This place has good selection but like everyone else, has raised its prices. Not crowded either.

Great ppl. Hometown grocery store feel. But be sure things ring up at the advertised price on the shelf. Would give five stars if that wasnt an issue. Otherwise, I enjoy the employees, they are really a nice group of people.

Great Little country store if you just need a couple items in a hurry...but to do your weekly grocery shopping move on down the road to Meijer or Walmart to save a ton of money prices are extremely high.

This is a small community grocery store without a large selection. It is great for picing up needed basics. The store is clean and the staff is friendly.

Its a good little grocery store for being the only place to go and Ross. Its just really highly priced. Its very nice very professional and the people are always friendly so its a great place to go to grab some quick things instead of running all the way into town when you live in Ross.

Easy to find what I was looking for walked in and back out in about 5 minutes

Staff is mostly friendly but can be very lazy. They like to close the store earlier than their actual closing time for restocking but they actually just leave at 8 instead of 8:30 every night and no restocking goes on. which is inconvenient for people who work considering 8:30 is ALREADY early. Good deli food.

We got the fried chicken and I have to say it was great. We were visiting family in the area. Will be back for sure.

Staff is very friendly, prices are decent on most things. Stock in produce seems to be a little low right now but thats not always the case. Great community market and the deli sells the best chicken Ive ever had! Weve used them for many events in the past.

I walk through the store backwards the whole time. Nobody even stopped me,im thinking about doing it again.

IGA doesnt have the selection that larger supermarkets have but their meat is good & today was lower priced than Ks. Good selection of deli meats and cheeses.

IGA does not have a variety of brands to choose from but they make up for it in low prices on most items. I love their meat sales.

Great local store that is always well stocked and just has some stuff that larger chain stores do not have. Always super clean, and friendly customer service. Plenty of available parking, never a long wait at checkout, convenient hours and location. Especially nice Deli and meat departments.

When everywhere else has bare shelves, I found everything I needed at IGA. I saw no panic buying or people packing. Everyone was nice and polite and shopping like it was any other day.

The people that work there are super nice. The only down fall to the store is the prices. Being that this is the only grocery store in Ross Ohio you would think that they would be more compatible to the pricing in like Krogers for instance.

Theyre trying. Certain grocery items, such as condiments, were high priced but overall, quite fair. Could be cleaner but seems clean in the areas that are really important. Theyre undergoing an exterior remodel that should make it look a lot better.

Best fried chicken around! Best prices on bacon too! For a small grocery, this place is friendly, reasonably priced and just feels like the corner mom & pop market that I grew up with.

Its hard to give a rating when the world is in such crisis. (We will get to the other side of this.) We were out for a drive so as to look at something other than our own 4 walls and stopped at random places to see if anyone had toilet paper. We stopped at this IGA in Ross, OH. No t-paper, BUT their fried chicken got a 10 🌟 rating from my husband! He doesnt give those out just willy nilly. Congrats, IGA! (No prize, just congrats 🙂.)

They run good ads but never have whats in the ad. You have to go on delivery day and be first in line. They might get 1 or 2 of the items advertised. Just no need to bother with it because they dont have it anyway.

A very convenient small town store. Quality has improved over the last 5 years. Not the large selection of Krogers and also not the higher costs of Kroger. It being in my community is its largest attraction for me.

Very clean and well stocked and layout for a small grocery store. The Deli has many fresh made sides and deli meats. There are lunch specials that are better than a fast food burger.

I was the only person of color in sight. Nervous, but they were very nice. Very clean. Well stocked and organized. Better prices than Kroger. Great little produce section. Would have given 5 stars but they didnt sell any type of black beans. So strange to me.

I’m not sure what is going in the deli, but some of the employees are rather rude, I was reprimanded today by a deli person because I was not standing in the correct position. Apparently there are certain areas there, one for the chicken, one for salad and one for the meat side. I will be going to Kroger from now on, at least their employees are more friendly.

Outdated building with high prices and a staff that isnt very friendly. Id maybe go here out of absolute necessity, but with Walmart up the road just a couple of miles, I will probably just shop there next time.

Been going here since I moved to Ross. Love the perpetual work here. Down to earth and easy to get along with the employees. Id rather go here than any other gas station/convenient store around.

One of a few IGAs left it serves the village of Ross,OH. The store has focused the merchandise to reflect the community. It has a nice selection of produce and fruits. The deli carries a good selection of meats and cheeses. The store is clean and the stock is well maintained.

Their prices are high and they dont keep their pop in very good stock but its perfect for a quick grab on your way home. Its run down and the belts dont even work but the cashiers are nice and the fried chicken is amazing

If this store is corporate owned corporate should definitely do a pop in. Workers are great but the produce is no good over half the meat today was spoiled and brown. And not to mention there prices are nearly double kroger. If you ask me they should of used the money for there new sign and stocked Their shelves instead!

We drive down from Oxford and shop here because everyone is friendly. Oxford Kroger can learn a thing or two from them and they can not beat the quality or the price. We had an IGA in Oxford that went out back in the 80s and we miss them. Well be telling everyone we know to shop here and help keep the doors open as much as we can.Thank you for your great service!
