Stopped by while on vacation and glad we did. I had never heard of tri-tip steaks and tried them from here - delicious! There are several seasoning choices. Also bought elk summer sausage, hot slims w/ cheese, all good. My mouth is watering while writing this. The place was busy but they had plenty of friendly help and we were in and out in no time.

Friendly, its The place to go for so much wonderful meats and cheeses and specialty spices. They know how to make you feel special just for being there. Dog bones are very nice to get from there at a price you wont find elsewhere. And I get to go a little bit out of town, which I like to be able to do, and knowing its to Hamilton Packing Inc.🥩🍗🧀🍤 and much more.

We purchased a Prime Rib at Hamilton Pack for Christmas dinner. The Prime Rib was the worst Prime Rib we had ever purchased. The meat was tough and not juicy at all. We try to purchase a majority of our meat at Hamilton Pack. Their meat is typically amazing. We will consider purchasing our Prime Rib elsewhere next Christmas.

It has the best meat in the area for the cheapest prices. Great and friendly customer service. Anything you need just ask.

After reading all the great reviews we sent our beef in for butchering. Not really happy about the extremely high kill fee. Its a butcher shop, thats what they do. Got some hot dogs made out of our beef only to find out later, they added pork to it. I wanted all beef franks but looks like the message didnt get through. My biggest complaint is that I paid for 50 lbs of franks but only got 46 lbs. Got some excuse about not being able to get all the meat out of the tube on the grinder. I understand the process but why am I being charged for meat i didnt get? Not a whole lot of money but its enough to show me that customer service isnt here. Definitely wont be back.

Had a moose butchered. They rushed it at a reasonable fee so we could get back home. Quality of cuts and vacuum seal/labeling was perfect for my wife. Service was great and employees were extremely friendly.

Hamilton Packings new owners have made some awesome changes. The staff are friendly and helpful. Every Christmas we order the giftboxes for family and employee gifts. The giftboxes never disappoint and the new mustard they have is incredible. I encourage everyone to stop in and treat yourself to their delicous products.

Delicious meat, but too many additives like tetrasodium pyrophosphate and monosodium glutamate. Would love it if they could come up with some healthier options.

Love this place. Best place in the Bitterroot to get meat. I really like bison jerky and the tri-tips. The family pack ground beef is great for bbqn some burgers with the family. We are trying the korean ribs tonight. Cant wait!

What a great place to stop along the highway if your looking for some savory cuts of meat. Not only are they meat experts, but the place is full of people, employees and customers alike, who are all very friendly and you can strike up a conversation with. Excellent.

Best meat in town. The teriyaki beef jerky is a staple in our summertime outings at the lake. I like that you can see the production areas, they are not hidden in a back room. Ive never had any issues with staff as some other reviews have suggested. Always friendly when Ive been there.

Just picked up my elk sausage I took down a given weight off the bone trimmed ready for grind. They add trim no prob but then they charge you again for total weight should be I take in 30lb you charge 3.75 or whatever you price is on the 30lbs not the finished weight I will not be back

I dont live in the area, but vacation in MT regularly. I always make a point to stop and get jerky, as well as other meats. The staff has always been friendly and the quality has always been good.

Horrible Customer service Skills! RUDEST MANAGER! When I Called to Question about Price and Small Amount Of Meat I Received Back, The Female Manager On Phone, Told me that If I Wasnt Happy To Go Somewhere else!

I got told i was getting .95c a lb for my elk since it was deboned already. Then came to pick my elk up and pay for it and they tell me its actually 1.50lb, i could have done it myseld for that much. never coming back!!!!

I LOVE their hamburger. I am on a limited budget but try to eat as healthy as possible. Regular grocery store hamburger makes me sick and so I havent been able to eat it for long time.I went to Hamilton Pack and tried their cheapest hamburger...it Tasted better than any hamburger I have bought - and - it didnt make me sick! Now I only by my hamburger there. I do not know what their policy is on buying local or healthy meat but I can say with a fair amount of certainty that this is entirely real meat without that nasty stuff super markets sell. I buy 5lbs at a time and freeze it to save trips. Their other meat is reasonably priced and looks bright red and very healthy. I would recommend them! Oh yeah and their pepperoni and montana slim sticks are the Bomb!! So good!!

So ordered 2 while new York straps ad said they where 5.99 pound and free cut and warp go charged $179.44 and ended up with 20 ponds of stakes that is over $8.00 a pound so false ad called no one will do anything about will not use them again for any thing also never received a recipe so there is no way I can even see what they are saying is there worst place never use.
