Ok location for delicious american food. Entered near nine, it wasnt busy. The staff was very helpful and observant. Prices that are reasonable.

The dishes they serve are delicious and the team is attentive and cooperative. Whenever we go to this place we pass a splendid evening. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Closed for months, opens up and word spread by word of mouth only from what I could tell.Closed by 3PM daily is what Ive heard but everything online says 4pm...Good food is what I hear but it seems impossible to get for anyone who works through the day...

A great diner with affordable prices. Plate lunch specials and most of menu are made from scratch. Actually can find small lumps in mashed potatoes!!(just give me a spoon&the pot) It is a comfy place with delicious comfort food! Im starving thinking about it.

If youre looking for the best burger in Hamilton, I definitely recommend this place! Ive been going to Kostas for 8 years and I always get their regular big Joe and Im always satisfied. The three ladies behind the counter even knows my name and they are so kind. Great service and such a cute old fashioned diner. Definitely recommend.

It was closed when I visited in Dec 2019. The guy there told me that Kostas restaurant got fire a couple weeks ago and they are now under constructions. THEY ARE PLANNING TO RE-OPEN in 6-7MONTHS.

Miss Kim, the owner, is a lovely and very friendly person. The restaurant is clean reasonably priced and the service is excellent! I have no problem recommending this restaurant to anybody.

Amazing breakfast ... The over easy eggs are always perfect there at Mrs. Kims. Great service, and food. The coffee is always good also!

The Food was super good. Made to order. I had the Big Joe Burger with fries and slaw. Ill definitely go back.! Great service also.

This is the breakfast that you want to eat. I had coffee, eggs over easy, and biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were tender and the sausage gravy covered not only the biscuits, but the plate they came on. Very pleased!

Reminds of 1950s, 1960s Resturante.The People treat you friendly and are courteous, and take care of your needs timely. The food preparations are pleasant to see and tasty to eat, pricing is reasonable.

Ive recently had the pleasure of dining at Kostas because my girlfriend has been going here since her childhood. Its a family-owned business and a small diner in downtown Hamilton. The food tastes great and its also very affordable and on the cheap side without sacrificing quality. Both their breakfast and lunch menus have a lot of variety. I recommend coming here for any meal.

I always look forward to coming here. Having been coming here either for dine in or take out for five years. You will not be disappointed. It is like an old-fashioned diner. With a few tables but mostly large comfortable booths. As soon as you walk in, you can always find a place to sit, and are always greeted with a cheerful smile or greeting. A waitress promptly comes to your table and the service is extremely fast. They cook where you can see her on the grill. She keeps it very clean, and the food is never greasy. The macaroni and cheese is the best. They have a wonderful variety of menu items, such as Tuna melts, lunch or breakfast specials, double deckers, the best Omelettes, club sandwiches, kids would love it here..something for everyone and the prices are outstanding, and they give you alot of food. The chef salad is the best in town. They also have a special Thanksgiving meal where you can dine in, or take out. Usually served one week before Thanksgiving. Just like homemade..all the fixings..you choose. If you take it out to go, you just call them, tell them what sides you want, and you get so much food for a very reasonable price, it is delicious. They have milkshakes, coffee, hot chocolate, great pies. A great place to go and relax with awesome good and friendly service.

Never seems to be open since late October. We have tried to meet people for breakfast many times from 6am to 8am we have always found it closed.

Cant wait till they reopen. Miss my blt!

Great place to relax and enjoy home town fun! Food is really good, with fresh made soups made everyday... the jumbo grilled ham and swiss is awesome, potato and tomato soups my fav.Have to try it out, you will love!

When I went to school right down the road from Costas, my friends and I would always come up here for lunch. The sevice always welcomed us and took our orders with a smile. We would chat a while and they would bring out our food which was always excellent.My favorite thing to get was always the eggs, homefrys, and biscuits and gravy. It was served on a large plate that was covered from side to side with food. The eggs were cooked to perfection and they had so much extra gravy for me to run the home fries through.All together Costas is an amazing experience that I believe anyone should come try out for the taste of Hamilton.

It is exactly what you expect in a diner, nothing more, nothing less. Not the super value some reviews implied, but not bad. Have had a variety of breakfast and lunch, pleased with all. Mom and Pop only so it may take a minute if crowded.

Love kostaa been going since I was a kid with my mom and still till this day I enjoy a big joe deluxe and fries maybe its just memories of my mom and I twenty something years and still go there

This place has changed so much .Mrs Kim sold this restaurant and now the service is so bad.People are walking out cause nobody would wait on them.It took them 15 minutes to get my pop another 10 minutes to take my order .I wish Mrs kim still owned this place ,I dont think I will be back☹They keep giving people the wrong food taking it back trying to figure out whos order it was .Its a hot mess now.
