We use this UPS Store exclusively for business printing and the local team is always GREAT! We email our orders and the team has always worked really hard to meet our deadlines with an outstanding final product. Im so glad to have this resource right here in Hamilton so I dont have to drive all the way to Missoula for high quality, professional business printing.

Took in 2 boxes to be shipped to the East coast one was 12×12×12 weighed less than the other box which was smaller & shipped for lessBilled out the box weight of 5 plus pds as a 14 lbs box. I called to question Tammy laughed and said thats the way it is?Those Dimensions are inside the box?Since when is the outside different than the inside when the dimensions are printed on the outside of the box?It was not over packed or bulgingWhen I said this isnt funny she hung up on me.No way to run a business.I did shipping for many years if I treated a customer like that Id have been out of a job.Ill be using the Post office Priority service from now on.

Asked about getting a job application notarized. Didnt say it costed $10 until afterwards. I could of gotten it done my my credit union for free.

Super awful place to go.They basically ignored me for ten minutes after barely helping me.Then proceeded to help another customer in line.Awful service.

Great customer service from Erika! She took the time to help me choose the best option, and made sure my shipment was packaged securely. I really appreciated her help and friendly attitude.

Everyone has been very nice at this location! Will continue to use them for my printing and shipping needs. Edit update: not all the employees are friendly lol might just be her personality, but one has a passive aggressive demeanor when it is not necessary, youre in the shipping business, it means dealing with the public.

The gentleman who helped me was very kind however, the store was short handed and I am not sure if it is usually that way. I would recommend a few more systems put in place so that customers could be helped quicker. Perhaps it has just opened.

Store refused to ship an item back which had been delivered via UPS. Was told several excuses about “retail” versus bla bla bla. Asked that I drive all the way to Missoula to drop off package! Monumental waste of my time. Avoid this store and go to FedEx. Owner was rude and just wanted to make excuses.

Delightful owners, fantastic staff.These are caring people who want eveything to go well for their customers.My only rub is the comparative costs w the post office are not always forthcoming.For example, I was told the post office would charge me $12.95 to ship an item and it would only be $14 +/- at the UPS store. Thus, I shipped from the UPS store, a light, small item. It still seemed pricy. I later learned the same size/weight box would have cost less than $5 at the post office.Know your prices in advance.
