Berry Bros has been absolutely good for me when it comes to work boots for years - but I guess there was not enough of a demand for rubber boots to continue stocking them ( of course now I need a pair with a very short window...)Staff has always been helpful cordial and professional ! Andrean helped me pick out some orthopedic inserts for my shoes. He was extremely awesome. Found some fabulous warm socks for winter really cute. Michelle was real cool. I highly recommend, they have so many good quality shoes there, work gloves, and so much more!

Came in when they opened in the morning. Both salesmen were helpful and knowledgeable. Their selection of work boots is excellent, with lots of options for all the different variations (composite vs steel toe, WP, metatarsal protection, etc). They answered all my questions and I tried on 3-4 pairs before picking one. Also received 10% off for being a BP contractor. Really happy with my purchase and experience here.

Wouldnt honor a manufacturers defect in the face of a global pandemic that shut the country down for over 2 months...even though i had purchased 3 pairs of boots there within an approximate 6 week periodI will never spend another cent in there and I will encourage my union brothers and sisters to do the same, there are more labor friendly establishments out there with better prices and a bigger selection of both brands and models.There are too many other places to spend our hard earned dollars in that actually accomodate their patrons and try to keep customees coming back

I came here with a voucher given to me by my job. I heard nothing but good things about the place. However, when I walked in I wasnt greeted. Everyone after me was. I counted 4 hellos after me. I figured maybe they didnt see me, but they did. Even looked right at me. I knew what I wanted, so I didnt expect to be long anyway. I did some quick browsing until someone was available, but the 3 older salesman who were on the floor still ignored me and didnt bother making eye contact at that point - just walked right past me. Aloud I even said: can I get some help around here, to no avail. I finally gave up trying to get help & just went to the register where Dominic greeted me, asked if I needed help and even came from around the register to do so. He was professional and kind. I understand its a business, but it seemed all the older salesman cared about was sales. Its all good! I picked the boot that I wanted, they didnt have my size, but the next size up fit me well, I tried it on within minutes and said I would take it. Dominic rung me up & I was on my way. The store itself is well kept, clean, organized and easy to move around in. Plenty of benches to try shoes on as well. I dont appreciate being ignored in a place of business, but I do appreciate Dominics awesome customer service. Thanks man! Would only go back if I had to, so if I do I hope to see Dominic there.

I am a Cargill employee who came to buy work boots after work on a Tuesday afternoon. I felt looked down upon like a thief in my first 10 minutes at this store before an employee asked me if I needed help. I overheard the employees whispering about me while I was walking throughout the store, and I asked to try out two pairs of boots. These people treated me like a thief and made me feel uncomfortable the entire time. If this place had not offered an employee discount for Cargill employees, I would have not bought them. Please, avoid buying anything here they have horrible customer service based on appearances! This was my first and last time shopping here!

Phenomenal staff that generally knows what theyre talking about. Ive been in here twice per year for quite some time now, and it really helps that the same people are still employed there. It shows that the employees are knowledgeable and know what theyre doing.A couple times Ive based my shopping experience off of their recommendation and have been less than satisfied. However, they are not biased and just tell you what most people buy that work in the same type of environment that you do.The only thing I wish they would so is order laces for their top brands and sell them in store. This way you dont have to wait for an online order and buy cheap laces to hold you over until then.Great job to all that work there, and you will continue to see me as a customer!
