I switched from another company to Diabetic Surplus and I have to say each and every person I spoke with was not only very professional,but kind and helpful. They made sure my package arrived correctly,and in good shape,they gave me the full price and also a thank you of $15.00. I look forward to doing business with them again. I would give them a 5 star for sure.

I am trying to get in contact with you all as I sent in test strips and have heard nothing. The number go straight to voicemail and email does not work can someone help.

They lowered the price twice two months in a row on me. And they also sent me an amount for less expensive different type test strips than I sent. I did get that taken care of but the advertisement I get in the packaging less than a month later Im sending in my test strips and get $10 cheaper on each box because of their price change policies.I dont agree and I probably will never use this company again!

Sent my teststrip in never got the bounce they said I would get .This is the second time they it is for first time users well what if you NEVER SENT ME THE BOUNCE THE FIRST TIME . DONT USE THESE PEOPLE. They are not actuated by the BBB THAT SHOULD TELL. NOT TO USED THEM

Im still waiting a week later ... Ive already called 3 times and I have in recording when it states my amount and how it was being sent through PayPal. Very dishonest. Left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

This is my first time still havent recieved nothing they got everything on the first and I took pictures of everything I sent them so they better not try to stiff me. Got my check today 2 weeks but finally got it.

They keep making up stories and havent paid a friend of mine as of yet and to their knowledge I will help my friend call them none stop until someone picks up the phone and they will pay or I will keep calling until they pay my friend.

Fast service and payment. Ive used this company for 2 years and they always pay me for my test strips.

They received my test strips . they told me they would deposit the payment on PayPal the next day. Today is day 3 and no money. I.tried to email them and the email address was undeliverable. I messaged them in face book and they blocked me.

I like to change my outlook with this company after I went though and wrote the review I did receive my refund delivered directly to my door. Thank you dietetics surplus for following and fulfilling your promise.

This place was a joke thry took my test strips and didnt pay me at all and now they wont answer the door DO NOT DEAL WITH THESED PEOPLE

I sent in my test strips and got my check in about a week and a half. I just wish they would email you when they receive your test strips and send you a email that your check is on the way! And dont ever send them items that not on there list because they will not pay you and will not ship them back to you...I sent two boxes of test strips that was not on there list and they didnt even send them back to me even though they sent my check in a box....

Ive been waiting a long time and still havent recieved my check Whats up with that and they never anwser their phone They suck

I sent my test strips and I got confirmation that they received the package on October 26th it was left with an individual and I still have not received payment I have been trying to call but it comes out busy or their voicemail comes out saying that is full.

At first I thought I was being had but as it turned out they are legitimate and they treated me very Fair.

They took my strips sent email received. Then sent email completed. I didn’t get paid and no answer. Rip off what a joke.
