Michael Mertz made this such a fast process that even my kids asked why this time was so much faster than the last time we bought a vehicle. Horrible experience. My wife drove over an hour for an appointment only to receive a low ball offer and get belittled by the sales managers. When she told them about the Ford we liked at a different dealership their only response was “fords break down at 100k miles” so we should buy the Chevy they were selling. We came highly recommended to this dealership and will never come back or waste our time. After received an offer for 20 and 19,500 on our car they offered 16 and said no one would ever give us more. This place was a joke and tried to take advantage of us and I would not recommend it to anyone in the Missoula area.
