Easy check in. Arrived at my appointment time and was loaded quickly. Office staff and yard driver were friendly and professional.

Pretty slow. Almost 4 hours ...but maybe if you come early itll be faster... because their were guys in font of me whos appointment was a few hours later than mine and they got unloaded before me since they checked in before me....waiting in line takes up most of the time.

We arrived last night to deliver. Wouldnt accept us. Thats understandable. Try to check in this morning, would try to work us in before our scheduled appt time at 2pm. Well, its now after 3pm and we are still waiting for a door! Now we are late for our next pickup! We are on a schedule, help us out!

Truck drivers avoid coming to this place you are going to waste all day ,not friendly staff ,no parking ,no restrooms and takes forever unloading

My experience with this company was really good, they unloaded my trailer 12 hours before appt time. 5 stars for them! Thank you guys!

This place is awful. If youre picking up a load here your time will be wasted.

Gave 5 stars for the Sweet Girl at the front desk, other than that 1 star. Wait hours and thats after being before appointment time. And no bathrooms is criminal plain and simple. Whats so hard about putting a Porta out for the drivers..

WE GOT 7:AM DELIVERY APPT. 9:30AM THEY START UNLOADING. ABOUT 10:15AM UNLOADED. WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING APPT?

Extremely slow loading. One stack of pallets put in trailer every 20-30minutes. Drivers not allowed to use a bathroom. Going on six hours now. No excuse for a place this incompetent

I worked there for a few years and it was the best job I’ve ever had! All the staff is very warm and inviting. All around a great place to work at.

For me it was really quick pickup. Faster grear people .the lady in the shipper office so nice thanks guys

Check in 7:58am appointment 8:00am there is a big line for delivery,I asked in reception what is porpoise of appointment,she said they worried about everyone,she had a bad etiquette

Pick up by appointment only. If you arrive on time loading time is 1hr. They allow trucks to be 15min late. If you come later than that you will need to be a work in.

My appointment was at 7:00a.m arrived at 5:30 a.m and they took me in the lady was nice. The Mexicanz loaders are beast loaded me fast.

No restrooms and if your late by 1 minute the girl in the office will tell you to come check in at 9pm no matter what time you got here. Only problem with that is night shift comes in at 9 and they don’t unload on night shift, not that they can’t unload they simply do not.

Drivers waiting here for hours to get loaded and you have no restroom facilities for them? Not cool.

One off busyest cheap pallets place, 2h still loading....

Very limited space sketchy on overnight parking.. They suggest a speedco which is one block away only has 6 parking spots good luck..

WHO EVER YOUR TRANSPORTATION MANGER IS NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
