me another phone number to call. I call it and am immediately placed on hold for another 10 minutes to then get told that the soonest they can be out for service is 20 calendar days later. Now Im on hold waiting on a manager. I have done nothing but deal with contacting them all day.

Vector security is my go to security company. From the sales to install to service they have never steered me wrong.

Astronomically overpriced! $525 for a $250 camera, hikvision ds-2cc11a7n. Not to mention $190 labor to install on an existing mount with no wiring required. $715 for a job that 3 other security companies quoted for less than half that amount.
